The parameter iteration method was developed for solving the nonlinear problem in this paper. The results of several examples show that even the first iteration solution has very good accuracy.

The relationship between the orientation distribution function and particle orientation angles was obtained. The results show that comparing with the most probable angle distribution which comes to being in short time, the distribution of the steady state doesn't vary much. in range; the main difference is the anti-clockwise rotation in the right and upper field, that is, particles rotate more at the points where the velocity gradients are larger. The most probable orientations are close to the direction of local streamlines. In the direction of streamlines, with poleradius decreasing, the most probable angles increase, but the angles between their orientations and the local streamlines decrease.展开更多

The ALA synthase catalyzes the pyridoxal phosphate-dependent condensation of succinyl coen- zyme A (succi...A new hemA gene encoding 5-aminolevulinate (ALA) synthase was cloned from Agrobacterium ra- diobacter zju-0121. The ALA synthase catalyzes the pyridoxal phosphate-dependent condensation of succinyl coen- zyme A (succinyl-CoA) and glycine to produce ALA. Four plasmids carrying the A, radiobacter hemA gene were transformed into different E. coli strains. The effects of both genetic and physiological factors on the expression of ALA synthase and ALA production were studied. The results indicated that the final intracellular activity of ALA synthase and the production of ALA in different expression systems varied largely. Among them, the recombinant E. coli BL21 (DE3) harboring the expression plasmid pET28-A. R-hemA was the most suitable one. The effects of isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) addition time, IPTG concentration, culture temperature and the initial concentration of precursors and glucose on the ALA production were also evaluated. The expressed ALA synthase accounted for about 23.7% of the intracellular soluble protein. The highest specific activity of ALA syn- thase was 13.8nmol·min-1·mg-1 of intracellular soluble protein. In the batch culture of the recombinant E. coli, the extracellular ALA concentration reached 0.9 g·L-1.展开更多

The macrophages abnormally proliferated in bone marrow were isolated. Electrophoresis analysis was made after DNA extraction, enzyme restriction of human ardrogen receptor (HUMARA) genetic locus, and PCR amplification. In the 9 specimens, clonal proliferation was found in 2 cases and nonclonal proliferation in 7. Among the 7 cases of nonclonal proliferation, 3 were voluntarily discharged without clinical outcome, 2 cases fully recovered after 2-3 week treatment of large dose gamma globulin intravenous drip and hormone therapy, 1 case died at the 43th day after the hormone and anti-infection therapy, and one case was found to have granular leukoblast in peripheral blood after 3 weeks and diagnosed as having M2a after bone puncture. For the two patients with clonal proliferation, one obtained remission after chemotherapy and the other was died after 32 days without chemotherapy. It was concluded that there do exist clonal or malignant proliferation in HPS, so not every case is reactive.展开更多

IR, MS and 1HNMR characterized the final product. (R,S)131I-QNB was prepared using Cu(I) assisted iodine exchange labeling, and showed by TLC that the radiolabeling yield(RLY) was over 80%, and radiochemical purity(RCP) was over 95%. Stability of the labeled compound was also determined. It was found that (R,S)131I-QNB dried by nitrogen blowing can stay at 4-10℃ for a week without change of RCP.展开更多

Based on this architecture, authors present a novel CPU scheduling algorithm based on queue length thresholds. We model this algorithm using stochastic Petri nets. The analytic results show that this scheduling algorithm can guarantee the requirements of computing of best-effort flows and QoS flows in programmable router at the same time.展开更多
Objective: To observe the effect of Tangweikang Capsule (糖微康, TWK) on diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: The 119 DN patients were divided into two groups: the group of TWK treatment (n=78) and group of captopril (...Objective: To observe the effect of Tangweikang Capsule (糖微康, TWK) on diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: The 119 DN patients were divided into two groups: the group of TWK treatment (n=78) and group of captopril (n=41) as the control, the dose of which was 50 mg/d. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks. The changes of symptom score, urinary microprotein series, blood glucose, renal function, etc. were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the TWK group was 84.62%; and that of the control group was 70.73%, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). TWK treatment reduced the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, albumin, β 2 microglobulin and Tamm Horsfall protein ( P <0.05, P <0.01) in DN patients. The levels of triglyceride, angiotensin Ⅰ, angiotensin Ⅱ, atrial natriuretic polypeptide, prostaglandins, endothelin, type Ⅳ collagen and total cholesterol decreased and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased in the serum of TWK treated DN patients ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: TWK exerted obviously ameliorating effect on renal function in DN patients.展开更多

Endotoxin isgenerously released into blood under these conditions andstimulates the production of proinflammatory cytokines suchas TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1, which may play a very importantrole in inducing the growth hormone insensitivity. Theobjective of this current study was to investigate the roie ofendotoxin, TNF-α and IL-6 in inducing the growth hormoneinsensitivity at the receptor and post-receptor levels.METHODS: Spague-Dawley rats were injected withendotoxin, TNF-α, and IL-6, respectively and part of ratsinjected with endotoxin was treated with exogenoussomatotropin simultaneously. All rats were killed at differenttime points. The expression of IGF-I, GHR, SOCS-3 and β-actin mRNA in the liver was detected by RT-PCR and the GHlevels were measured by radioimmunoassay, the levels ofTNF-α and IL-6 were detected by ELISA.RESULTS: There was no significant difference in serous GHlevels between experimental group and control rats afterendotoxin injection, however, liver IGF-I mRNA expressionhad been obviously down-regulated in endotoxemic rats.Liver GHR mRNA expression also had a predominant down-regulation after endotoxin injection. The lowest regulation ofliver IGF-I mRNA expression occurred at 12 h after LPSinjection, being decreased by 53 % compared with controlrats. For GHR mRNA expression, the lowest expressionoccurred at 8 h and had a 81% decrease. Although SOCS-3mRNA was weakly expressed in control rats, it was stronglyup-regulated after LPS injection and had a 7. 84 timesincrease compared with control rats. Exogenous GH couldenhance IGF-I mRNA expression in control rats, but it didfail to prevent the decline in IGF-I mRNA expression inendotoxemic rats. Endotoxin stimulated the production ofTNF-α and IL-6, and the elevated IL-6 levels was shown apositive correlation with increased SOCS-3 mRNAexpression. The liver GHR mRNA expression was obviouslydownregulated after TNF-α iv injection and had a 40 %decrease at 8 h, but the liver SOCS-3 mRNA expression wasthe 4.94 times up-regulation occurred at 40 min after IL-6injection.CONCLUSION: The growth hormone insensitivity could beinduced by LPS injection, which was associated with down-regulated GHR mRNA expression at receptor level and withup-regulated SOCS-3 mRNA expression at post-receptorlevel.
