In the ironmaking process,the addition of an organic binder to replace a portion of bentonite has the potential to improve the per-formance of pellets.The interaction between original bentonite(OB)and organic binder w...In the ironmaking process,the addition of an organic binder to replace a portion of bentonite has the potential to improve the per-formance of pellets.The interaction between original bentonite(OB)and organic binder was investigated.Results indicated that the micromor-phology of organic composite bentonite(OCB)became porous and the infrared difference spectrum exhibited a curved shape.In addition,the residual burning rates of OB and organic binder were determined to be 82.72%and 2.30%,respectively.Finally,the influence of OCB on the properties of pellets was investigated.The compressive strength of OCB-added green pellets(14.7 N per pellet)was better than that of OB-ad-ded pellets(10.3 N per pellet).Moreover,the range of melting temperature of OCB-added green pellets(173℃)was narrower than that of OB-added pellets(198℃).The compressive strength of OCB-added green pellets increased from 2156 to 3156 N per pellet with the increase in roasting temperature from 1200 to 1250℃.展开更多
MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous ...MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous burdens and optimize the softening-melting properties of the mixed burden.Magnesium-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter or mixed with high-MgO sinter in the blast furnace ferrous burden structure have opposite softening-melting performance laws.When the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets can enhance the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,which can optimize the composition of the slag phase and improve the slag liquidity.When the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with high-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets weaken the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,increase the content of the high melting point solid-phase particles in the slag,lead to an increase in the viscosity of the slag and difficult separation of the slag and iron,and decrease the permeability of the charge layer.Therefore,to ensure good permeability of the mixed burden,the following measures are suggested:optimizing the MgO distribution of the ferrous burden,reducing the MgO content of the sinter to 1.96 wt.%,increasing the MgO content of the pellets to 1.03-1.30 wt.%,controlling the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the mixed burden within 1.15-1.32,narrowing the position of the cohesive zone,and maintaining an S value(permeability index)of approximately 150 kPa℃.展开更多
Non-heading Chinese cabbage(NHCC)is an important leafy vegetable cultivated worldwide.Here,we report the first high-quality,chromosome-level genome of NHCC001 based on PacBio,Hi-C,and Illumina sequencing data.The asse...Non-heading Chinese cabbage(NHCC)is an important leafy vegetable cultivated worldwide.Here,we report the first high-quality,chromosome-level genome of NHCC001 based on PacBio,Hi-C,and Illumina sequencing data.The assembled NHCC001 genome is 405.33 Mb in size with a contig N50 of 2.83 Mb and a scaffold N50 of 38.13 Mb.Approximately 53%of the assembled genome is composed of repetitive sequences,among which long terminal repeats(LTRs,20.42%of the genome)are the most abundant.Using Hi-C data,97.9%(396.83 Mb)of the sequences were assigned to 10 pseudochromosomes.Genome assessment showed that this B.rapa NHCC001 genome assembly is of better quality than other currently available B.rapa assemblies and that it contains 48,158 protein-coding genes,99.56%of which are annotated in at least one functional database.Comparative genomic analysis confirmed that B.rapa NHCC001 underwent a whole-genome triplication(WGT)event shared with other Brassica species that occurred after the WGD events shared with Arabidopsis.Genes related to ascorbic acid metabolism showed little variation among the three B.rapa subspecies.The numbers of genes involved in glucosinolate biosynthesis and catabolism were higher in NHCC001 than in Chiifu and Z1,due primarily to tandem duplication.The newly assembled genome will provide an important resource for research on B.rapa,especially B.rapa ssp.chinensis.展开更多
OBJECTIVE 3,5-Dimethoxy-4-(2-amino-3-prop-2-ynylsulfanyl-propionyl)-benzoic acid 4-guanidino-butyl ester(ZYZ451)showed excellent cardio-protective effects in our previous work.However,its therapeutic potential in vivo...OBJECTIVE 3,5-Dimethoxy-4-(2-amino-3-prop-2-ynylsulfanyl-propionyl)-benzoic acid 4-guanidino-butyl ester(ZYZ451)showed excellent cardio-protective effects in our previous work.However,its therapeutic potential in vivo and the mechanism remained to be elucidated.Herein,we evaluated cardiac protective role of ZYZ451 in post-myocardial infarction(post-MI)rats,and elucidated the underlying mechanism.METHODS Neonatal rat ventricular cardiomyoctys(NRVCs)were separated and subjected to pre-deoxidized(1%O2,5%CO2),and serum-free medium for 4h to obtain ischemic model.Mitochondrial ROS,MnSOD activity and cell apoptosis were tested to verify the cardiac protective effects of ZYZ451.Inhibitors and siRNA for Stat3 were used to determine role of Stat3 played in cardio-protective effectes of ZYZ451.Mitochondria were isolated from NRVCs to determine expression of Stat3 and MnSOD.Immunofluorescence and coimmunoprecipitation were conducted to determine the interaction between MnSOD and Stat3.To apply post-MI model in rats,the rats were subjected to ligation of LAD except for control group.The vehicle or ZYZ451(1,2or 5mg·kg-1)or mixture of Leonurine and SPRC(15mg·kg-1)was administered 7dbefore and 3more days after the operation.Area at risk(AAR),apoptosis in AAR,LDH and MDA levels,and MnSOD activity and expression were detected to evaluate the cardiac injury.Tissue mitochondria were isolated to determine MnSOD and Stat3 expression in ischemia,and coimmunoprecipitaion was performed to verify the interaction between MnSOD and Stat3 in vivo.RESULTS ZYZ451 prevented hypoxia induced NRVCs apoptosis via increasing MnSOD activity and inhibiting mitochondrial ROS production.Interestingly,5,15-DPP(STAT3phosphorylation inhibitor)failed to inhibit MnSOD activity,while knockout of STAT3 resulted in significant reduction of MnSOD activity,followed by increased mitochondrial ROS production and cardiomyocytes apoptosis in hypoxia.Moreover,protective effects of ZYZ451 were blunted in Stat3 deficient NRVCs.These results indicated the necessity of Stat3 on MnSOD activity independent of its transcriptional activity.We further found co-localization of STAT3 and MnSOD by immunofluorescence in NRVCs,coimmunoprecipitation verified their interaction,and ZYZ451 enhanced this interaction.Similar results were found on H9C2 cardiomyoctyes and knockout of STAT3 attenuated the interaction.Consistent with the in vitro results,ZYZ451 reduced myocardial infarct size,cell apoptosis,LDH and MDA content in myocardial infarction rats.The benefits relied on increased MnSOD activity and enhanced STAT3 and MnSOD interaction,as observed in dangerous area of the infracted hearts.CONCLUSION We are the first to report that STAT3 is involved in MnSOD activity regulation,and that ZYZ451 exerts its cardio-protective effects by enhancing MnSOD and STAT3 interaction.These findings indicate a new role for STAT3 beyond as a transcriptional factor and suggest that ZYZ451 is an effective cardioprotective agent.展开更多

The measurement method and quantitative indexes of iron ore consolidation characteristic temperature(CCT)during roasting,including consolidation starting temperature,highest consolidation rate temperature,and consolid...The measurement method and quantitative indexes of iron ore consolidation characteristic temperature(CCT)during roasting,including consolidation starting temperature,highest consolidation rate temperature,and consolidation termination temperature,were improved based on previous research.The mineral properties of V-Ti magnetite(Panzhihua)were analyzed,and the CCT of V-Ti magnetite was calculated.To investigate the effect of mineral types on CCT,a series of trials were carried out by using various ores,including high-grade magnetite ore,high silicon iron ore,and V-Ti magnetite ore.The greatest shrinkage of V-Ti magnetite was 6.7%,the consolidation starting temperature was 991℃,and the termination temperature was 1384℃.The results of X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the V-Ti magnetite ore was composed of titanomagnetite,peridotite,and other minerals,which is more complicated than conventional magnetite.As a result,the temperature at the maximum rate of consolidation and the temperature at the termination of consolidation are the greatest.FeTiO_(3) and MgFe_(2)O_(4) in V-Ti magnetite may inhibit the creation of sinter necks between hematite particles.Liquid phase occurs inside the pellet when the temperature surpasses 1250℃,which may accelerate particle growth and the formation of a sintering neck within the pellets.展开更多
