[Objectives]The effects of stabilizers such as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,pectin,sodium alginate and xanthan gum on the stability of mango juice with skin were discussed using mango as the raw material.[Methods]Th...[Objectives]The effects of stabilizers such as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,pectin,sodium alginate and xanthan gum on the stability of mango juice with skin were discussed using mango as the raw material.[Methods]The formula and stability of mango beverage with skin were studied using mango juice with skin as the raw material.Four stabilizers,including pectin,sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,were added to improve the stability of the juice.Based on single factor experiments and a response surface experiment,the stability model of mango juice was established to determine the best compound stabilizer.[Results]According to an orthogonal experiment on the stability of mango juice with skin,the optimum technical parameters were as follows:sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.20%,xanthan gum 0.08%,sodium alginate 0.18%,and pectin 0.14%,with which the optimal suspension stability was 69.12%.The optimum technical parameters from the response surface experiment were as follows:sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.199%,pectin 0.1185%,sodium alginate 0.163%,and xanthan gum 0.077%,with which the suspension stability was 70.32%.It was found that the stability of mango juice with skin obtained by the response surface experiment was better than that by the orthogonal experiment,and the order of factors affecting the stability of mango was sodium alginate(C)>sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(A)>pectin(D)>xanthan gum(B).[Conclusions]The formula of compound stabilizer for mango juice was optimized by the orthogonal experiment and the response surface method,providing a theoretical basis for the actual production of mango juice with skin.展开更多

The tradeoff between efficiency and model size of the convolutional neural network(CNN)is an essential issue for applications of CNN-based algorithms to diverse real-world tasks.Although deep learning-based methods ha...The tradeoff between efficiency and model size of the convolutional neural network(CNN)is an essential issue for applications of CNN-based algorithms to diverse real-world tasks.Although deep learning-based methods have achieved significant improvements in image super-resolution(SR),current CNNbased techniques mainly contain massive parameters and a high computational complexity,limiting their practical applications.In this paper,we present a fast and lightweight framework,named weighted multi-scale residual network(WMRN),for a better tradeoff between SR performance and computational efficiency.With the modified residual structure,depthwise separable convolutions(DS Convs)are employed to improve convolutional operations’efficiency.Furthermore,several weighted multi-scale residual blocks(WMRBs)are stacked to enhance the multi-scale representation capability.In the reconstruction subnetwork,a group of Conv layers are introduced to filter feature maps to reconstruct the final high-quality image.Extensive experiments were conducted to evaluate the proposed model,and the comparative results with several state-of-the-art algorithms demonstrate the effectiveness of WMRN.展开更多

The as-prepar...The purpose of this study is to increase acrolein yield and capability of coking resistance in the reaction of glycerol dehydration to acrolein by assembling metal phosphate supported on HZSM-5 catalyst. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, BET, NH_3-TPD, CO_2-TPD and Py-IR techniques. It was found that metal phosphate species were incorporated into the porous structure of HZSM-5 zeolites, thus influencing the surface and textural physico-chemical properties of the supporters. The alkaline-treated HZSM-5 catalyst promoted the dispersion of phosphate species on the carriers. Moreover, the amount of strong acidity was tremendously improved by adding the different metal hydrophosphates and the catalysts show high catalytic activity. In this present work, the Sn1/4 H_2PO_4/HZSM-5 catalyst exhibited good performance in the catalytic activity and coking resistant ability, which resulted in a high acrolein yield of 83% initially and acrolein yield of 68% after 30 h. The acidity, especially the ratio of strong to weak acid, plays an important role in promoting acrolein yield and stability simultaneously.展开更多

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical,radiographic and histiopathologic features of multicentric giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:All the clinical data of twenty tumors in nine patients of mu...Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical,radiographic and histiopathologic features of multicentric giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:All the clinical data of twenty tumors in nine patients of multicentric giant cell tumor that underwent surgical treatment in our department from 1990 to 2010 were retrospectively reviewed,which included three males and six females.The patients ranged from 15 to 45 years at diagnosis,with an average age of 22.3 years.Three of the patients were younger than twenty years of age.Most tumors arose in long bones,especially around the knee.Radiographically,the tumors in long bones usually manifested as expansive lytic lesions involving the metaphysis and extending into the epiphysis.Three tumors in three patients were confined to the metaphysis,and one tumor exhibited bone-forming lesions.All tumors were treated with curettage or resection.Results:The typical "giant cell" could be found in the oncologic examination in all cases.In some areas,such as the fibrohistiocytic regions,reactive bone forming and aneurysmal bone cyst-like changes could be found.Follow-up averaged 3.5 years,ranging from 6 months to 12 years.There was a recurrence of three tumors,and one patient died of pulmonary metastasis.Conclusion:Multicentric giant cell tumor occur often in younger patients than do solitary giant cell tumor.They are frequently present around the knee,and confined to the metaphysis.Each tumor arose independently,rather than being in multiple sites of metastatic lesion that develop from a single tumor.The risk of recurrence depends on the type of surgery that is performed.展开更多

Soil phosphorus (P) plays a vital role in both ecological and agricultural ecosystems, where total P (TP) in soil serves as a crucial indicator of soil fertility and quality. Most of the studies covered in the literat...Soil phosphorus (P) plays a vital role in both ecological and agricultural ecosystems, where total P (TP) in soil serves as a crucial indicator of soil fertility and quality. Most of the studies covered in the literature employ a single or narrow range of soil databases, which largely overlooks the impact of utilizing multiple mapping scales in estimating soil TP, especially in hilly topographies. In this study, Fujian Province, a subtropical hilly region along China’s southeast coast covered by a complex topographic environment, was taken as a case study. The influence of the mapping scale on soil TP storage (TPS)estimation was analyzed using six digital soil databases that were derived from 3 082 unique soil profiles at different mapping scales, i.e., 1:50 000 (S5),1:200 000 (S20), 1:500 000 (S50), 1:1 000 000 (S100), 1:4 000 000 (S400), and 1:10 000 000 (S1000). The regional TPS in the surface soil (0–20 cm) based on the S5, S20, S50, S100, S400, and S1000 soil maps was 20.72, 22.17, 23.06, 23.05, 22.04, and 23.48 Tg, respectively, and the corresponding TPS at0–100 cm soil depth was 80.98, 80.71, 85.00, 84.03, 82.96, and 86.72 Tg, respectively. By comparing soil TPS in the S20 to S1000 maps to that in the S5map, the relative deviations were 6.37%–13.32%for 0–20 cm and 0.33%–7.09%for 0–100 cm. Moreover, since the S20 map had the lowest relative deviation among different mapping scales as compared to S5, it could provide additional soil information and a richer soil environment than other smaller mapping scales. Our results also revealed that many uncertainties in soil TPS estimation originated from the lack of detailed soil information, i.e., representation and spatial variations among different soil types. From the time and labor perspectives, our work provides useful guidelines to identify the appropriate mapping scale for estimating regional soil TPS in areas like Fujian Province in subtropical China or other places with similar complex topographies. Moreover, it is of tremendous importance to accurately estimate soil TPS to ensure ecosystem stability and sustainable agricultural development, especially for regional decision-making and management of phosphate fertilizer application amounts.展开更多

文摘The purpose of this study is to increase acrolein yield and capability of coking resistance in the reaction of glycerol dehydration to acrolein by assembling metal phosphate supported on HZSM-5 catalyst. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, BET, NH_3-TPD, CO_2-TPD and Py-IR techniques. It was found that metal phosphate species were incorporated into the porous structure of HZSM-5 zeolites, thus influencing the surface and textural physico-chemical properties of the supporters. The alkaline-treated HZSM-5 catalyst promoted the dispersion of phosphate species on the carriers. Moreover, the amount of strong acidity was tremendously improved by adding the different metal hydrophosphates and the catalysts show high catalytic activity. In this present work, the Sn1/4 H_2PO_4/HZSM-5 catalyst exhibited good performance in the catalytic activity and coking resistant ability, which resulted in a high acrolein yield of 83% initially and acrolein yield of 68% after 30 h. The acidity, especially the ratio of strong to weak acid, plays an important role in promoting acrolein yield and stability simultaneously.

文摘The combination of a powerful CO_(2)-enriching carrier and robust active component provides a new idea for the construction of efficient catalysts for electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.Herein,novel perforated nitrogen-rich graphene-like carbon nanolayers(PNGC)are prepared from biomass derivatives,which promotes the oriented deposition of In-doped Cu_(2)(OH)_(3)(NO_(3))nanosheet patches.A robust Cu-In/PNGC composite catalyst is then obtained via simple in-situ electrochemical reduction.Unsurprisingly,CuIn/PNGC exhibits a CO Faradaic efficiency(FECO)of 91.3%and a remarkable CO partial current density(jCO)of 136.4 m A cm^(-2)at a moderate overpotential of 0.59 V for electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).DFT calculations and experimental studies indicate that the strong carrier effect of PNGC makes PNGC carried Cu-In nanosheets improved the adsorption capacity of CO_(2)gas,reconfigured electronic structure,and reduced free energy of key intermediate formation,thereby the CO_(2)activation and conversion are promoted.

文摘Plant architecture strongly influences rice grain yield.We report the cloning and characterization of the LTA1 gene,which simultaneously controls tiller angle and yield of rice.LTA1 encodes a chloroplastlocalized protein with a conserved YbaB DNA-binding domain,and is highly expressed in photosynthetic tissues including leaves and leaf sheaths.Disrupting the function of LTA1 leads to large tiller angle and yield reduction of rice.LTA1 affects the gravity response by mediating the distribution of endogenous auxin,thereby regulating the tiller angle.An lta1 mutant showed abnormal chloroplast development and decreased chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate,in turn leading to reduction of rice yield.Our findings shed light on the genetic basis of tiller angle and provide a potential gene resource for the improvement of plant architecture and rice yield.
文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical,radiographic and histiopathologic features of multicentric giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:All the clinical data of twenty tumors in nine patients of multicentric giant cell tumor that underwent surgical treatment in our department from 1990 to 2010 were retrospectively reviewed,which included three males and six females.The patients ranged from 15 to 45 years at diagnosis,with an average age of 22.3 years.Three of the patients were younger than twenty years of age.Most tumors arose in long bones,especially around the knee.Radiographically,the tumors in long bones usually manifested as expansive lytic lesions involving the metaphysis and extending into the epiphysis.Three tumors in three patients were confined to the metaphysis,and one tumor exhibited bone-forming lesions.All tumors were treated with curettage or resection.Results:The typical "giant cell" could be found in the oncologic examination in all cases.In some areas,such as the fibrohistiocytic regions,reactive bone forming and aneurysmal bone cyst-like changes could be found.Follow-up averaged 3.5 years,ranging from 6 months to 12 years.There was a recurrence of three tumors,and one patient died of pulmonary metastasis.Conclusion:Multicentric giant cell tumor occur often in younger patients than do solitary giant cell tumor.They are frequently present around the knee,and confined to the metaphysis.Each tumor arose independently,rather than being in multiple sites of metastatic lesion that develop from a single tumor.The risk of recurrence depends on the type of surgery that is performed.
文摘Meteorological comment is a kind of rational,thoughtful and knowledgeable argumentation form that communicators use mass media tools or carriers to directly express their own wishes on the newly occurred or discovered meteorological news facts,problems and phenomena.At present,the writing of meteorological comment has received special attention.Its deep background includes not only the international background of global attention to climate change,but also the domestic background of China’s proposed carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets,and more importantly,the scientific and technological background of the frequent occurrence of extreme meteorological disasters caused by climate change and its early warning and disaster reduction.The prospect of great importance attached to the writing of meteorological comments is that a new subject,namely the grammatology of meteorological comment,is bound to emerge,and the construction of the grammatology of meteorological comment has its own unique requirements.

文摘From the establishment of first meteorological theme park-Xiamen Huwei Mountain Meteorological Theme Park in 2009 to the end of September,2019,11 meteorological theme parks have been built in China.There are 12 meteorological parks under construction and 10 shelved projects.China put forward the concept of meteorological theme park earlier in the world,and the construction of meteorological theme parks in China started from Xiamen Huwei Mountain Meteorological Park.The construction of meteorological theme parks in China has experienced the germination stage,initial stage,development stage and normative stage.Main construction experience contains:paying attention to top level design and overall planning,emphasizing leaders'attention and experts'participation,concerning multi-party linkage and coordination,and strengthening media momentum and extensive publicity.The main deficiencies are the lack of brand awareness,the diversity of names and weak folk identity.But seen from the perspective of development,the future prospect of meteorological theme park construction is very broad.In the future,the following countermeasures should be taken for the construction of meteorological theme parks in China:overall planning for approval,highlighting personality and characteristics,strengthening propaganda and grasping popularization of science,enhancing connotation and bringing benefits into play.It should combine meteorological science popularization with regional culture,use new media and other channels and ways to establish brand and expand influence,and build regional meteorological science popularization base.

文摘Meteorological films generally refer to those that suffer from the influence of natural disasters including meteorological factors,resulting in great violence and casualties.Meteorological disaster films contain a large number of traditional mythological motifs.The meteorological mythology composed of Chinese and Western meteorological mythological motifs is the"meta story"model of modern meteorological films,which establishes the logical starting point of its dissemination.Meanwhile,as a cultural resource,meteorological mythology has also completed the creative transformation in modern times.If the differences between Chinese and Western meteorological films on the motif from the perspective of mythology is compared,it can explore the collective memory and cultural genes of different nations from the original civilization.The motif of punishment in Western meteorological films comes from the collective unconsciousness of human fear of disaster and the collective values of deep deity worship;the motif of disaster management in Chinese meteorological films comes from the realistic tradition of resisting nature and the moralization of myth,which will be a good perspective for comparative study of Chinese and Western meteorological films bearing Chinese and Western cultures.

文摘Soil phosphorus (P) plays a vital role in both ecological and agricultural ecosystems, where total P (TP) in soil serves as a crucial indicator of soil fertility and quality. Most of the studies covered in the literature employ a single or narrow range of soil databases, which largely overlooks the impact of utilizing multiple mapping scales in estimating soil TP, especially in hilly topographies. In this study, Fujian Province, a subtropical hilly region along China’s southeast coast covered by a complex topographic environment, was taken as a case study. The influence of the mapping scale on soil TP storage (TPS)estimation was analyzed using six digital soil databases that were derived from 3 082 unique soil profiles at different mapping scales, i.e., 1:50 000 (S5),1:200 000 (S20), 1:500 000 (S50), 1:1 000 000 (S100), 1:4 000 000 (S400), and 1:10 000 000 (S1000). The regional TPS in the surface soil (0–20 cm) based on the S5, S20, S50, S100, S400, and S1000 soil maps was 20.72, 22.17, 23.06, 23.05, 22.04, and 23.48 Tg, respectively, and the corresponding TPS at0–100 cm soil depth was 80.98, 80.71, 85.00, 84.03, 82.96, and 86.72 Tg, respectively. By comparing soil TPS in the S20 to S1000 maps to that in the S5map, the relative deviations were 6.37%–13.32%for 0–20 cm and 0.33%–7.09%for 0–100 cm. Moreover, since the S20 map had the lowest relative deviation among different mapping scales as compared to S5, it could provide additional soil information and a richer soil environment than other smaller mapping scales. Our results also revealed that many uncertainties in soil TPS estimation originated from the lack of detailed soil information, i.e., representation and spatial variations among different soil types. From the time and labor perspectives, our work provides useful guidelines to identify the appropriate mapping scale for estimating regional soil TPS in areas like Fujian Province in subtropical China or other places with similar complex topographies. Moreover, it is of tremendous importance to accurately estimate soil TPS to ensure ecosystem stability and sustainable agricultural development, especially for regional decision-making and management of phosphate fertilizer application amounts.

文摘Ce-or La-doped Cu/SSZ-13 catalysts were prepared by a hydrothermal method and Cu,Ce or La ions were incorporated through stepwise ion exchange,The catalyst activity was measured for the ammonia selective catalytic reduction reaction.The structure and composition of catalyst were characterized by using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry solid-state NMR,NH_(3)-TPD techniques,and the active components were examined by XPS and XANES.The results indicate that the Ce and La doping can both completely preserve the SCR activity of Cu/SSZ-13 above 300℃,but there is also a decrease of activity below 200℃.On the other hand,Ce doping is beneficial to the formation of framework aluminum,stabilizes molecular sieve framework and Cu active sites of Cu/SSZ-13,thereby improves the catalyst hydrothermal stability.But La doping will decrease the amount of framework aluminum and Cu active sites of Cu/SSZ-13 after hydrothermally aging,even destroy zeolite CHA structure.This is quite harmful to the catalyst hydrothermal stability.

文摘A new method called ultrasonic-assisted membrane reaction(UAMR)was reported for the fabrication of ceria-zirconia solid solution.A series of ceria-zirconia solid solutions with different Ce/Zr molar ratios were prepared by the UAMR method and characterized by Xray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption,hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)techniques.The UAMR method proved to be superior,especially when the Ce/Zr molar ratio was lower than 1,in fabricating ceria-zirconia solid solutions with large BET surface area,high oxygen storage capacity(OSC),and low reduction temperature.
