Li1.5Ga0.5Ti1.5(PO4)3(LGTP)is recognized as a promising solid electrolyte material for lithium ions.In this work,LGTP solid electrolyte materials were prepared under different process conditions to explore the effects...Li1.5Ga0.5Ti1.5(PO4)3(LGTP)is recognized as a promising solid electrolyte material for lithium ions.In this work,LGTP solid electrolyte materials were prepared under different process conditions to explore the effects of sintering temperature and holding time on relative density,phase composition,microstructure,bulk conductivity,and total conductivity.In the impedance test under frequency of 1-10~6 Hz,the bulk conductivity of the samples increased with increasing sintering temperature,and the total conductivity first increased and then decreased.SEM results showed that the average grain size in the ceramics was controlled by the sintering temperature,which increased from(0.54±0.01)μm to(1.21±0.01)μm when the temperature changed from 750 to 950°C.The relative density of the ceramics increased and then decreased with increasing temperature as the porosity increased.The holding time had little effect on the grain size growth or sample density,but an extended holding time resulted in crack generation that served to reduce the conductivity of the solid electrolyte.展开更多

Malignant obstruction makes gallbladder cancer have a high mortality rate.Nickel-titanium alloy(nitinol)stents are commonly used as a local intervention to maximize patient survival time,but the stents lack antitumor ...Malignant obstruction makes gallbladder cancer have a high mortality rate.Nickel-titanium alloy(nitinol)stents are commonly used as a local intervention to maximize patient survival time,but the stents lack antitumor and antibacterial capacity and are vulnerable to secondary obstruction.Arsenic-based drugs show good therapeutic promise against gallbladder cancer.To meet clinical needs.the layered double hydroxides(LDHs)film is constructed on the nitinol,whose arsenite loading amounts rose by 60%after simple heat treatment compared with the conventional anion-exchange strategy.In addition,calcination promotes the dissolution of nickel ions from the LDHs lattice,resulting in a powerful synergistic killing effect on tumor cells together with the released arsenic.More importantly,the calcined arsenic-loaded LDHs are sensitive to the acidic microenvironment of tumor tissues,which presents a much lower arsenic and nickel release amount in the normal tissues,guaranteeing its biosafety.Meanwhile,the vertically sharp LDHs nanosheets can synergize with arsenic to achieve effective physical cleavage and chemical killing of adherent and planktonic bacteria.In short,we attempt to use arsenic drugs for local interventions and reasonably avoid their toxic side effects,which provides a new design idea for nitinol stents applied in the treatment of gallbladder cancer.展开更多
In the industrial operation of biotrickling filters for hydrogen sulfide(H2S) removal,shock loads or starvation was common due to process variations or equipment malfunctions.In this study,effects of starvation and sh...In the industrial operation of biotrickling filters for hydrogen sulfide(H2S) removal,shock loads or starvation was common due to process variations or equipment malfunctions.In this study,effects of starvation and shock loads on the performance of biotrickling filters for H2S removal were investigated.Four experiments were conducted to evaluate the changes of biomass and viable bacteria numbers in the biotrickling filters during a 24-d starvation.Compared to biomass,viable bacteria numbers decreased significantly during the starvation,especially when airflow was maintained in the absence of spray liquid.During the subsequent re-acclimation,all the bioreactors could resume high removal efficiencies within 4 d regardless of the previous starvation conditions.The results show that the re-acclimation time,in the case of biotrickling filters for H2S removal,is mainly controlled by viable H2S oxidizing bacteria numbers.On the other hand,the biotrickling filters can protect against shock loads in inlet fluctuating H2S concentration after resuming normal operation.When the biotrickling filters were supplied with H2S at an input of lower than 1700 mg/m3,their removal efficiencies were nearly 98% regardless of previous H2S input.展开更多
