Well-preserved graptolites of the genus Kiaerograptus are first reported from the upper Tremadocian Yinchupu Formation in the Nanba section,Yiyang,Hunan Province,South China,including four species,i.e.,Kiaerograptus l...Well-preserved graptolites of the genus Kiaerograptus are first reported from the upper Tremadocian Yinchupu Formation in the Nanba section,Yiyang,Hunan Province,South China,including four species,i.e.,Kiaerograptus lauzonensis(Erdtmann,1966),Kiaerograptus stoermeri(Erdtmann,1965),Kiaerograptus cf.supremus?Lindholm,1991,and Kiaerograptus sp.,which are robust in form.Based on these new specimens,the Kiaerograptus biozone is established for the first time in South China,increasing the late Tremadoc graptolite biozones in South China from four to five,in ascending order as follows:the Adelograptus tenellus biozone,the Aorograptus victoriae biozone,the Kiaerograptus biozone,the Sagenograptus murrayi biozone,and the Hunnegraptus copiosus biozone.A review of the occurrence records for robust Kiaerograptus species worldwide reveals that the distribution is restricted to the Aorograptus victoriae biozone and Kiaerograptus biozone in the late Tremadocian.This limited stratigraphical distribution makes Kiaerograptus a valuable taxon for precise biostratigraphical correlation at both the regional and global scales.展开更多
A robust stratigraphic framework and a coherent depositional ramp model for the Zitai,Dawan,Meitan and Ningkuo formations of Floian–Darriwilian age(Early–Middle Ordovician)in the Yangtze(Daoba,Xiangshuidong,Daling,G...A robust stratigraphic framework and a coherent depositional ramp model for the Zitai,Dawan,Meitan and Ningkuo formations of Floian–Darriwilian age(Early–Middle Ordovician)in the Yangtze(Daoba,Xiangshuidong,Daling,Gudongkou and Honghuayuan sections)and Jiangnan regions(Nanba section)was created based on lithofacies and major element analysis.Three siliciclastic(LF1–3)and six carbonate(LF4–9)lithofacies are recognized representing sediments that were deposited in mixed siliciclastic and carbonate ramp environment.The intensity of mixed sedimentation and terrigenous input were evaluated using the elemental proxies Intensity of Mixed sedimentation(IM)and Aluminum Accumulation Rate(Al AR),as well as their mean values during certain time intervals.Mixed sediments are most well-developed along the marginal Yangtze region,strongly impacted by recurrent influx of westerly derived terrigenous materials in response to global eustatic changes and regional tectonic movements,shaping the gently southeast-dipping morphology.Regular terrigenous influx resulted in periods of enhanced primary productivity on the Yangtze Ramp as evidenced by matching biodiversity peaks in planktonic organisms,i.e.,chitinozoans and acritarchs.Brachiopods and other shelly fauna were also able to proliferate as new niches developed along the gently dipping ramp floor with substrate changes.The biodiversification patterns suggest that terrigenous influx controlled in part by regional tectonics played a more important role than previously thought in the development of Great Ordovician Biodiversification Event in South China.展开更多
背景越来越多的证据表明,入院前使用二甲双胍可降低糖尿病合并脓毒症患者的死亡率,然而,二甲双胍对糖尿病合并脓毒症患者临床结局的影响仍存在争议,因此,有必要对现有研究进行系统回顾和荟萃分析,进一步评估二甲双胍是否有利于改善糖尿...背景越来越多的证据表明,入院前使用二甲双胍可降低糖尿病合并脓毒症患者的死亡率,然而,二甲双胍对糖尿病合并脓毒症患者临床结局的影响仍存在争议,因此,有必要对现有研究进行系统回顾和荟萃分析,进一步评估二甲双胍是否有利于改善糖尿病合并脓毒症患者死亡率等临床结局。目的系统评价入院前使用二甲双胍对糖尿病合并脓毒症患者死亡率、初始血浆乳酸水平和器官功能障碍等的影响。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Scopus、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网以及其他数据库中二甲双胍对糖尿病合并脓毒症患者临床结局影响的相关中、英文文献,试验组(MET组)为入院前使用二甲双胍的糖尿病合并脓毒症的成年患者,对照组(NM组)为入院前未使用二甲双胍的糖尿病合并脓毒症的成年患者,检索时限为数据库建立至2023-03-15。由2名研究人员筛选、提取数据及评价文献质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入12篇文献,共12320例糖尿病合并脓毒症患者,纳入文献的纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)评分为7~8分。Meta分析结果显示:MET组患者死亡率(OR=0.61,95%CI=0.46~0.80,P<0.001)、血管升压药的使用率(OR=0.83,95%CI=0.69~0.98,P=0.03)低于NM组;MET组与NM组患者初始血浆乳酸水平(MD=0.31,95%CI=-0.12~0.75,P=0.16)、血清肌酐水平(MD=-0.81,95%CI=-0.48~0.13,P=0.25)、初始血糖水平(MD=32.94,95%CI=-10.12~76.01,P=0.13)、机械通气(OR=0.90,95%CI=0.77~1.06,P=0.23)比较,差异无统计学意义。结论入院前使用二甲双胍可以降低糖尿病合并脓毒症患者的死亡率,并可减少相应患者血管升压药的使用率,为二甲双胍可降低糖尿病合并脓毒症患者死亡率提供了全新的证据。但对于糖尿病合并脓毒症患者能否降低脓毒症严重程度评分以及减少去甲肾上腺素最大剂量仍有待进一步的研究。展开更多
目的分析我国病理学教学研究的研究前沿、现状和发展趋势,为下一步的教学研究提供参考。方法以中国知网(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)从建立数据库至2022年10月28日的数据为研究对象,以“病理学教学”为关键词检索文...目的分析我国病理学教学研究的研究前沿、现状和发展趋势,为下一步的教学研究提供参考。方法以中国知网(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)从建立数据库至2022年10月28日的数据为研究对象,以“病理学教学”为关键词检索文献资料,使用CNKI的文献计量学可视化分析,对数据资料进行统计分析,主要分析指标包括:文献发表年度趋势、排名在前10位的文献学科分布、文献来源分布、作者分布、作者单位分布、基金来源分布、文献被下载次数以及被引用频次方面的情况。结果共检出文献284篇;每年发表的文献数量曲线呈现波浪状,达到高峰后有所下降;被引用频次和下载次数有相关性,内容主要集中在教学方法、教学方式的运用和与其他教学手段的结合;作者发表文章和单位发表文章的数量相对较少;病理学教学受到较多基金的支持和帮助,并有很好的产出;检索到的文献主要来源于医学类期刊,其中又以排名前10位的期刊为主;从学科分布来看,文献来源相对集中,且多涉及交叉学科领域。结论病理学教学研究需要从教学方法中创新,申请基金资助,并与其他学科交叉融合,才能更好地促进发展。展开更多
