目的了解药学专业学生对临床药学选修课的需求,分析教学反馈,为进行教学改革、提升教学质量提供依据。方法以华中科技大学同济医学院409名4年制药学本科生为调查对象,在临床药学选修课程教学结束后采用问卷调查方法对选课目的、课程设... 目的了解药学专业学生对临床药学选修课的需求,分析教学反馈,为进行教学改革、提升教学质量提供依据。方法以华中科技大学同济医学院409名4年制药学本科生为调查对象,在临床药学选修课程教学结束后采用问卷调查方法对选课目的、课程设置评价、教学形式等方面调查,评估课程设置需求。结果被调查对象中,44.99%的学生认为学校所学不能满足临床药学工作需要,91.20%的学生对本课程设置感到满意,90.46%的学生期待增加临床药学实践环节教学,90.95%的学生认为本课程有必要开设。结论临床药学选修课可满足药学专业学生的需求,今后还需在教学方法、课程结构等方面进行不断改进和完善。 展开更多

Effects of Combined Application of NRTUAs and ABP on Growth and Humoral Immunity of Chicks

[Objectives]The paper was to study the effects of combined application of nonreplicating Toxoplasma uracil auxotrophs(NRTUAs)and Agaricus blazei Murill polysaccharide(ABP)on growth and humoral immunity of chicks.[Methods]A total of 120 one-day old female Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups,30 hens for each group.The chicks in group 1 were subcutaneously injected with NRTUAs and fed on the diet containing with ABP;the chicks in group 2 were subcutaneously injected with NRTUAs;the chicks in group 3 were subcutaneously injected with equal volume of PBS,and fed on the diet containing with ABP;the chicks in group 4 were subcutaneously injected with equal volume of PBS.The body weight of chicks in each group was counted at the 21^(st),42^(nd),84^(th)and 112^(th)week.During this period,blood samples were collected from chicks in each group at 0,7,14,21,28 and 35 d post immunization against Newcastle disease(ND),and serum was separated to detect the antibody titer of ND.[Results]The combined application of NRTUAs and ABP had no effect on growth of chicks,but promoted the humoral immune response of chicks,significantly improved the ND antibody level of chicks,and could maintain high levels of antibodies in the body for a long time.[Conclusions]The study lays a theoretical foundation for further developing the clinical application of NRTUAs and ABP. 展开更多

A Hybrid Optimizer Based On Firefly Algorithm And Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

As two widely used evolutionary algorithms,particle swarm optimization(PSO)and firefly algorithm(FA)have been successfully applied to diverse difficult applications.And extensive experiments verify their own merits and characteristics.To efficiently utilize different advantages of PSO and FA,three novel operators are proposed in a hybrid optimizer based on the two algorithms,named as FAPSO in this paper.Firstly,the population of FAPSO is divided into two sub-populations selecting FA and PSO as their basic algorithm to carry out the optimization process,respectively.To exchange the information of the two sub-populations and then efficiently utilize the merits of PSO and FA,the sub-populations share their own optimal solutions while they have stagnated more than a predefined threshold.Secondly,each dimension of the search space is divided into many small-sized sub-regions,based on which much historical knowledge is recorded to help the current best solution to carry out a detecting operator.The purposeful detecting operator enables the population to find a more promising sub-region,and then jumps out of a possible local optimum.Lastly,a classical local search strategy,i.e.,BFGS QuasiNewton method,is introduced to improve the exploitative capability of FAPSO.Extensive simulations upon different functions demonstrate that FAPSO is not only outperforms the two basic algorithm,i.e.,FA and PSO,but also surpasses some state-of-the-art variants of FA and PSO,as well as two hybrid algorithms. 展开更多

The explosive process of 5G communication evokes the urgent demand of miniaturized and integrated dielectric ceramics filter It is a pressing need to advance the development of dielectric ceramics utilization of emerging technology to design new materials and understand the polarization mechanism.This review provides the summary of the study of microwave dielectric ceramics(MWDCs)sintered higher than 1000℃ from 2010 up to now,with the purpose of taking a broad and historical view of these ceramics and illustrating research directions.To date,researchers endeavor to explain the structure-property relationship of ceramics with multitude of approaches and design a new formula or strategy to obtain excellent microwave dielectric properties.There are variety of factors that impact the permittivity,dielectric loss,and temperature stability of dielectric materials,covering intrinsic and extrinsic factors.Many of these factors are often intertwined,which can complicate new dielectric material discovery and the mechanism investigation.Because of the various ceramics systems,pseudo phase diagram was used to classify the dielectric materials based on the composition.In this review,the ceramics were firstly divided into ternary systems,and then brief description of the experimental probes and complementary theoretical methods that have been used to discern the intrinsic polarization mechanisms and the origin of intrinsic loss was mentioned.Finally,some perspectives on the future outlook for high-temperature MWDCs were offered based on the synthesis method,characterization techniques,and significant theory developments. 展开更多
