目的探讨患者健康问卷躯体症状群量表-15(Patient health questionnaire,PHQ-15)、广泛性焦虑量表-7(Generalized anxiety disorder,GAD-7)、抑郁症状群量表-9(Patient health questionnaire,PHQ-9)与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh...目的探讨患者健康问卷躯体症状群量表-15(Patient health questionnaire,PHQ-15)、广泛性焦虑量表-7(Generalized anxiety disorder,GAD-7)、抑郁症状群量表-9(Patient health questionnaire,PHQ-9)与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)在评估门诊女性不孕症患者身心健康方面的应用价值。方法选取2020年6~10月在我院门诊就诊的1823例女性不孕症患者为研究对象,采用PHQ-15、GAD-7、PHQ-9、PSQI量表以问卷形式开展调查,问卷内容包括患者的一般情况、躯体症状、焦虑情绪、抑郁症状及睡眠质量等身心健康状况。分别采用克朗巴哈系数(Cronbach’sα)和Spearman-Brown折半系数分析评估4个量表的信度,采用因子分析KMO值评估4个量表的效度;将4个量表进行两两配对,采用Spearman相关性分析其相关性;采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析,分析导致患者产生焦虑和抑郁症状的潜在危险因素。结果本研究一共向1882例门诊就诊的不孕症患者发放问卷调查,共回收有效问卷1823张,问卷回收率为96.9%。所有纳入的患者中1108例为无躯体症状患者、1349例为无焦虑症状患者、1238例为无抑郁症状患者、975例为睡眠质量较好的患者;PHQ-15、GAD-7、PHQ-9与PSQI量表的Cronbach’sα系数依次为0.809、0.870、0.825和0.758,Spearman-Brown折半系数依次为0.700、0.852、0.793和0.783,KMO值依次为0.892、0.890、0.913和0.862;Spearman相关性分析显示,4个量表之间相关性较好(r>0.5且P<0.05)。单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析发现,大专及以上学历、轻度/中度/重度躯体症状、睡眠质量一般/较差是导致患者产生焦虑症状的独立危险因素(P<0.05);而年龄>35岁、轻度/中度/重度躯体症状、睡眠质量一般/较差是导致患者产生抑郁症状的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论PHQ-15、GAD-7、PHQ-9和PSQI量表在评估门诊不孕症患者身心健康方面有较好的运用。躯体症状和睡眠障碍均会显著增加患者伴发焦虑症状和抑郁症状的风险,同时高学历患者更容易合并焦虑症状,而高龄患者则更易合并抑郁症状,因此门诊应当加强对高龄和高学历层次患者身心健康状态的筛查力度,做到早期发现,精准干预,精准治疗。展开更多

Based on the rescuers' distinctive psychological reaction in different phases of the rescue operation, we aims to propose measures for administration of the team in order to better fulfill the rescue duties and provide references for future medical service in non-war operations such as an earthquake relief.展开更多
