Ceramic cores are the key intermediate components of hollow blades for aero-engine.Conventional processes,such as hot-press molding and gel film casting,face difficulties in fabricating complex-structured ceramic cores due to the complexity of moulds and long process cycles.Stereolithography 3D printing provides a new idea for the fabrication of complex-structured ceramic cores.The effect of sintering temperature on open porosity,bulk density,weight loss rate,shrinkage rate,flexural strength and microstructure of the Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic core doped with 10vol.%polysilazane(PSZ)was studied.The sintering mechanism of PSZ-reinforced ceramic cores was analyzed.Results show that the optimum sintering temperature of PSZ-reinforced ceramic cores is 1,450°C.At this temperature,the open porosity of the ceramic core is 36.60%,bulk density is 2.33 g·cm^(-3),weight loss rate is 22.11%,shrinkage rate along the X,Y,Z directions is 5.72%,5.01%,9.61%,respectively;the flexural strength is 28.794 MPa at 25°C and 13.649 MPa at 1,500°C.Properties of 3D printing PSZ-reinforced ceramic cores can meet the casting requirement of superalloy hollow blades,which is expected to promote the industrial application of 3D printing complex structure ceramic cores. 展开更多

目的观察α-硫辛酸(ALA)对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法复制糖尿病大鼠模型,分为糖尿病组(DM组)、糖尿病硫辛酸组(ALA组),并设置正常对照组(NC组)。实验6周后处死全部大鼠,测定相应生化指标和相关氧化应激指... 目的观察α-硫辛酸(ALA)对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法复制糖尿病大鼠模型,分为糖尿病组(DM组)、糖尿病硫辛酸组(ALA组),并设置正常对照组(NC组)。实验6周后处死全部大鼠,测定相应生化指标和相关氧化应激指标;HE、Masson染色观察肾组织的形态变化;免疫组织化学和Western blot检测大鼠肾组织中核转录共抑制因子(SnoN)、转化生长因子(TGF-β_1)、Collagen I、Collagen IV表达水平。结果 (1)DM组大鼠肾重/体重、血糖、血总胆固醇、三酰甘油、24 h尿蛋白均高于NC组,ALA组除了血糖外以上其余指标均低于DM组。(2)DM组总抗氧化物酶活性(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶活性(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)低于NC组,丙二醛含量(MDA)增多;ALA组T-AOC、T-SOD、CAT活性高于DM组,MDA含量降低。(3)病理检查显示,DM组大鼠出现肾纤维化改变,ALA组肾纤维化病变明显改善。(4)免疫组织化学和Western blot结果显示:与NC组相比,DM组大鼠SnoN蛋白水平降低,TGF-β_1、Collagen I和Collagen IV增高;与DM组相比,ALA组SnoN蛋白水平升高,TGF-β_1、Collagen I和Collagen IV降低。结论α-硫辛酸可以增强DM大鼠肾脏的抗氧化能力,上调SnoN蛋白的表达,从而抑制TGF-β_1信号通路而减少细胞外基质沉积,对糖尿病大鼠肾脏起到保护作用。 展开更多

目的探讨γ-干扰素释放试验(IGRA)联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)检测对活动性肺结核的诊断价值。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月同济大学附属上海市肺科医院收治的700例结核病患者作为研究对象,其中包含活动性肺结核患者587例(A组)和非活动性肺... 目的探讨γ-干扰素释放试验(IGRA)联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)检测对活动性肺结核的诊断价值。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月同济大学附属上海市肺科医院收治的700例结核病患者作为研究对象,其中包含活动性肺结核患者587例(A组)和非活动性肺结核患者113例(B组),另取同期该院体检的100例健康人群作为对照组。比较3组IGRA阳性率及血清IL-6水平。采用ROC曲线评价IGRA、IL-6对活动性肺结核的诊断效能。结果3组血清IL-6水平及IGRA阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组高于B组及对照组(P<0.05),且B组高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过ROC曲线分析,IGRA诊断活动性肺结核的敏感性、特异性分别为80.92%(95%CI:77.74,158.66)和70.80%(95%CI:62.41,133.21)。IL-6≥20.24 ng/L时,其敏感性、特异性分别为74.79%(95%CI:71.27,146.06)和83.19%(95%CI:76.29,159.48);两者联合诊断的敏感性、特异性分别为84.33%(95%CI:81.39,165.71)和85.84%(95%CI:79.41,165.25)。结论IGRA、IL-6对活动性肺结核具有较高的诊断价值,且两者联合的敏感性、特异性更高,可用于临床中活动性肺结核的辅助诊断。 展开更多

The effect of thermal exposure on the microstructure and creep properties of the Ni-based single crystal superalloy in different test conditions was studied.Long-term exposure was performed at 1,000 ℃ and 1,100 ℃ for 500 h prior to the creep tests.The creep lifetime is found to be improved after the long-term exposure at 1,000 ℃ for 500 h as a result of the formation of secondary M_(23)C_(6) in the interdendritic region.The coarsening of γ’ precipitates accompanied by the formation of TCP phase lead to the degradation of alloy,which is responsible for the reduction of the creep lifetime of Ni-base single crystal superalloy after long-term exposure at 1,100 ℃ for 500 h.The creep lifetime of 1,000 oC thermally exposed sample under the conditions of 1,093 ℃/137 MPa is lower than that of heat-treated state.Thermal exposure at 1,100 ℃ for 500 h causes the creep lifetime to drop drastically. 展开更多

目的探讨核因子红系相关因子2(Nrf2)介导的小胶质细胞功能转化在脑出血后血肿清除和功能恢复中的作用机制。方法通过注射Ⅳ型胶原酶复制小鼠脑出血模型。C57BL/6小鼠34只,随机分为对照组、脑出血组、脑出血+红曲素组、脑出血+血脂康组;... 目的探讨核因子红系相关因子2(Nrf2)介导的小胶质细胞功能转化在脑出血后血肿清除和功能恢复中的作用机制。方法通过注射Ⅳ型胶原酶复制小鼠脑出血模型。C57BL/6小鼠34只,随机分为对照组、脑出血组、脑出血+红曲素组、脑出血+血脂康组;雄性Nrf2基因敲除小鼠(Nrf2^(-/-))C57BL/6小鼠8只,为脑出血+Nrf2^(-/-)组。采用改良Garcia评分评价神经功能;检测血红蛋白水平;采用Western blotting测定Nrf2、CD80、CD206、促炎因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、髓样细胞上表达的Ⅰ型受体(Trem1)和抗炎因子脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、髓样细胞上表达的Ⅱ型受体(Trem2)表达,采用免疫荧光测定Nrf2、CD80、CD206、Trem1和Trem2;采用Pearson法对Trem1、Trem2与改良Garcia评分,Trem2与血红蛋白进行相关性分析。结果与脑出血组比较,脑出血+红曲素组及脑出血+血脂康组的血红蛋白水平降低(P<0.05),改良Garcia评分增加(P<0.05),Trem2、CD206、BDNF相对表达量增加(P<0.05),Trem1、CD80、TNF-α相对表达量下降(P<0.05);脑出血+Nrf2^(-/-)组血红蛋白水平升高(P<0.05),改良Garcia评分降低(P<0.05),Trem2、CD206、BDNF相对表达量降低(P<0.05),Trem1、CD80、TNF-α相对表达量升高(P<0.05)。Trem1蛋白表达与改良Garcia评分呈负相关(r=-0.956,P<0.05),Trem2蛋白表达与改良Garcia评分呈正相关(r=0.936,P<0.05)。Trem2蛋白表达与血红蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.473,P<0.05)。结论Nrf2可通过调控小胶质细胞的功能转化,影响脑出血后血肿清除;Nrf2激动剂——红曲素及血脂康可通过上调Trem2、CD206、BDNF的表达强化小胶质细胞的吞噬功能,促进血肿产物的清除并促进神经修复;同时可下调Trem1及CD80、TNF-α的表达,抑制小胶质细胞的炎症反应,减轻出血后血肿及神经毒性而发挥神经保护作用。 展开更多

Interfacial dislocations found in single crystal superalloys after long term thermal aging have an important effect on mechanical properties. Long term thermal aging tests for DD5 single crystal superalloy were carried out at 1,100 ℃ for 20, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 h, and then cooled by air. The effect of long term thermal aging on the dislocation networks at the γ/γ' interfaces was investigated by FE-SEM. Results showed that during the long term thermal aging at 1,100 ℃, misfit dislocations formed firstly and then reorientation in the(001) interfacial planes occurred. Different types of square or rectangular dislocation network form by dislocation reaction. Square dislocation networks consisting of four groups of dislocations can transform into octagonal dislocation networks, and then form another square dislocation network by dislocation reaction. Rectangular dislocation networks can also transform into hexagonal dislocation networks. The interfacial dislocation networks promote the γ' phase rafting process. The dislocation networks spacings become smaller and smaller, leading to the effective lattice misfit increasing from-0.10% to-0.32%. 展开更多

目的:探索两个相反治则的温阳、清热中药联合靶向药物吉非替尼对H1650细胞的生长、凋亡及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)通路的影响.方法:培养并收集对数生长期的H1650细胞,利用MTT法计算吉非替尼单药的IC50,再联合不同浓度的参附、清开灵... 目的:探索两个相反治则的温阳、清热中药联合靶向药物吉非替尼对H1650细胞的生长、凋亡及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)通路的影响.方法:培养并收集对数生长期的H1650细胞,利用MTT法计算吉非替尼单药的IC50,再联合不同浓度的参附、清开灵注射液,作用48、72小时,MTT法检测联合药物对细胞株的増殖抑制率,计算Q值比较联合效应,选择联合指数差异较大的药物浓度、作用时间点,通过Annexin V/PI法检测药物对细胞凋亡的影响.Westernblot法检测EGFR通路相关蛋白的表达.结果:与单药相比,QKL联合吉非替尼显着抑制H1650细胞増殖并诱导细胞凋亡(P〈0.05).相反,SF和吉非替尼对细胞活力抑制和细胞凋亡均具有显着的诘抗作用(48h:0.85〈Q〈1.15,72h:Q〈0.85).吉非替尼组EGFR蛋白表达水平明显低于吉非替尼组,但p-EGFR在各组间变化不明显(P〉0.05).下游蛋白分子AKT/p-AKT,ERK/p-ERK表达在吉非替尼,吉非替尼+SF和吉非替尼+QKL组均无显著差异(P〉0.05).结论:清开灵注射液与吉非替尼对H1650细胞具有协同抑制效应,其机制可能是下调EGFR的表达进而改善H1650细胞对EGFR-TKIs的耐药. 展开更多

The effect of long-term thermal exposure on the tensile behavior of a high W content nickel-based superalloy K416B was investigated.The microstructure and the deformation characteristics were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,and the phase transformation of the alloy during long-term thermal exposure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction patterns and differential thermal analysis.Results showed that after thermal exposure at 1000℃,the MC carbides in the K416 B alloy decomposed into M_(6)C.During tensile deformation,dislocations slipping inγmatrix crossed over the M_(6)C by Orowan bowing mechanism.With the increase of thermal exposure time,the secondary M_(6)C reduced greatly the yield strength of the alloy at room temperature.Meanwhile,the continuous distribution of the secondary M_(6)C with great brittleness in the grain boundary could become the main source of crack,which might change the fracture characteristic of the alloy from trans-granular to intergranular. 展开更多
