基于加权基因共表达网络识别糖尿病视网膜病变与免疫相关的关键基因

目的:通过生物信息学的方法探究糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中免疫相关的关键基因以及免疫细胞的浸润情况。方法:2022-09/10从GEO数据库获取基因芯片数据集,采用“limma”R包获得差异表达基因(DEGs),并进行GO功能注释和KEGG通路富集分析,基于C... 目的:通过生物信息学的方法探究糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中免疫相关的关键基因以及免疫细胞的浸润情况。方法:2022-09/10从GEO数据库获取基因芯片数据集,采用“limma”R包获得差异表达基因(DEGs),并进行GO功能注释和KEGG通路富集分析,基于CIBERSORT算法分析免疫细胞浸润情况。通过加权基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA)筛选与免疫相关基因模块中的DEGs,利用STRING在线数据库及Cytoscape软件构建蛋白质互作网络,利用MCODE以及cytoHubba插件进一步并筛选出关键基因。结果:共筛选出上调差异基因1426个,下调差异基因206个。原始B细胞、血浆细胞、记忆型CD4^(+)T细胞、调节性T细胞(Tregs)、M0型巨噬细胞、M1型巨噬细胞以及中性粒细胞7种免疫细胞显著高表达(P<0.05);NK cells activated这种免疫细胞低表达(P<0.05)。WGCNA分析后,与免疫最相关模块中差异基因820个,构建PPI网络后利用插件筛选出10个关键基因,利用各差异基因在PPI中的相关性程度进一步筛选出2个关键基因为DLGAP5与AURKB。结论:利用生物信息学的方式筛选出DR患者中免疫细胞浸润情况以及与免疫相关的关键基因,可为DR的进一步研究与诊疗提供依据。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Endoscopic evaluation in diagnosing and managing ulcerative colitis(UC)is becoming increasingly important.Several endoscopic scoring systems have been established,including the Ulcerative Colitis Endoscopic Index of Severity(UCEIS)score and Mayo Endoscopic Subscore(MES).Furthermore,the Toronto Inflammatory Bowel Disease Global Endoscopic Reporting(TIGER)score for UC has recently been proposed;however,its clinical value remains unclear.AIM To investigate the clinical value of the TIGER score in UC by comparing it with the UCEIS score and MES.METHODS This retrospective study included 166 patients with UC who underwent total colonoscopy between January 2017 and March 2023 at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University(Qingdao,China).We retrospectively analysed endoscopic scores,laboratory and clinical data,treatment,and readmissions within 1 year.Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient,receiver operating characteristic curve,and univariate and multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows,version 26.0(IBM Corp.,Armonk,NY,United States)and GraphPad Prism version 9.0.0 for Windows(GraphPad Software,Boston,Massachusetts,United States).RESULTS The TIGER score significantly correlated with the UCEIS score and MES(r=0.721,0.626,both P<0.001),showed good differentiating values for clinical severity among mild,moderate,and severe UC[8(4-112.75)vs 210(109–219)vs 328(219–426),all P<0.001],and exhibited predictive value in diagnosing patients with severe UC[area under the curve(AUC)=0.897,P<0.001].Additionally,the TIGER(r=0.639,0,551,0.488,0.376,all P<0.001)and UCEIS scores(r=0.622,0,540,0.494,and 0.375,all P<0.001)showed stronger correlations with laboratory and clinical parameters,including C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,length of hospitalisation,and hospitalisation costs,than MES(r=0.509,0,351,0.339,and 0.270,all P<0.001).The TIGER score showed the best predictability for patients'recent advanced treatment,including systemic corticosteroids,biologics,or immunomodulators(AUC=0.848,P<0.001)and 1-year readmission(AUC=0.700,P<0.001)compared with the UCEIS score(AUC=0.762,P<0.001;0.627,P<0.05)and MES(AUC=0.684,P<0.001;0.578,P=0.132).Furthermore,a TIGER score of≥317 was identified as an independent risk factor for advanced UC treatment(P=0.011).CONCLUSION The TIGER score may be superior to the UCIES score and MES in improving the accuracy of clinical disease severity assessment,guiding therapeutic decision-making,and predicting short-term prognosis. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The clinical symptoms and imaging manifestations of neurocysticercosis(NCC)are very different,and the difficulty and delay of clinical diagnoses may lead to an increase in mortality and disability.Rapid and accurate pathogen identification is important for the treatment of these patients.Metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)is a powerful tool to identify pathogens,especially in infections that are difficult to identify by conventional methods.CASE SUMMARY A 43-year-old male patient was admitted due to a recurrent headache for a few months.Imaging examinations showed hydrocephalus and cystic lesions,which were considered to be a central nervous system infection,but no etiology was found by routine examination.mNGS of the cerebrospinal fluid revealed high Taenia solium reads,and the positive results of a cysticercosis antibody test confirmed the infection.Combined with the patient’s clinical manifestations,the etiological evidence,and the imaging manifestation,the patient was finally diagnosed with NCC and he was prescribed dexamethasone,albendazole,neurotrophic drugs,and intracranial pressure reduction therapy.The headaches disappeared after anti-parasite treatment,and no associated symptoms recurred prior to the three-and six-month follow-up.CONCLUSION As an accurate and sensitivity detection method,mNGS can be a reliable approach for the diagnosis of NCC. 展开更多

目的:探讨康柏西普联合曲安奈德球内注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:回顾性队列研究。合并黄斑水肿的糖尿病患者40例43眼,治疗前记录BCVA、IOP和OCT检查。根据治疗方式分为两组,A组患者给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合曲安奈德治... 目的:探讨康柏西普联合曲安奈德球内注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:回顾性队列研究。合并黄斑水肿的糖尿病患者40例43眼,治疗前记录BCVA、IOP和OCT检查。根据治疗方式分为两组,A组患者给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合曲安奈德治疗,B组给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗。分别于治疗后1d,1、4、8、12、24wk记录BCVA、IOP和CMT及并发症等情况。结果:A组治疗后不同时间点的视力与治疗前(0.83±0.03)相比均有差异(P<0.05),治疗8wk时达到最佳视力(0.23±0.04);治疗后CMT与治疗前(612.4±47.6μm)有差异(P<0.05);24wk内平均注射次数2.7次。B组治疗后不同时间点视力与治疗前(0.79±0.09)有差异(P<0.05),治疗4wk时达到最佳视力(0.25±0.06)。治疗后CMT与治疗前(597.8±62.4μm)有差异(P<0.05),24wk内平均注射次数3.6次。两组患者第一针与第二针治疗间隔时间有差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后眼压无差异(P>0.05)。结论:康柏西普联合曲安奈德球内注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿安全、有效、见效快,但疗效更持久,且可降低打针频率。 展开更多

背景麻醉胃镜检查已经作为一种常规胃镜检查方式在国内开展.低氧血症仍然是麻醉胃镜检查中发生率较高的不良事件,但国外就其发生率的报道情况相差较大(<1%至85%),国内缺乏相关高质量报道.丙泊酚作为用于门诊患者麻醉胃镜检查的镇静药... 背景麻醉胃镜检查已经作为一种常规胃镜检查方式在国内开展.低氧血症仍然是麻醉胃镜检查中发生率较高的不良事件,但国外就其发生率的报道情况相差较大(<1%至85%),国内缺乏相关高质量报道.丙泊酚作为用于门诊患者麻醉胃镜检查的镇静药物,其安全、有效性已经得到认可,《中国消化内镜诊疗镇静/麻醉的专家共识意见》(2014年)推荐使用,国外仍然有对其安全性的质疑,本研究中,我们将其作为门诊患者胃镜检查的镇静药物使用,观察其对低氧血症发生率的影响.目的观察麻醉胃镜检查中低氧血症的发生率,并分析其危险因素.方法纳入上海长海医院消化内镜中心2018-09-01/2018-11-30经麻醉医师施行丙泊酚镇静的门诊麻醉胃镜检查患者,共计580例.观察患者在检查过程中有无低氧血症,记为发生低氧血症(110例)和未发生低氧血症(470例)两组,记录两组患者的基本信息、麻醉过程和内镜操作相关信息.结果单因素分析发现打鼾史、活检、年龄、体重指数、腹围、内镜操作时间、丙泊酚的量、患者A S A分级、内镜医师分级在两组间存在差异(P <0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析,发现年龄(>75岁, OR值8.955, 95%CI:2.070-38.746)和丙泊酚用量(>197 mg,OR值2.360,95%CI:1.320-4.219)是低氧血症的独立危险因素.结论对高龄患者(特别是>75岁患者)和需要较大量丙泊酚(特别是>197mg)镇静的患者需要加以主动干预,以预防低氧血症的发生. 展开更多

目的:观察直肌边缘切开术治疗不同类型外斜视术后双眼视觉的变化。方法:将外斜视患者59例根据斜视类型分三组:间歇性外斜视组(组1)为27例、恒定性外斜视组(组2)为21例及外斜V征组(组3)为11例。手术前后用同视机检查双眼视觉三级功能。随... 目的:观察直肌边缘切开术治疗不同类型外斜视术后双眼视觉的变化。方法:将外斜视患者59例根据斜视类型分三组:间歇性外斜视组(组1)为27例、恒定性外斜视组(组2)为21例及外斜V征组(组3)为11例。手术前后用同视机检查双眼视觉三级功能。随访6mo,记录数据并分析。结果:各组双眼视觉的比较:(1)术后Ⅰ级同时视功能:术后1mo,组1(22例,81%)同时视的恢复优于组2(11例,52%)及组3(5例,46%)(P<0. 05)。(2)术后II级融合功能:术后1、3、6mo,三组融合功能均有差异(P<0. 05)。术后6mo组1间歇性外斜视(20例,74%)融合功能的恢复优于组2恒定性外斜视(9例,43%)及组3外斜V征(4例,36%)。术后6mo组1(17. 15°±9. 19°)融合范围显著大于组2(9. 00°±8. 64°)(P=0. 004)。(3)术后III级远立体视:组1(9例,33%)术后远立体视的恢复较好,但三组术后远立体视的恢复无明显差异(P>0. 05),且恢复时间较长。(4)直肌边缘切开术后患者双眼视觉三级功能的恢复明显优于术前(P <0. 001)。且术后1mo恢复较为稳定。结论:直肌边缘切开术治疗斜视安全有效,且术后双眼视觉功能较术前均有明显改善,在术后1mo左右双眼视觉恢复基本稳定。间歇性外斜视双眼视觉功能的恢复优于恒定性外斜视以及外斜V征,而恒定性外斜视及外斜V征对术后双眼视觉恢复的影响一致,因此手术时机选择应考虑斜视类型,更有效地恢复和重建双眼视觉。 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the association between nutrient intakes and high incidence rate of gastric cancer among residents in Zhoushan Islands.METHODS: A frequency-matched design of case-control study was used during the survey on dietary factors and gastric cancer in Zhoushan Islands, China. A total of 103 cases of gastric cancer diagnosed in 2001 were included in the study and 133 controls were randomly selected from the residents in Zhoushan Islands. A food frequency questionnaire was specifically designed for the Chinese dietary pattern to collect information on dietary intake. A computerized database of the dietary and other relative information of each participant was completed. Total calories and 15 nutrients were calculated according to the food composition table and their adjusted odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were estimated by gender using unconditional logistic regression models.RESULTS: High intakes of protein, saturated fat, and cholesterol were observed with the increased risk of gastric cancer particularly among males (ORQ4 vsQ1 were 10.3, 3.24, 2.76 respectively). While carbohydrate was a significant high-risk nutrient (ORQ4 vsQ1 = 14.8; Pfor linear trend = 0.024) among females. Regardless of their gender, the cases reported significantly higher daily intake of sodium mainly from salts. As to the nutrients of vitamins A and C, an inversed association with the risk of GC was found. Baseline characteristics of participants were briefly described.CONCLUSION: The findings from this study confirm the role of diet-related exposure in the etiology of gastric cancer from the point of view of epidemiology. An increased risk of gastric cancer is associated with high intakes of protein, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium,while consumption of polyunsaturated fat, vitamin A and ascorbic acid may have a protective effect against gastric cancer. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)has been recognized as a comorbidity of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM);more than half of T2DM patients suffer from OSAHS.Intermittent hypoxia(IH)plays an important role in metabolic diseases,such as obesity and OSAHS,through various mechanisms,including altering the gut microecological composition and function.Therefore,it is important to study the role of gut microbiota in T2DM patients with OSAHS,which has a high incidence and is prone to several complications.AIM To assess whether IH is involved in altering the fecal microbiome in T2DM patients with OSAHS.METHODS Seventy-eight participants were enrolled from Henan Province People’s Hospital and divided into healthy control(HC,n=26),T2DM(n=25),and T2DM+OSA(n=27)groups based on their conditions.The fecal bacterial DNA of the research participants was extracted and subjected to 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing.The clinical indices,such as insulin resistance index,homocysteine(HCY)concentration,and the concentrations of inflammatory factors in the peripheral blood,were assessed and recorded.RESULTS Group T2DM+OSA had the highest apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)(2.3 vs 3.7 vs 13.7),oxygen desaturation index(0.65 vs 2.2 vs 9.1),HCY concentration(9.6μmol/L vs 10.3μmol/L vs 13.81μmol/L)and C-reactive protein(CRP)concentrations(0.3 mg/L vs 1.43 mg/L vs 2.11 mg/L),and lowest mean oxygen saturation(97.05%vs 96.6%vs 94.7%)among the three groups.Twelve and fifteen key differences in amplicon sequence variants were identified when comparing group T2DM+OSA with groups T2DM and HC,respectively.We found progressively decreased levels of Faecalibacterium,Eubacterium,and Lachnospiraceae,and an increase in the level of Actinomyces,which strongly correlated with the HCY,CRP,fasting plasma glucose,and hemoglobin A1c concentrations,AHI,mean oxygen saturation,and insulin resistance index in group T2DM+OSA(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For T2DM patients with OSAHS,IH may be involved in selective alterations of the gut microbiota,which may affect the pathophysiological development of T2DM and DM-related complications. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to investigate the entire evolution process of shales with various total organic contents(TOC)in order to build models for quantitative evaluation of oil and gas yields and establish methods for assessing recoverable oil and gas resources from in-situ conversion of organic matters in shale.Thermal simulation experiments under in-situ conversion conditions were conducted on Chang 7_(3) shales from the Ordos Basin in a semi-open system with large capacity.The results showed that TOC and R_(o) were the key factors affecting the in-situ transformation potential of shale.The remaining oil and gas yields increased linearly with TOC but inconsistently with R_(o).R_(o) ranged 0.75%—1.25%and 1.05%—2.3%,respectively,corresponding to the main oil generation stage and gas generation stage of shale in-situ transformation.Thus a model to evaluate the remaining oil/gas yield with TOC and R_(o) was obtained.The TOC of shale suitable for in-situ conversion should be greater than 6%,whereas its R_(o) should be less than 1.0%.Shales with 0.75%(R_(o))could obtain the best economic benefit.The results provided a theoretical basis and evaluation methodology for predicting the hydrocarbon resources from in-situ conversion of shale and for the identification of the optimum“sweet spots”.The assessment of the Chang 7_(3) shale in the Ordos Basin indicated that the recoverable oil and gas resources from in-situ conversion of organic matters in shale are substantial,with oil and gas resources reaching approximately 450×10^(8) t and 30×10^(12)m^(3),respectively,from an area of 4.27×10^(4) km^(2). 展开更多

The evolution of pore structure in shales is affected by both the thermal evolution of organic matter(OM)and by inorganic diagenesis,resulting in a wide variety of pore structures.This paper examines the OM distribution in lacustrine shales and its influence on pore structure,and describes the process of porosity development.The principal findings are:(i)Three distribution patterns of OM in lacustrine shales are distinguished;laminated continuous distribution,clumped distribution,and stellate scattered distribution.The differences in total organic carbon(TOC)content,free hydrocarbon content(S_(1)),and OM porosity among these distribution patterns are discussed.(ii)Porosity is negatively correlated with TOC and plagioclase content and positively correlated with quartz,dolomite,and clay mineral content.(iii)Pore evolution in lacustrine shales is characterized by a sequence of decreasing-increasing-decreasing porosity,followed by continuously increasing porosity until a relatively stable condition is reached.(iv)A new model for evaluating porosity in lacustrine shales is proposed.Using this model,the organic and inorganic porosity of shales in the Permian Lucaogou Formation are calculated to be 2.5%-5%and 1%-6.3%,respectively,which correlate closely with measured data.These findings may provide a scientific basis and technical support for the sweet spotting in lacustrine shales in China. 展开更多

AIM: To compare the outcomes of vision using two different intraocular lens(IOL) replacement techniques,iris-fixated foldable intraocular lens(IF-IOL) and scleralfixated foldable intraocular lens(SF-IOL) in patients with insufficient capsular support.METHODS: Total 63 eyes(62 patients) with insufficient posterior capsule support underwent replacement of IF-IOL or SF-IOL between January 2008 and August 2011.Outcome measures included changes in visual acuity, slit lamp examination, refractive indices and corneal curvatures. RESULTS: The mean improvement of uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) was greater in IF-IOL group compared to the SF-IOL group(0.43 D±0.19 D vs 0.35 D±0.18 D, P 〈0.05). Moreover, 12(38.71%) eyes in IF-IOL group and 4(12.50%) in SF-IOL group had a higher postoperative UCVA than preoperative best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) while 9(29.03%) eyes in IF-IOLgroup and 18(56.25%) in SF-IOL group had a lower postoperative UCVA than preoperative BCVA. The myopic mean manifest sphere and mean cylinder magnitude were lower in the IF-IOL group than that in the SF-IOL group(-0.47 D±0.58 D vs 0.50 D±0.43 D, P 〈0.01; 0.84 D ±0.53 D vs 1.23 D ±0.70 D, P 〈0.05). No difference of corneal astigmatism and surgically induced astigmatism was found between the two groups. In addition, fewer complications were observed in IF-IOL eyes. CONCLUSION: IF-IOL implantation can give a significant improvement in vision with fewer complications than SF-IOL in patients with insufficient capsular support. 展开更多

Efficacy of ICL combined with Trans-PRK on corneal endothelial cell density in patients with high myopia

Objective:To explore the efficacy of implantable collamer lense (ICL) combined with laser keratectomy via corneal epithelium Trans-PRK in the treatment of patients with high myopia and its effect on corneal endothelial cell density.Methods: A prospective analysis was performed on patients with ultra-high myopia admitted to the department of ophthalmology of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017. Six months after ICL implantation, the patients still had myopia and received Trans PRK treatment again. The number of cases was 30 and 52 eyes. Patients were followed up postoperatively. Uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), dioptre (D), intraocular pressure, ICL arch height, anterior chamber volume, anterior chamber depth, and changes in corneal endothelial cell counts were observed preoperatively, 6 months after ICL implantation and 6 months after Trans PRK so as to assess the effectiveness and safety of the surgery.Results: UCVA and BCVA of the eyes were significantly higher 6 months after ICL implantation and 6 months after Trans-PRK than those before the surgery, and UCVA of the eyes 6 months after Trans-PRK was significantly higher than that 6 months after ICL implantation. There was no increase in intraocular pressure in all patients after surgery. There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure preoperatively, 6 months after ICL implantation and 6 months after Trans PRK. The ICL arch height of the eyes 6 months after Trans-PRK was slightly lower than that 6 months after ICL implantation, but the difference was not statistically significant. Both anterior chamber volume and anterior chamber depth were significantly lower 6 months after ICL implantation and 6 months after Trans PRK than whose before the surgery, and anterior chamber depth 6 months after Trans PRK was significantly lower than that 6 months after ICL implantation. The number of corneal endothelial cells 6 months after ICL implantation was slightly less than that before surgery, but it was not statistically significant. The number of corneal endothelial cells 6 months after Trans PRK was higher than that 6 months after ICL implantation and close to the preoperative level.Conclusion: Trans PRK can effectively improve the eye diopter of patients with high myopia and residual myopia after ICL implantation. It has little effect on the density of corneal endothelial cells, can significantly improve visual acuity, and achieve the expected operation effect with safe operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

Early Cretaceous succession of the Oued Fodda Formation in the Ouarsenis Mountains(northwestern Algeria) is mainly composed of marl—limestone alternations, which are subdivided into four informal units(Units 1 to 4), based on distinct lithological, stratonomical, and ichnological features. The ichnological analysis reveals a low diversity of the trace-fossil assemblage, which is exclusively reported from Units 2 and 3.The ichnoassemblage contains six ichnotaxa(Chondrites intricatus, Ophiomorpha isp., Planolites isp., Thalassinoides isp., Zoophycos brianteus, and Zoophycos cauda-galli), among which Zoophycos and Chondrites are the most common elements of the assemblage and occur in distinct mud-rich substrates showing different bioturbation intensities. The development of Zoophycos in the middle part of Unit 2 shows a high degree of bioturbation(bioturbation index(BI) = 4). Zoophycos specimens are of large size, between 45 cm and 75 cm in width, which were interpreted to have formed in a lower offshore environment where the oxygenation amount was optimal, the sedimentation rate was low, and the benthic food was abundant on the seafloor. Toward the upper part of Unit 2, Zoophycos-bearing levels exhibit a less intense degree of bioturbation(BI between 1 and2) in contrast to Planolites-and Chondrites-bearing levels which have a bioturbation index(BI) between 3 and4. At these levels, Zoophycos displays relatively small, coiled to U-shaped spreiten, probably in response to stressful and dysoxic conditions prevailing in the water bottom. With improved oxygenation in a quiet lower offshore to shelf margin environment in Unit 3, the benthic organisms recovered, as represented by medium to large size Zoophycos in association with Ophiomorpha and scarce Chondrites burrows, even if the overall bioturbation intensity is very low. The combination of trace-fossil assemblage and lithofacies of the Oued Fodda Formation indicates relatively stable outer shelf environments below the storm wave base, which corresponds classically to the lower offshore to shelf edge environments, and the prevailing palaeoecological conditions are optimal and stressful for the benthic organisms. 展开更多

In this study,insights into the effect of interfacial anisotropy on a complex hexagonal close-packed(hcp) dendritic growth during alloy solidification were gained by graphics processing unit(GPU)-accelerated three-dimensional(3D) phase-field simulations,as demonstrated for a Mg-Gd alloy.An anisotropic phasefield model with finite interface dissipation was developed by incorporating the contribution of the anisotropy of interfacial energy into the total free energy functional.The modified spherical harmonic anisotropy function was then chosen for the hcp crystal.The GPU parallel computing algorithm was implemented in the present phase-field model,and a corresponding code was developed in the compute unified device architecture parallel computing platform.Benchmark tests indicated that the calculation efficiency of a single TESLA V100 GPU could be~80times that of open multi-processing(OpenMP) with eight central processing unit cores.By coupling the phase-field model with reliable thermodynamic and interfacial energy descriptions,the 3D phase-field simulation of α-Mg dendritic growth in the Mg-6Gd(in wt%) alloy during solidification was performed.Various two-dimensional dendrite morphologies were revealed by cutting the simulated 3D dendrite along different crystallographic planes.Typical sixfold equiaxed and butterflied microstructures observed in experiments were well reproduced. 展开更多

Harvesting clean energy such as solar energy and salinity gradient energy directly from the surrounding environment has attracted great attention.A promising proof-of-concept combination of cation-selective membrane-based osmotic energy with photoelectrochemical-based solar energy has been developed,highlighting the great potential for the direct conversion of osmotic energy to hydrogen energy.With the help of a 50-fold concentration gradient,the MXene-CdSe quantum dots system exhibits the highest photocurrent enhancement ratio(Δ/_(L-H)/Δ/_(L-L)),and the hydrogen production is increased by about 33%at a bias of 0 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode.Directly converting osmotic energy and solar energy into hydrogen energy suggests the possibility of coupling osmotic energy with other renewable energy sources. 展开更多
