Long noncoding RNAs(lnc R...Recent studies have showed that RNAs regulate each other with micro RNA(mi RNA) response elements(MREs) and this mechanism is known as "competing endogenous RNA(ce RNA)" hypothesis. Long noncoding RNAs(lnc RNAs) are supposed to play important roles in cancer. Compelling evidence suggests that lnc RNAs can interact with mi RNAs and regulate the expression of mi RNAs as ce RNAs. Several lnc RNAs such as H19, HOTAIR and MEG3 have been found to be associated with mi RNAs in gastric cancer(GC), generating regulatory crosstalk across the transcriptome. These MRE sharing elements implicated in the ce RNA networks(ce RNETs) are able to regulate m RNA expression. The ce RNA regulatory networks including m RNAs, mi RNAs, lnc RNAs and circular RNAs may play critical roles in tumorigenesis, and the perturbations of ce RNETs may contribute to the pathogenesis of GC.展开更多
Magnetism in two-dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention recently.However,intrinsic magnetic 2D materials are rare and mostly unstable in ambient.Although heteroatom doping can introduce magnetism,the ba...Magnetism in two-dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention recently.However,intrinsic magnetic 2D materials are rare and mostly unstable in ambient.Although heteroatom doping can introduce magnetism,the basic property especially the electrical-magnetic coupling property has been rarely revealed.Herein,both iron(Fe)-doped and vanadium(V)-doped MoSfilms were grown by chemical vapor deposition.Through studying the structure and electrical property of Fe-doped and V-doped MoS,it was found that both Fe and V doping would decrease the electron concentration,exhibiting a p-type doping effect.Significantly,V-doped MoSdisplays a p-type conduction behavior.Although the carrier mobility decreases after heteroatom doping,both Fe and V doping could endow MoSwith magnetism,in which the transfer curves of both MoStransistors exhibit a strong magneticdependent behavior.It is found that the magnetic response of Fe-doped MoScan be tuned from~0.2 nA/T to~1.3 nA/T,with the tunability much larger than that of V-doped MoS.At last,the magnetic mechanism is discussed with the local magnetic property performed by magnetic force microscopy.The typical morphology-independent magnetic signal demonstrates the formed magnetic domain structure in Fe-doped MoS.This study opens new potential to design novel magnetic-electrical devices.展开更多
Objective:Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) is a common sleep disorder, which is manifested as a reduction in tidal volume or apnea during sleep, which results in intermittent hypoxia and tissue hypoxia and induces...Objective:Sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (SAHS) is a common sleep disorder, which is manifested as a reduction in tidal volume or apnea during sleep, which results in intermittent hypoxia and tissue hypoxia and induces oxidative stress and inflammatory responses. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic disease contributing to hyperplasia of synovial membrane, cartilage erosion and joint damage. Fibroblast like synoviocytes (FLS), which make up the lining of the synovial membrane, are believed to play a role in the pathogenesis of RA. RA is a series of inflammation-like responses that induce joint damage and dysfunction and impair patients' life quality. This article first introduced the basic features of RA and analyzes the pathogenesis of RA with SAHS. Then the relationship between RA and SAHS was investigated. Finally, the progress in the treatment for RA with SAHS was reviewed emphatically.展开更多
