Based on a comprehensive investigation of the employment status of architectural design graduates at a certain university,this paper analyzes the correctness of the talent development direction of architectural design... Based on a comprehensive investigation of the employment status of architectural design graduates at a certain university,this paper analyzes the correctness of the talent development direction of architectural design in hopes of pro-viding a valuable reference for further teaching reform and strengthening school-enterprise collaboration.The research re-sults show that architectural design is the main choice of graduates,accounting for as high as 63%,and traditional architec-tural design skills continue to be in demand in the market.Employment in fields such as interior design,BIM design,and green architecture is also included.The distribution of job positions for graduates is mainly in the areas of scheme design assistants and construction drawing design,requiring software operation,communication,scheme design,and construction drawing skills.This paper also proposes talent development measures such as optimizing the curriculum,strengthening faculty construction,and deepening school-enterprise collaboration,in order to improve the quality of talent development and the competitiveness of graduates. 展开更多

Rice transcription factors OsLBD37/38/39 regulate nitrate uptake by repressing OsNRT2.1/2.2/2.3 under high-nitrogen conditions

Nitrate(NO_(3)^(-)) uptake involves a finely regulated and complex multilevel response system.Elucidating the molecular mechanism of nitrate uptake may lead to improving the growth and productivity of plants in the presence of dynamic variation in nitrate concentration.In this study,we identified three lateral organ boundaries domain(LBD)transcription factors,OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39,as regulators of nitrate uptake in response to nitrogen(N)availability.OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 were induced by ammonium and glutamine in rice roots.Individual or collective knockout of OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 led to increased concentrations of nitrate and increased expression of OsNRT2.1,OsNRT2.2,and OsNRT2.3respectively under high-N conditions,whereas overexpression of each of these three LBD genes produced opposite effects where N accumulation was reduced.Dual-luciferase reporter assay further confirmed that OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 possessed transcription inhibitory activities in rice protoplast cells,downregulating the expression of OsNRT2.1/OsNRT2.2/OsNRT2.3.Yeast two-hybrid and bimolecular fluorescence complementation assays showed that OsLBD37 interacted with OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39in the nucleus.Together,these results show that OsLBD37,OsLBD38,and OsLBD39 collaborate to inhibit the expression of OsNRT2.1/OsNRT2.2/OsNRT2.3 transporters under N-sufficient conditions,thereby helping rice plants avoid excessive nitrate accumulation that may affect their growth. 展开更多

农村居民收入的持续增长不仅有助于巩固脱贫攻坚成果,更是推动乡村全面振兴的重要体现。本文基于2010~2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据和电子商务进农村综合示范项目数据,以此检验了电商下乡政策对农村居民收入的影响,并讨论了流通业... 农村居民收入的持续增长不仅有助于巩固脱贫攻坚成果,更是推动乡村全面振兴的重要体现。本文基于2010~2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据和电子商务进农村综合示范项目数据,以此检验了电商下乡政策对农村居民收入的影响,并讨论了流通业发展对该政策的效应发挥所起的作用。研究发现,电商下乡政策能显著提升农村居民收入,增收效应在距离省会城市近的地区更为突出,在距离省会城市远的地区,政策作用的发挥则依赖于较高的流通业发展水平;并且,电商下乡政策所促进的收入类型及受流通业发展水平的调节效应存在地区间差异。本文结论为提升相关政策的实施效率提供了思路。 展开更多

互联网具有促进区域市场整合发展的潜力,但现实中也存在着诸多可能使其产生'反作用'的因素。本文考察了互联网在国内市场整合中的双重性,并基于2003~2015年中国内地30省、区、市数据构成的空间面板模型进行实证分析。结果发现,... 互联网具有促进区域市场整合发展的潜力,但现实中也存在着诸多可能使其产生'反作用'的因素。本文考察了互联网在国内市场整合中的双重性,并基于2003~2015年中国内地30省、区、市数据构成的空间面板模型进行实证分析。结果发现,互联网发展对本地市场分割的影响并不显著,且有可能加剧邻域市场的分割程度。其可能的原因在于,企业基于互联网与大数据技术实现精准化、差异化渠道管理来降低市场的竞争性,能够抵偿互联网通过降低信息'摩擦力'整合地区间市场的效果;并且,当地区间发展存在差异时,一个地区互联网基础设施的改善会带来资源的'虹吸效应',使周边地区为保持自身竞争力而阻止要素或商品跨区域流动。由此,未来应当更加理性地看待互联网在国内市场整合发展中的真实作用,进一步缩小互联网及相关物流设施建设的地区间差距,防范相邻地方出现'两极分化'。 展开更多

CuFe-SSZ-13 catalyst showed excellent performance in the selective catalytic reduction of NO_x with NH_3(NH_3-SCR) for diesel engine exhaust purification. To investigate the effect of preparation methods on NH_3-SCR performance, Fe was loaded into one-pot synthesized Cu-SSZ-13 catalysts through solid-state ion-exchange(SSIE), homogeneous deposition precipitation(HDP) and liquid ion-exchange(IE), respectively. Three CuFe-SSZ-13 catalysts showed similar SO_2 resistance, which was better than that of Cu-SSZ-13. The improvement was attributed to the protection of Fe species. Hydrothermal stability of three CuFe-SSZ-13 catalysts was significantly different, which was attributed to the state of active species caused by different preparation methods. Compared with the other two catalysts, more active species existed inside the zeolite pores of CuFe-SSZ-13 SSIE. During hydrothermal aging, the aggregation of these active species in the pores caused the collapse of catalyst structure, ultimately leading to the deactivation of CuFe-SSZ-13 SSIE. In contrast, Fe species was dispersed better on the surface over CuFe-SSZ-13 IE, enhancing the hydrothermal stability of catalysts. Consequently, Fe loading effectively improved the resistance of SO_2 and H_2O over Cu-SSZ-13. For CuFe-SSZ-13, large amounts of active species located inside the zeolite pores are not beneficial for the hydrothermal stability. 展开更多

The near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technique has wide applications in agriculture with the advantages of being nondestructive, sensitive, safe and rapid. However, there are still more than 40 error sources influencing the robustness and accuracy of its calibration and operation. Environmental, sample and instrument factors that influence the analysis are discussed in this review, including temperature, humidity and other factors that introduce uncertainty. Error sources from livestock products, fruit and vegetables, which are the most common objects in the field of NIR analysis, are also emphasized in the second part. In addition, studies utilizing different instruments, spectral pretreatments, variable selection methods, wavelength ranges, detection modes and calibration methods are tabulated to illustrate the complications they introduce and how they influence NIR analysis. It is suggested that large scale of data with abundant varieties can be used to build a more robust calibration model, in order to improve the robustness and accuracy of the NIR analytical model, and overcome problems caused by confining analysis to too many uniform samples. 展开更多

FeTiOx has been recognized as an environmental-friendly and cost-effective catalyst for selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NOx with NH3.Aimed at further improving the low-temperature DeNOx efficiency of FeTiOx catalyst,a simple strategy of CeO_(2) doping was proposed.The low-temperature(<250°C)NH3-SCR activity of FeTiOx catalyst could be dramatically enhanced by CeO2 doping,and the optimal composition of the catalyst was confirmed as FeCe_(0.2)TiOx,which performed a NOx conversion of 90%at ca.200°C.According to X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectra and X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy(XAFS)analysis,FeCe_(0.2)TiOx showed low crystallinity,with Fe and Ce species well mixed with each other.Based on the fitting results of extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS),a unique Ce-O-Fe structure was formed in FeCe_(0.2)TiOx catalyst.The well improved specific surface area and the newly formed Ce-O-Fe structure dramatically contributed to the improvement of the redox property of FeCe_(0.2)TiOx catalyst,which was well confirmed by H2-temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR)and in situ XAFS experiments.Such enhanced redox capability could benefit the activation of NO and NH_(3) at low temperatures for NOx removal.The detailed reaction mechanism study further suggested that the facile oxidative dehydrogenation of NH_(3) to highly reactive-NH_(2) played a key role in enhancing the low-temperature NH_(3)-SCR performance of FeCe_(0.2)TiOx catalyst. 展开更多

In the context of the information society,wearable devices show broad prospects in the fields of vital signs monitoring,plant health monitoring,artificial electronic skin.As an inseparable part of wearable devices,flexible pressure/strain sensors have attracted wide attention.Structures and active materials are core factors affecting sensing performance.For the past few years,the introduction of carbon materials,especially carbon nanotubes,has provided more possibilities for improving performance.Great efforts have been devoted to researching pressure/strain sensors based on carbon nanotubes with excellent performance or unique features.Herein,the process in recent years in novel flexible pressure/strain sensors based on carbon nanotubes is reviewed.Fabrication strategies are discussed because it suggests sensing performance with significant differences and gives additional features like biodegradability and corrosion resistance to sensors.Furthermore,the scope of application has been extended to plant monitor,except for common human movement monitor.This review can help the researchers compare the influence of different fabrication strategies on the sensing performance and provide references for fabricating sensors in different applications. 展开更多

Industrial policy,structural transformation and economic growth:evidence from China

Industrial policy is an important means for governments to promote industrial development and accelerate economic growth.This paper mainly uses the Chinese Law and Regulation Database as the source of the relevant laws and regulations of China’s industrial policies from 2003 to 2015.On this basis,it empirically examines the impact of industrial policies on economic growth.The study finds that China’s industrial policy has significant positive effects on economic growth and that industrial structure rationalization is an important channel of industrial policy to improve economic growth.The findings are also valid under a series of robustness tests and endogenous corrections.The results of heterogeneity tests confirm that there are heterogeneous effects pertaining to industrial policy on economic growth among different subregional areas,administrative levels,industrial development stages,and industrial policy types.Overall,this paper supports the hypothesis that industrial policy has positive effects on economic growth and,accordingly,provides a basis for industrial policy implementation. 展开更多

Ursolic acid(UA)is a naturally occurring ursane triterpenoid,which exhibits a wide range of unique biological activities.To clarify its mechanism of action(MOA),a series of fluorescent derivatives of UA(5a-c)were designed and synthesized by conjugation with 7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole(NBD)fluorophore.Among them,5c exhibited similar anti-proliferative activity with UA against HCT116 cells(half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))=9.21±0.50μmol/L).Cell imaging experiment indicated that 5c was rapidly taken up in HCT116 cells in a dose and time-dependent manner.Then,5c was found to localize in endoplasmic reticulum(ER),lysosomes,and mitochondria,but not in nucleus of HCT116 cells by confocal microscopy studies.Preliminary MOA proved that UA induced autophagy with a unique intracellular distribution mechanism involving ER and lysosome.In all,our work provides new clues for revealing the molecular mechanism of UA as an antitumor agent. 展开更多
