Nano composite coatings are fabricated by electro brush plating containing various nano particles (A12O3, SiO2 and ZrO2>. Its surface morphology and microstructure are observed by means of S-2700 scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the mechanical behaviors of nano composite coating are analyzed. The results show that microstructure of nano composite coating is obviously fine because of nano particles. Micro hardness at room temperature increases with the increase of nano particles content. The wear resistance and hardness at high temperature are also improved. The strengthening effect is differentiated by the type and content of nano particles. This is due to the combination of dispersion strengthening and grain size strengthening. 展开更多

In this paper, taking railway flood in Xinjiang Line of New Eurasian Continental Bridge as an example, the dynamics mechanism of railway flood has been studied by using Chaotic Theory. During study, some nonlinear features of railway flood, such as correlation dimension D2 and Kolomogorov entropy K, are analyzed based on time-series of railway flood in Xinjiang Line of New Eurasian Continental Bridge. Results show: time-series distribution of railway flood has some characteristics of Chaos dynamic system, and the variation of railway flood frequency is a definite low-dimension Chaotic attractor. The average length of Tp(Tp = 15d) calculated in this paper, which shows the time of forecasting by this Chaotic dynamic system, is close to the reality. 展开更多

板形设定模型是整个板形自动控制系统中非常重要的一部分,决定着带钢头部板形的控制精度。板形精度既为热轧带钢的一项重要质量指标,又为衡量产品市场竞争力的主要因素。板形控制是带钢热轧的核心技术,为目前轧制技术研究开发的热点。... 板形设定模型是整个板形自动控制系统中非常重要的一部分,决定着带钢头部板形的控制精度。板形精度既为热轧带钢的一项重要质量指标,又为衡量产品市场竞争力的主要因素。板形控制是带钢热轧的核心技术,为目前轧制技术研究开发的热点。阐述了鞍钢1780线PC轧机板形设定模型功能和构成,对轧辊热凸度模型参数进行了优化,在模型自学习中对各机架给予适量的平直度及凸度反馈,从而提高了板形设定模型精度。由于实际轧制过程的非线性、时变性,传统PID的控制已近极限,为进一步提高控制品质,板带平直度反馈采用非线性PID控制策略,其参数整定范围较宽,易于工程实现。通过对现场大量的轧制数据统计,在应用模型参数优化程序后,热轧板的平直度与凸度的头部命中率有了一定的提高。 展开更多
