The control synthesis for switched systems is extended to distributed parameter switched systems in Hilbert space. Based on semigroup and operator theory, by means of multiple Lyapunov method incorporated average dwell time approach, sufficient conditions are derived in terms of linear operator inequalities framework for distributed parameter switched systems. Being applied to one dimensional heat propagation switched systems, these linear operator inequalities are reduced to linear matrix inequalities subsequently. In particular, the state feedback gain matrices and the switching law are designed, and the state decay estimate is explicitly given whose decay coefficient completely depends on the system's parameter and the boundary condition. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed method. 展开更多

急性A型主动脉夹层并发肠系膜灌注不良综合征1例

背景急性A型主动脉夹层并发肠系膜灌注不良综合征(mesenteric malperfusion syndrome,mesMPS)死亡率高,早期没有特异的临床表现,容易漏诊.一旦出现非特异可疑症状,需及时复查主动脉CTA或腹部CT,尽早诊治.病例简介本例病人以“突发胸背... 背景急性A型主动脉夹层并发肠系膜灌注不良综合征(mesenteric malperfusion syndrome,mesMPS)死亡率高,早期没有特异的临床表现,容易漏诊.一旦出现非特异可疑症状,需及时复查主动脉CTA或腹部CT,尽早诊治.病例简介本例病人以“突发胸背部撕裂样疼痛15小时”为主诉急诊转入我院.急诊行“升主动脉置换+全弓置换(岛状吻合)+降主动脉支架植入术+冠状动脉旁路移植术+自体血管取用术”.术后大便隐血阳性;术后第11天,可见肉眼血便;术后第12天有腹部压痛;术后第13天,有腹痛,并检查CT为肠梗阻.遂当日剖腹探查行:右半结肠切除术+小肠占位切除术+胆囊切除术+回肠造口术.出院诊断为:(1)主动脉夹层(A型);(2)冠脉夹层;(3)急性弥漫性腹膜炎;(4)结肠多发穿孔;(5)小肠先天性腺体异位(可能性大);(6)慢性胆囊炎急性发作.术后一年余行“肠粘连松解术+回肠造口闭合术+切口疝修补术”,之后一年随访恢复佳.结论本例病人高度提示并发肠系膜灌注不良综合征的表现包含:2支以上的肠道供血血管夹层累及(图1,图2是术前的;图3是术后的);乳酸高;并发急性肾衰;大便隐血阳性;术后11 d大便红色稀糊状;术后12 d腹部压痛;术后13 d诉腹痛,急查腹部平扫CT示肠梗阻.本例病人肠系膜灌注不良综合征的早期临床表现缺乏特异性,直至后期出现透壁性肠坏死引起腹膜炎,动力性肠梗阻.CTA是肠系膜灌注不良一线的检查手段,A型主动脉夹层的诊治中所行全主动脉CTA包含肠道供血血管的影像.对于肠道供血血管中2条或2条以上夹层受累的情况下,应高度怀疑并发肠系膜灌注不良综合征,有非特异临床表现时,就要提高警惕尽早复查CTA看肠道供血血管闭塞情况或复查腹部CT看是否存在透壁性肠坏死的迹象,及时干预以改善病人预后. 展开更多

Interventional radiology has been beneficial for patients for over 30 years of age with the combination of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The radiation affecting occupationally exposed workers should be evaluated by means of the energy spectra and flux of X-rays in the treatment room. The present study aims to obtain the energy spectra of interventional procedures and study the capability of some detectors to evaluate the dose in interventional procedures. These measurements were taken by silicon-drift, CdTe, and CdZnTe detectors. The energy spectra were corrected by the energy-response curve of each detector. The energy-response curves of silicon-drift and CdTe detectors provided by the manufacturers specification were used. The energy response of the CdZnTe detector was measured by 133Ba and 152Eu γ sources. The experimental data were compared with the simulation results, and their perfect agreement provides a way to correct the energy or dose response, which can be used for the personal dosimeter developed by our group. Moreover, the measured energy spectra can be used in individual radiation protection. The present study shows that the CdZnTe detector is a good candidate detector in interventional procedures. 展开更多

Nitrogen deficiency is a major factor that affects the yield and quality of horticultural crops.Differentially expressed proteins were identified in cucumber fruit under nitrogen deficiency treatment,and are expected to be highly useful for dissecting carbon,nitrogen and ascorbate metabolism in cucumber and for improving nitrogen fertilizer utilization.Cucumber plants grown hydroponically in Hoagland solution were transferred to nitrogen-free conditions for 3 or 5 d after the blossom of female flowers.Fruit proteome profiles were assessed using twodimensional electrophoresis.The relative expression of the genes encoding 50 selected differentially expressed proteins and 4 key enzymes in carbon metabolism was analyzed by qRT-PCR.Resulted showed that most of the identified differentially expressed proteins were mainly associated with carbon metabolism,amino acid biosynthesis,ascorbate metabolism,and proteasomes.Glucose phosphorylation was enhanced,while the pentose phosphate pathway was inhibited.Carbon metabolism and the synthesis of most amino acids was affected significantly,and ascorbate might be accumulated under nitrogen deficiency in cucumber fruit. 展开更多

为有效防控瓠瓜果斑病,自浙江省象山县田间采集具有典型果斑病症状的瓠瓜样本,对其进行病原菌分离、形态观察、致病性测定及分子生物学鉴定,并利用特异性引物PL1/PL2 PCR扩增和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix assisted laser ... 为有效防控瓠瓜果斑病,自浙江省象山县田间采集具有典型果斑病症状的瓠瓜样本,对其进行病原菌分离、形态观察、致病性测定及分子生物学鉴定,并利用特异性引物PL1/PL2 PCR扩增和基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF-MS)技术对其病原菌进行亚群鉴定。结果表明:瓠瓜果斑病田间典型症状是发病叶片和果实上病斑由水渍状小斑点逐渐发展为伴有黄色晕圈的褐色不规则病斑,果实腐烂、有臭味。通过菌体形态和培养特性观察、PCR鉴定、16S rDNA序列分析和7个看家基因的系统发育分析将其病原菌鉴定为西瓜噬酸菌Acidovorax citrulli。从瓠瓜上分离的菌株均属于西瓜噬酸菌亚群I,从西瓜上分离的菌株均属于西瓜噬酸菌亚群Ⅱ。 展开更多
