High-entropy materials are composed of five or more metal elements with equimolar or near-equimolar concentrations within one crystal structure,which offer remarkable structural properties for many applications.Despit...High-entropy materials are composed of five or more metal elements with equimolar or near-equimolar concentrations within one crystal structure,which offer remarkable structural properties for many applications.Despite previously reported entropy-driven stabilization mechanisms,many high-entropy materials still tend to decompose to produce a variety of derivatives under operating conditions.In this study,we use transition-metal(Ni,Co,Ni,Zn,V)-based high-entropy metal-organic frameworks(HE-MOFs)as the precursors to produce different derivatives under acidic/alkaline treatment.We have shown that HE-MOFs and derivatives have shown favorable kinetics for N_(2)electrofixation in different pH electrolytes,specifically cathodic nitrogen reduction reaction in acidic media and anodic oxygen evolution reaction in alkaline media.To buffer the pH mismatch,we have further constructed an asymmetric acidic/alkaline device prototype by using bipolar membranes.As expected,the prototype showed remarkable activities,with an NH_(3)yield rate of 42.76μg h^(−1)mg^(−1),and Faradaic efficiency of 14.75%and energy efficiency of 2.59%,which are 14.4 and 4.4 times larger than those of its symmetric acidic and alkaline counterparts,respectively.展开更多

The outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has caused more than 100,000 people infected and thousands of deaths.Currently,the number of infections and deaths is still increasing rapidly.COVID-19 serio...The outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has caused more than 100,000 people infected and thousands of deaths.Currently,the number of infections and deaths is still increasing rapidly.COVID-19 seriously threatens human health,production,life,social functioning and international relations.In the fight against COVID-19,Geographic Information Systems(GIS)and big data technologies have played an important role in many aspects,including the rapid aggregation of multi-source big data,rapid visualization of epidemic information,spatial tracking of confirmed cases,prediction of regional transmission,spatial segmentation of the epidemic risk and prevention level,balancing and management of the supply and demand of material resources,and socialemotional guidance and panic elimination,which provided solid spatial information support for decision-making,measures formulation,and effectiveness assessment of COVID-19 prevention and control.GIS has developed and matured relatively quickly and has a complete technological route for data preparation,platform construction,model construction,and map production.However,for the struggle against the widespread epidemic,the main challenge is finding strategies to adjust traditional technical methods and improve speed and accuracy of information provision for social management.At the data level,in the era of big data,data no longer come mainly from the government but are gathered from more diverse enterprises.As a result,the use of GIS faces difficulties in data acquisition and the integration of heterogeneous data,which requires governments,businesses,and academic institutions to jointly promote the formulation of relevant policies.At the technical level,spatial analysis methods for big data are in the ascendancy.Currently and for a long time in the future,the development of GIS should be strengthened to form a data-driven system for rapid knowledge acquisition,which signifies ts that GIS should be used to reinforce the social operation parameterization of models and methods,especially when providing support for social management.展开更多
Objective:Patient-derived xenograft(PDX)models have shown great promise in preclinical and translational applications,but their consistency with primary tumors in phenotypic,genetic,and pharmacodynamic heterogeneity h...Objective:Patient-derived xenograft(PDX)models have shown great promise in preclinical and translational applications,but their consistency with primary tumors in phenotypic,genetic,and pharmacodynamic heterogeneity has not been well-studied.This study aimed to establish a PDX repository for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and to further elucidate whether it could preserve the heterogeneity within and between tumors in patients.Methods:A total of 75 surgically resected NSCLC specimens were implanted into immunodeficient NOD/SCID mice.Based on the successful establishment of the NSCLC PDX model,we compared the expressions of vimentin,Ki67,EGFR,and PD-L1 proteins between cancer tissues and PDX models using hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining.In addition,we detected whole gene expression profiling between primary tumors and PDX generations.We also performed whole exome sequencing(WES)analysis in 17 first generation xenografts to further assess whether PDXs retained the patient heterogeneities.Finally,paclitaxel,cisplatin,doxorubicin,atezolizumab,afatininb,and AZD4547 were used to evaluate the responses of PDX models to the standard-of-care agents.Results:A large collection of serially transplantable PDX models for NSCLC were successfully developed.The histology and pathological immunohistochemistry of PDX xenografts were consistent with the patients’tumor samples.WES and RNA-seq further confirmed that PDX accurately replicated the molecular heterogeneities of primary tumors.Similar to clinical patients,PDX models responded differentially to the standard-of-care treatment,including chemo-,targeted-and immuno-therapeutics.Conclusions:Our established PDX models of NSCLC faithfully reproduced the molecular,histopathological,and therapeutic characteristics,as well as the corresponding tumor heterogeneities,which provides a clinically relevant platform for drug screening,biomarker discovery,and translational research.展开更多

With strawberry as a test material,the effects of the bio-organic fertilizer containing high-efficiency nitrogen-fixing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on nutrient contents in strawberry-planted soil,wilt occurrence and st...With strawberry as a test material,the effects of the bio-organic fertilizer containing high-efficiency nitrogen-fixing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on nutrient contents in strawberry-planted soil,wilt occurrence and strawberry yield and quality were studied by a plot experiment,so as to provide reference for scientific use of the bio-organic fertilizer and green production of strawberry.The results showed that after hole-applying the bio-organic fertilizer at a rate of 22.5 t/hm^2,the contents of NH^+_4-N,available P,available K and organic matter did not change much with time;and when replacing 50%of chemical fertilizers with the bio-organic fertilizer at a rate of 11.25 t/hm^2(K_3),the contents of NH^+_4-N and available P in the soil did not change much with time,and the contents of available K and organic matter decreased slightly with time,but were both higher than the CK(the unfertilized treatment).Meanwhile,the disease index values of strawberry wilt disease in treatments K_2 and K_3were significantly lower than those of the CK and the conventional fertilization treatment(K_1),and the vitamin C contents of strawberry fruit in the two treatments were significantly higher than that of the CK.The yield determination showed that the cumulative yields of treatments K_2 and K_3 increased by 9.8% and 3.3%,respectively,and the increase rates of the early yields(before the Spring Festival)were 30.6% and 21.9%,respectively.Therefore,the application of the bio-organic fertilizer can replace chemical fertilizers,and can achieve the effects of reducing the occurrence of wilt,improving the early yield of fruit commodity and improving fruit quality.展开更多

Introduction:Anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5-positive dermatomyositis(anti-MDA5+DM)is a distinct subtype of DM,which is characterized by typical cutaneous features,minimal or no muscle involvement and ...Introduction:Anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5-positive dermatomyositis(anti-MDA5+DM)is a distinct subtype of DM,which is characterized by typical cutaneous features,minimal or no muscle involvement and notable interstitial lung disease,which typically progresses rapidly and has a high mortality.Spontaneous pneumomediastinum(PNM),a relatively unusual but serious complication of anti-MDA5+DM,further increases mortality.Currently,there is no generally accepted treatment regimen for anti-MDA5+DM-associated PNM.Case Description:A 53-year-old man with anti-MDA5+DM presented with rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease that progressed to diffuse subcutaneous emphysema and PNM despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapies.He responded well to combined anti-infection treatments,moderate immunotherapy,and continuous oxygen therapy.Conclusion:Comprehensive screening for potential infections,as well as close monitoring of the patient's immune status is essential for individualizing treatment and maximizing prognosis.展开更多
Purpose–The safety of high-speed rail operation environments is an important guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed rail.The operating environment of the high-speed rail is complex,and the main factors affect...Purpose–The safety of high-speed rail operation environments is an important guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed rail.The operating environment of the high-speed rail is complex,and the main factors affecting the safety of high-speed rail operating environment include meteorological disasters,perimeter intrusion and external environmental hazards.The purpose of the paper is to elaborate on the current research status and team research progress on the perception of safety situation in high-speed rail operation environment and to propose directions for further research in the future.Design/methodology/approach–In terms of the mechanism and spatio-temporal evolution law of the main influencing factors on the safety of high-speed rail operation environments,the research status is elaborated,and the latest research progress and achievements of the team are introduced.This paper elaborates on the research status and introduces the latest research progress and achievements of the team in terms of meteorological,perimeter and external environmental situation perception methods for high-speed rail operation.Findings–Based on the technical route of“situational awareness evaluation warning active control,”a technical system for monitoring the safety of high-speed train operation environments has been formed.Relevant theoretical and technical research and application have been carried out around the impact of meteorological disasters,perimeter intrusion and the external environment on high-speed rail safety.These works strongly support the improvement of China’s railway environmental safety guarantee technology.Originality/value–With the operation of CR450 high-speed trains with a speed of 400 kmper hour and the application of high-speed train autonomous driving technology in the future,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety of high-speed rail operation environments.The following five aspects of work are urgently needed:(1)Research the single factor disaster mechanism of wind,rain,snow,lightning,etc.for high-speed railways with a speed of 400 kms per hour,and based on this,study the evolution characteristics of multiple safety factors and the correlation between the high-speed driving safety environment,revealing the coupling disastermechanism ofmultiple influencing factors;(2)Research covers multi-source data fusion methods and associated features such as disaster monitoring data,meteorological information,route characteristics and terrain and landforms,studying the spatio-temporal evolution laws of meteorological disasters,perimeter intrusions and external environmental hazards;(3)In terms of meteorological disaster situation awareness,research high-precision prediction methods for meteorological information time series along high-speed rail lines and study the realization of small-scale real-time dynamic and accurate prediction of meteorological disasters along high-speed rail lines;(4)In terms of perimeter intrusion,research amulti-modal fusion perception method for typical scenarios of high-speed rail operation in all time,all weather and all coverage and combine artificial intelligence technology to achieve comprehensive and accurate perception of perimeter security risks along the high-speed rail line and(5)In terms of external environment,based on the existing general network framework for change detection,we will carry out research on change detection and algorithms in the surrounding environment of highspeed rail.展开更多

Grazing, as the main human activity, may mitigate the effect of warming, as previously reported.However, it is critical to refine the effects of warming on biotic interactions among species, for example, by taking the competitive ability of species into consideration. Based on a 10-year warming and grazing experiment in a Tibetan alpine meadow, we evaluated interspecific biotic interactions of dominant and subordinate species, using the approach of interspecific spatial associations. Warming significantly increased competition between subordinate and dominant species as well as among subordinate species, but not among dominant species. Moreover, facilitation of dominant-subordinate species also increased under warming. Simulated rotational grazing had similar effects to warming, with increasing interspecific competition. Our results show that, when studying the effects of warming on biotic interactions among species, it is necessary to characterize different species pairs relative to their competitive ability, and that simulated rotational grazing does not mitigate the effects of warming in the long term. Our results also provide evidence that the spatial pattern of species is a critical mechanism in species coexistence.展开更多

文摘[Objective] The paper was to isolate Colletotrichum sp.from strawberry and to screen effective fungicides.[Method] The indoor toxicity of 7 fungicides to Colletotrichum sp.was measured by growth rate method.The potted control effect of 3 fungicides on Colletotrichum sp.was evaluated.[Result] Fludioxonil exhibited the highest indoor toxicity to Colletotrichum sp.,with the EC50 value of 0.117 mg/L,and the EC50 value of prochloraz and difenoconazole were 0.141 and 0.357 mg/L,respectively.The pot experiment showed that the potted control effect of 20% fludioxonil2 000 times dilution on Colletotrichum sp.was the highest of 92.86%.450 g/L prochloraz EW 4 500 times dilution and 250 g/L difenoconazole EC2 500 times dilution also received high control effects against Colletotrichum sp.,which were 91.68% and 89.29%,respectively.[Conclusion] Fludioxonil,prochloraz and difenoconazole could be used for the control of strawberry anthracnose.

文摘Introduction:Anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5-positive dermatomyositis(anti-MDA5+DM)is a distinct subtype of DM,which is characterized by typical cutaneous features,minimal or no muscle involvement and notable interstitial lung disease,which typically progresses rapidly and has a high mortality.Spontaneous pneumomediastinum(PNM),a relatively unusual but serious complication of anti-MDA5+DM,further increases mortality.Currently,there is no generally accepted treatment regimen for anti-MDA5+DM-associated PNM.Case Description:A 53-year-old man with anti-MDA5+DM presented with rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease that progressed to diffuse subcutaneous emphysema and PNM despite aggressive immunosuppressive therapies.He responded well to combined anti-infection treatments,moderate immunotherapy,and continuous oxygen therapy.Conclusion:Comprehensive screening for potential infections,as well as close monitoring of the patient's immune status is essential for individualizing treatment and maximizing prognosis.

文摘Purpose–The safety of high-speed rail operation environments is an important guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed rail.The operating environment of the high-speed rail is complex,and the main factors affecting the safety of high-speed rail operating environment include meteorological disasters,perimeter intrusion and external environmental hazards.The purpose of the paper is to elaborate on the current research status and team research progress on the perception of safety situation in high-speed rail operation environment and to propose directions for further research in the future.Design/methodology/approach–In terms of the mechanism and spatio-temporal evolution law of the main influencing factors on the safety of high-speed rail operation environments,the research status is elaborated,and the latest research progress and achievements of the team are introduced.This paper elaborates on the research status and introduces the latest research progress and achievements of the team in terms of meteorological,perimeter and external environmental situation perception methods for high-speed rail operation.Findings–Based on the technical route of“situational awareness evaluation warning active control,”a technical system for monitoring the safety of high-speed train operation environments has been formed.Relevant theoretical and technical research and application have been carried out around the impact of meteorological disasters,perimeter intrusion and the external environment on high-speed rail safety.These works strongly support the improvement of China’s railway environmental safety guarantee technology.Originality/value–With the operation of CR450 high-speed trains with a speed of 400 kmper hour and the application of high-speed train autonomous driving technology in the future,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety of high-speed rail operation environments.The following five aspects of work are urgently needed:(1)Research the single factor disaster mechanism of wind,rain,snow,lightning,etc.for high-speed railways with a speed of 400 kms per hour,and based on this,study the evolution characteristics of multiple safety factors and the correlation between the high-speed driving safety environment,revealing the coupling disastermechanism ofmultiple influencing factors;(2)Research covers multi-source data fusion methods and associated features such as disaster monitoring data,meteorological information,route characteristics and terrain and landforms,studying the spatio-temporal evolution laws of meteorological disasters,perimeter intrusions and external environmental hazards;(3)In terms of meteorological disaster situation awareness,research high-precision prediction methods for meteorological information time series along high-speed rail lines and study the realization of small-scale real-time dynamic and accurate prediction of meteorological disasters along high-speed rail lines;(4)In terms of perimeter intrusion,research amulti-modal fusion perception method for typical scenarios of high-speed rail operation in all time,all weather and all coverage and combine artificial intelligence technology to achieve comprehensive and accurate perception of perimeter security risks along the high-speed rail line and(5)In terms of external environment,based on the existing general network framework for change detection,we will carry out research on change detection and algorithms in the surrounding environment of highspeed rail.

文摘Warming increases competition among plant species in alpine communities by ameliorating harsh environmental conditions,such as low temperatures. Grazing, as the main human activity, may mitigate the effect of warming, as previously reported.However, it is critical to refine the effects of warming on biotic interactions among species, for example, by taking the competitive ability of species into consideration. Based on a 10-year warming and grazing experiment in a Tibetan alpine meadow, we evaluated interspecific biotic interactions of dominant and subordinate species, using the approach of interspecific spatial associations. Warming significantly increased competition between subordinate and dominant species as well as among subordinate species, but not among dominant species. Moreover, facilitation of dominant-subordinate species also increased under warming. Simulated rotational grazing had similar effects to warming, with increasing interspecific competition. Our results show that, when studying the effects of warming on biotic interactions among species, it is necessary to characterize different species pairs relative to their competitive ability, and that simulated rotational grazing does not mitigate the effects of warming in the long term. Our results also provide evidence that the spatial pattern of species is a critical mechanism in species coexistence.
