MnⅢMPyC may bind strongly to DNA via outside groove binding mode as indicated by absorption spectra, viscosity measurements and CD spectra. MnInTMPyC exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the DNA oxidative cleavage in the presence of hydroperoxide.展开更多
