目的探索照顾者基于时机理论指导下的健康教育应用在老年髋关节置换术后护理中的效果。方法采用方便取样法将行髋关节置换术的80例老年患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组在骨科常规护理的基础上基于时机理...目的探索照顾者基于时机理论指导下的健康教育应用在老年髋关节置换术后护理中的效果。方法采用方便取样法将行髋关节置换术的80例老年患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组在骨科常规护理的基础上基于时机理论(total hip replacement,TIR)指导下的健康管理。采用髋关节功能评分量表、日常生活活动能力评定量表(Barthel指数)、照顾者负担问卷、家属照顾者照顾能力测量进行比较并评价2组照顾者的健康教育在老年髋关节置换术后护理中的应用效果。结果分别观察出院后1个月和3个月患者髋关节功能评分和日常生活活动能力评定指数,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);出院时,出院后1个月和3个月观察组家属照顾者照顾能力测量评分(P<0.01)和照顾者负担问卷评分(P<0.01)显著低于对照组。结论基于时机理论指导下的健康教育能够有效减轻照顾者的照顾负担,增强照顾者的照顾能力,提高患者的康复效果,改善患者的生活质量。展开更多
In order to explore the interaction effects of line spacing and seedling belt width on wheat yield formation and improve the cultivation techniques of broadwidth and fine seeding of wheat,a high-yielding winter wheat ...In order to explore the interaction effects of line spacing and seedling belt width on wheat yield formation and improve the cultivation techniques of broadwidth and fine seeding of wheat,a high-yielding winter wheat cultivar Shannong 28 was selected as material. Using the split plot design,the main plot was set with line spacing as 20,25 and 30 cm,respectively,and the sub-plot was set with seedling belt width as 3,5,7,9 and 11 cm,respectively. Then,the population dynamics,dry matter accumulation and translocation and yield of wheat were studied under the experimental conditions. The results showed that under the line spacing of 20 cm,the dry matter accumulation and yield of winter wheat were higher with the seedling belt width of 5 cm. When the line spacing was 25 cm,the dry matter accumulation and yield under the seedling belt width of 9 cm reached a high level. Under the line spacing of 30 cm,Shannong 28 achieved higher dry matter accumulation and yield with the seedling belt width of 11 cm. Comprehensive analysis revealed that the suitable treatment for Shannong 28 was 25 cm of line spacing with 9 cm of seedling belt width,which could realize the coordination of the three factors of yield composition and get higher yield. Therefore,the reasonable line spacing and seedling belt width were the important technical ways to realize high yield of wheat.展开更多
Objective Lipopolysaccharide-induced tumor necrosis factor-αfactor(LITAF)protein is a newly discovered inflammatory protein.This study aims to study the role of LITAF in the formation of atherosclerosis.Methods A tot...Objective Lipopolysaccharide-induced tumor necrosis factor-αfactor(LITAF)protein is a newly discovered inflammatory protein.This study aims to study the role of LITAF in the formation of atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 10 C57BL/6J mice and 10 C57BL/6J mice with knockout of LITAF gene(C57BL/6J–LITAF–)were divided into two groups:the control group and the LITAF^(−/−)group.The animals were accommodated for 16 weeks and then euthanized with their hearts and aortas isolated thereafter.Next,the roots of the mouse aorta were cryosectioned and stained with Oil Red O staining and immunohistochemical staining(CD68,α-SMA,and Masson),respectively.The area of Oil Red O staining and the proportion of positive expression after immunohistochemical staining were then compared between the control and LITAF^(−/−)groups.At the same time,the blood of mice was collected for the extraction of proteins and RNA.The proteins and RNA were used to detect the expression of major molecules of the NF-κB inflammatory pathway in mice in the control group and the LITAF^(−/−)group by Western blotting and RT-PCR.Results Oil Red O staining of the aortic root sections of the mice in each group revealed that the area of atherosclerotic plaques in the LITAF^(−/−)group was substantially lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,immunohistochemical staining determined that the expression level ofα-SMA and CD68 in the LITAF^(−/−)group was significantly lower than that in the control group,whereas the results were reversed following Masson staining(P<0.05).The expression levels of P65 and caspase 3 were significantly lower in the LITAF^(−/−)group than in the control group(P<0.05),whereas the expression level of IκB was higher in the LITAF^(−/−)group.Conclusion LITAF might participate in the formation of atherosclerotic plaque through the NF-κB pathway and play a promoting role in the formation of atherosclerosis.展开更多
BACKGROUND High-dose methotrexate(HD-MTX)combined with other chemotherapeutic agents is an effective treatment for patients with newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL);however,some patients hav...BACKGROUND High-dose methotrexate(HD-MTX)combined with other chemotherapeutic agents is an effective treatment for patients with newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL);however,some patients have adverse reactions.AIM To retrospectively evaluate disease outcomes and mutational profiles in newly diagnosed PCNSL patients treated with a zanubrutinib/HD-MTX combination regimen.METHODS Nineteen newly diagnosed PCNSL patients were treated with zanubrutinib/HDMTX until disease progression,intolerable toxicities,or physician/patientdirected withdrawal.Safety and efficacy were assessed per the CTCAE v5.0 and RECIST v1.1 criteria,respectively.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR),and the secondary endpoints were progression-free survival,overall survival(OS),and safety.RESULTS The median follow-up duration was 14.7 mo(range,3.9–30 mo).The ORR for all patients was 84.2%,and 2-year progression-free-and OS rates were 75.6%and 94.1%,respectively.All patients completed the induction phase,and nine patients underwent autologous stem cell transplantation as consolidation therapy,resulting in an ORR of 88.9%.Ten patients received zanubrutinib as maintenance therapy and achieved an ORR of 80%.All patients showed an acceptable safety profile.The sequencing results for cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)and tumor tissue showed that PIM1 mutations were the most frequent genetic alterations.Circulating tumor DNA was correlated with disease relapse and response.CONCLUSION Our empirical observations demonstrated that the combination of zanubrutinib with HD-MTX yielded a marked clinical response and tolerability among newly diagnosed PCNSL patients.Non-invasive CSF liquid biopsy profiling may be feasible for evaluating treatment response and tumor burden.展开更多
Lipotoxicity is a pivotal factor that initiates and exacerbates liver injury and is involved in the development of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).However,there are few reported lipotoxicity inhibitors...Lipotoxicity is a pivotal factor that initiates and exacerbates liver injury and is involved in the development of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).However,there are few reported lipotoxicity inhibitors.Here,we identified a natural anti-lipotoxicity candidate,HN-001,from the marine fungus Aspergillus sp.C1.HN-001 dose-and time-dependently reversed palmitic acid(PA)-induced hepatocyte death.This protection was associated with IRE-1a-mediated XBP-1 splicing inhibition,which resulted in suppression of XBP-1s nuclear translocation and transcriptional regulation.Knockdown of XBP-1s attenuated lipotoxicity,but no additional ameliorative effect of HN-001 on lipotoxicity was observed in XBP-1s knockdown hepatocytes.Notably,the ER stress and lipotoxicity amelioration was associated with PLA2.Both HN-001 and the PLA2 inhibitor MAFP inhibited PLA2 activity,reduced lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)level,subsequently ameliorated lipotoxicity.In contrast,overexpression of PLA2 caused exacerbation of lipotoxicity and weakened the anti-lipotoxic effects of HN-001.Additionally,HN-001 treatment suppressed the downstream pro-apoptotic JNK pathway.In vivo,chronic administration of HN-001(i.p.)in mice alleviated all manifestations of MAFLD,including hepatic steatosis,liver injury,inflammation,and fibrogenesis.These effects were correlated with PLA2/IRE-1a/XBP-1s axis and JNK signaling suppression.These data indicate that HN-001 has therapeutic potential for MAFLD because it suppresses lipotoxicity,and provide a natural structural basis for developing anti-MAFLD candidates.展开更多

Despite the significant progress in the fabrication of advanced electrode materials,complex control strategies and tedious processing are often involved for most targeted materials to tailor their compositions,morphol...Despite the significant progress in the fabrication of advanced electrode materials,complex control strategies and tedious processing are often involved for most targeted materials to tailor their compositions,morphologies,and chemistries.Inspired by the unique geometric structures of natural biomacromolecules together with their high affinities for metal species,we propose the use of skin collagen fibers for the template crafting of a novel multicore-shell Fe2N-carbon framework anode configuration,composed of hierarchical N-doped carbon nanofiber bundles firmly embedded with Fe2N nanoparticles(Fe2N@N-CFBs).In the resultant heterostructure,the Fe2N nanoparticles firmly confined inside the carbon shells are spatially isolated but electronically well connected by the long-range carbon nanofiber framework.This not only provides direct and continuous conductive pathways to facilitate electron/ion transport,but also helps cushion the volume expansion of the encapsulated Fe2N to preserve the electrode microstructure.Considering its unique structural characteristics,Fe2N@N-CFBs as an advanced anode material exhibits remarkable electrochemical performances for lithium-and potassium-ion batteries.Moreover,this bio-derived structural strategy can pave the way for novel low-cost and high-efficiency syntheses of metal-nitride/carbon nanofiber heterostructures for potential applications in energy-related fields and beyond.展开更多

Objective:Reconstruction of the digestive tract for adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)is in dispute.This study evaluated Cheng’s gastric tube interposition esophagogastrostomy with reconstruction of His ...Objective:Reconstruction of the digestive tract for adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)is in dispute.This study evaluated Cheng’s gastric tube interposition esophagogastrostomy with reconstruction of His angle and fundus(Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis)in laparoscopic/open proximal gastrectomy for Siewert typeⅡAEG,which was performed at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.Here,we discuss the preliminary results of gastric emptying and anti-reflux.Methods:From a retrospective database,74 patients with advanced Siewert typeⅡAEG underwent curative proximal gastrectomy with GIRAFFE anastomosis,and their gastric emptying and anti-reflux outcomes were evaluated by the Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)score,nuclide gastric emptying,24-h impedance-pH monitoring and gastroscopy.Results:Seventy-four patients successfully completed proximal partial gastrectomy with Cheng’s GIRAFFE esophagogastric anastomosis.RDQ score six months after the operation was 2.2±2.5.Results of nuclide gastric emptying examinations showed that the gastric half-emptying time was 67.0±21.5 min,the 1-h residual rate was(52.2±7.7)%,the 2-h residual rate was(36.4±5.1)%,and the 3-h residual rate was(28.8±3.6)%;24-h impedance-p H monitoring revealed that the mean De Meester score was 5.8±2.9.Reflux esophagitis was observed by gastroscopy in 7 patients six months after surgery.Conclusions:Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis is safe and feasible for Siewert typeⅡAEG.展开更多
A number of condensate reservoirs with high concentrations of H_2S have been discovered in the deep dolomite reservoirs of the lower Ordovician Yingshan Formation(O_1y) in the Tazhong Uplift, where the formation water...A number of condensate reservoirs with high concentrations of H_2S have been discovered in the deep dolomite reservoirs of the lower Ordovician Yingshan Formation(O_1y) in the Tazhong Uplift, where the formation water has a high p H value. In the O_1y reservoir, the concentrations of Mg^(2+)and SO_4^(2-)in the formation water are higher than those in the upper Ordovician formation.The concentration of H2 S in the condensate reservoirs and the concentration of Mg^(2+)in the formation water correlate well in the O_1y reservoirs of the Tazhong Uplift, which indicates a presumed thermochemical sulfate reduction(TSR) origin of H_2S according to the oxidation theory of contact ion-pairs(CIPs). Besides, the p H values of the formation water are positively correlated with the concentration of H_2S in the condensate reservoirs, which may indicate that high p H might be another factor to promote and maintain TSR. Oil–source correlation of biomarkers in the sulfuretted condensates indicates the Cambrian source rocks could be the origin of condensates. The formation water in the condensate reservoirs of O_1y is similar to that in the Cambrian; therefore, the TSR of sulfate-CIPs likelyoccurred in the Cambrian. High H_2S-bearing condensates are mainly located near the No. 1 Fault and NE-SW strikeslip faults, which are the major migration pathway of deep fluids in the Tazhong Uplift. The redox between sulfateCIPs and hydrocarbons is the generation mechanism of H_2S in the deep dolomite condensate reservoirs of the Tazhong Uplift. This finding should be helpful to predict the fluid properties of deep dolomite reservoirs.展开更多
Tianjin is one of the inland cities with the most severe cases of subsidence hazard in China.The majority of the existing studies have mainly focused on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and little attention has been given to Tia...Tianjin is one of the inland cities with the most severe cases of subsidence hazard in China.The majority of the existing studies have mainly focused on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and little attention has been given to Tianjin.In addition,these existing studies are short-term investigations,lacking long-term monitoring of surface subsidence.In the present study,we use the Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(SBAS-InSAR)technique to monitor the subsidence process in Tianjin between 2015 and 2020 and reveal its spatial and temporal variation.We divided the 44-view Sentinel-1A image data into three periods to avoid the effect of temporal and spatial decoherence by extracting the surface deformation field in Tianjin.We finally verified the accuracy and reliability of the inversion results using second-order leveling data.Results showed that the correlation coefficient r between the two reached 0.89,and the root mean square error was 4.84 mm/y.Obvious subsidence funnels exist in Tianjin,mainly in the towns of Wangqingtuo and Shengfang.These subsidence funnels have a subsidence deformation rate of-136.2 mm/y and a maximum cumulative settlement of-346.3 mm within the study period.The subsidence area tends to extend to the southwest.The analysis of annual rainfall,groundwater resource extraction,spatial location distribution of industrial areas combined with SBAS-InSAR inversion results indicates that overextraction of groundwater resources is the main cause of land subsidence in the area.Therefore,strict control of groundwater extraction is the main approach to mitigate land subsidence effectively.展开更多

Results demonstrate that the as-synthesized CoMn_2O_4 materials exhibit excellent electrochemical properties. The CoMn_2O_4 anode can deliver a large capacity of 1070 mAh g^(–1) in the first discharge, a reversible capacity of 500 mAh g^(–1) after 100 cycles with a coulombic efficiency of 98.5%at a charge–discharge current density of 200 mA g^(–1), and a specific capacity of 385 mAh g^(–1) at a much higher charge-discharge current density of 1600 mA g^(–1). Synchrotron X–ray absorption fine structure(XAFS) techniques were applied to investigate the conversion reaction mechanism of the CoMn_2O_4 anode.The X–ray absorption near edge structure(XANES) spectra revealed that, in the first discharge–charge cycle, Co and Mn in CoMn_2O_4 were reduced to metallic Co and Mn when the electrode was discharged to 0.01 V, while they were oxidized respectively to CoO and MnO when the electrode was charged to 3.0 V.Experiments of both XANES and extended X–ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS) revealed that neither valence evolution nor phase transition of the porous core–shell CoMn_2O_4 microspheres could happen in the discharge plateau from 0.8 to 0.6 V, which demonstrates the formation of solid electrolyte interface(SEI) on the anode.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND High-dose methotrexate(HD-MTX)combined with other chemotherapeutic agents is an effective treatment for patients with newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL);however,some patients have adverse reactions.AIM To retrospectively evaluate disease outcomes and mutational profiles in newly diagnosed PCNSL patients treated with a zanubrutinib/HD-MTX combination regimen.METHODS Nineteen newly diagnosed PCNSL patients were treated with zanubrutinib/HDMTX until disease progression,intolerable toxicities,or physician/patientdirected withdrawal.Safety and efficacy were assessed per the CTCAE v5.0 and RECIST v1.1 criteria,respectively.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR),and the secondary endpoints were progression-free survival,overall survival(OS),and safety.RESULTS The median follow-up duration was 14.7 mo(range,3.9–30 mo).The ORR for all patients was 84.2%,and 2-year progression-free-and OS rates were 75.6%and 94.1%,respectively.All patients completed the induction phase,and nine patients underwent autologous stem cell transplantation as consolidation therapy,resulting in an ORR of 88.9%.Ten patients received zanubrutinib as maintenance therapy and achieved an ORR of 80%.All patients showed an acceptable safety profile.The sequencing results for cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)and tumor tissue showed that PIM1 mutations were the most frequent genetic alterations.Circulating tumor DNA was correlated with disease relapse and response.CONCLUSION Our empirical observations demonstrated that the combination of zanubrutinib with HD-MTX yielded a marked clinical response and tolerability among newly diagnosed PCNSL patients.Non-invasive CSF liquid biopsy profiling may be feasible for evaluating treatment response and tumor burden.

文摘Lipotoxicity is a pivotal factor that initiates and exacerbates liver injury and is involved in the development of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).However,there are few reported lipotoxicity inhibitors.Here,we identified a natural anti-lipotoxicity candidate,HN-001,from the marine fungus Aspergillus sp.C1.HN-001 dose-and time-dependently reversed palmitic acid(PA)-induced hepatocyte death.This protection was associated with IRE-1a-mediated XBP-1 splicing inhibition,which resulted in suppression of XBP-1s nuclear translocation and transcriptional regulation.Knockdown of XBP-1s attenuated lipotoxicity,but no additional ameliorative effect of HN-001 on lipotoxicity was observed in XBP-1s knockdown hepatocytes.Notably,the ER stress and lipotoxicity amelioration was associated with PLA2.Both HN-001 and the PLA2 inhibitor MAFP inhibited PLA2 activity,reduced lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)level,subsequently ameliorated lipotoxicity.In contrast,overexpression of PLA2 caused exacerbation of lipotoxicity and weakened the anti-lipotoxic effects of HN-001.Additionally,HN-001 treatment suppressed the downstream pro-apoptotic JNK pathway.In vivo,chronic administration of HN-001(i.p.)in mice alleviated all manifestations of MAFLD,including hepatic steatosis,liver injury,inflammation,and fibrogenesis.These effects were correlated with PLA2/IRE-1a/XBP-1s axis and JNK signaling suppression.These data indicate that HN-001 has therapeutic potential for MAFLD because it suppresses lipotoxicity,and provide a natural structural basis for developing anti-MAFLD candidates.
文摘Multiple lentigines syndrome is an autosomal dominant genetic disease,and its expressivity and penetrance are variable.It is also known as LEOPARD syndrome(LS).The genes known to be associated with LS include PTPN11,RAF1 and BRAF.The diagnosis of LS(OMIM 151100)is based on the observation of key features in the clinical background.LS caused by a germline PTPN11 mutation are characterized as multisystemic anomalies and variable marked phenotypes such as multiple lentigines and cafénoir spots,electrocardiographic conduction abnormalities,ocular hypertelorism/obstructive cardiomyopathy,pulmonary stenosis,abnormal genitalia,retardation of growth,and deafness.Phenotype overlap complicates clinical discrimination within RASopathies,making the diagnosis of LS more confusing and challenging.Besides,LS patients do not usually present with all these typical clinical features,increasing the possibility of underdiagnosis or misdiagnosis.Herein,we report a case of a 41-year-old male presenting with multiple dark pigmented macules all over the body,thoracic deformity and family history.And we followed up the patients.

文摘Despite the significant progress in the fabrication of advanced electrode materials,complex control strategies and tedious processing are often involved for most targeted materials to tailor their compositions,morphologies,and chemistries.Inspired by the unique geometric structures of natural biomacromolecules together with their high affinities for metal species,we propose the use of skin collagen fibers for the template crafting of a novel multicore-shell Fe2N-carbon framework anode configuration,composed of hierarchical N-doped carbon nanofiber bundles firmly embedded with Fe2N nanoparticles(Fe2N@N-CFBs).In the resultant heterostructure,the Fe2N nanoparticles firmly confined inside the carbon shells are spatially isolated but electronically well connected by the long-range carbon nanofiber framework.This not only provides direct and continuous conductive pathways to facilitate electron/ion transport,but also helps cushion the volume expansion of the encapsulated Fe2N to preserve the electrode microstructure.Considering its unique structural characteristics,Fe2N@N-CFBs as an advanced anode material exhibits remarkable electrochemical performances for lithium-and potassium-ion batteries.Moreover,this bio-derived structural strategy can pave the way for novel low-cost and high-efficiency syntheses of metal-nitride/carbon nanofiber heterostructures for potential applications in energy-related fields and beyond.
文摘A 48-year-old female patient was diagnosed with a superficial depressed type early gastric cancer (type IIc) of 1.0 cm at the gastric angle as indicated by gastroscopy. Laparoscopic-assisted greater omentumpreserving D2 radical gastrectomy was performed in combination with Billroth I reconstruction under general anesthesia for the distal gastric cancer on April 5, 2013. The postoperative recovery was satisfying without complications. The patient was discharged seven days after surgery.
文摘A patient with advanced gastric cancer complicated with pyloric obstruction was treated using D2 + radical resection combined with perioperative chemotherapy, and had satisfying outcomes. The perioperative chemotherapy regimen was Taxol and S1 (tegafur, gimeracil, and oteracil). Three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were delivered before surgery, and three cycles of adjuvant therapy after surgery. PR was achieved after chemotherapy. D2 + dissection of stations 8p, 12b, 12p, 13 and 14v lymph nodes was performed on September 10, 2012.

文摘Objective:To study the effect of Alpinia officinarum Hance(A.officinarum) 80% alcohol extract on the primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract were enriched by macroporous adsorption resins.Female mice of primary dysmenorrhea model were established by oxytocin induction; the effects of A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract on primary dysmenorrhea were observed by body twist method; and the homogenate level of prostaglandin F_(2α)(PGF_(2α)),prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) and Ca^(2+) in the uterus were observed in oxytocin-induced female mice.Results:The writhing frequency of primary dysmenorrhea mice was significantly decreased after treatment of A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract and the level of PGF_(2α),PGE_2 and Ca^(2+) in mice uterus was significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01) in groups of mice treated with middle and high dosage of A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract compared with that of model group.Conclusions:These findings suggest that A.Officinarum 80% alcohol extract can significantly relieve primary dysmenorrhea.

文摘Objective:Reconstruction of the digestive tract for adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG)is in dispute.This study evaluated Cheng’s gastric tube interposition esophagogastrostomy with reconstruction of His angle and fundus(Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis)in laparoscopic/open proximal gastrectomy for Siewert typeⅡAEG,which was performed at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.Here,we discuss the preliminary results of gastric emptying and anti-reflux.Methods:From a retrospective database,74 patients with advanced Siewert typeⅡAEG underwent curative proximal gastrectomy with GIRAFFE anastomosis,and their gastric emptying and anti-reflux outcomes were evaluated by the Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)score,nuclide gastric emptying,24-h impedance-pH monitoring and gastroscopy.Results:Seventy-four patients successfully completed proximal partial gastrectomy with Cheng’s GIRAFFE esophagogastric anastomosis.RDQ score six months after the operation was 2.2±2.5.Results of nuclide gastric emptying examinations showed that the gastric half-emptying time was 67.0±21.5 min,the 1-h residual rate was(52.2±7.7)%,the 2-h residual rate was(36.4±5.1)%,and the 3-h residual rate was(28.8±3.6)%;24-h impedance-p H monitoring revealed that the mean De Meester score was 5.8±2.9.Reflux esophagitis was observed by gastroscopy in 7 patients six months after surgery.Conclusions:Cheng’s GIRAFFE anastomosis is safe and feasible for Siewert typeⅡAEG.

文摘A number of condensate reservoirs with high concentrations of H_2S have been discovered in the deep dolomite reservoirs of the lower Ordovician Yingshan Formation(O_1y) in the Tazhong Uplift, where the formation water has a high p H value. In the O_1y reservoir, the concentrations of Mg^(2+)and SO_4^(2-)in the formation water are higher than those in the upper Ordovician formation.The concentration of H2 S in the condensate reservoirs and the concentration of Mg^(2+)in the formation water correlate well in the O_1y reservoirs of the Tazhong Uplift, which indicates a presumed thermochemical sulfate reduction(TSR) origin of H_2S according to the oxidation theory of contact ion-pairs(CIPs). Besides, the p H values of the formation water are positively correlated with the concentration of H_2S in the condensate reservoirs, which may indicate that high p H might be another factor to promote and maintain TSR. Oil–source correlation of biomarkers in the sulfuretted condensates indicates the Cambrian source rocks could be the origin of condensates. The formation water in the condensate reservoirs of O_1y is similar to that in the Cambrian; therefore, the TSR of sulfate-CIPs likelyoccurred in the Cambrian. High H_2S-bearing condensates are mainly located near the No. 1 Fault and NE-SW strikeslip faults, which are the major migration pathway of deep fluids in the Tazhong Uplift. The redox between sulfateCIPs and hydrocarbons is the generation mechanism of H_2S in the deep dolomite condensate reservoirs of the Tazhong Uplift. This finding should be helpful to predict the fluid properties of deep dolomite reservoirs.

文摘Tianjin is one of the inland cities with the most severe cases of subsidence hazard in China.The majority of the existing studies have mainly focused on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and little attention has been given to Tianjin.In addition,these existing studies are short-term investigations,lacking long-term monitoring of surface subsidence.In the present study,we use the Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(SBAS-InSAR)technique to monitor the subsidence process in Tianjin between 2015 and 2020 and reveal its spatial and temporal variation.We divided the 44-view Sentinel-1A image data into three periods to avoid the effect of temporal and spatial decoherence by extracting the surface deformation field in Tianjin.We finally verified the accuracy and reliability of the inversion results using second-order leveling data.Results showed that the correlation coefficient r between the two reached 0.89,and the root mean square error was 4.84 mm/y.Obvious subsidence funnels exist in Tianjin,mainly in the towns of Wangqingtuo and Shengfang.These subsidence funnels have a subsidence deformation rate of-136.2 mm/y and a maximum cumulative settlement of-346.3 mm within the study period.The subsidence area tends to extend to the southwest.The analysis of annual rainfall,groundwater resource extraction,spatial location distribution of industrial areas combined with SBAS-InSAR inversion results indicates that overextraction of groundwater resources is the main cause of land subsidence in the area.Therefore,strict control of groundwater extraction is the main approach to mitigate land subsidence effectively.

文摘Porous core–shell CoMn_2O_4 microspheres of ca. 3–5 μm in diameter were synthesized and served as anode of lithium ion battery. Results demonstrate that the as-synthesized CoMn_2O_4 materials exhibit excellent electrochemical properties. The CoMn_2O_4 anode can deliver a large capacity of 1070 mAh g^(–1) in the first discharge, a reversible capacity of 500 mAh g^(–1) after 100 cycles with a coulombic efficiency of 98.5%at a charge–discharge current density of 200 mA g^(–1), and a specific capacity of 385 mAh g^(–1) at a much higher charge-discharge current density of 1600 mA g^(–1). Synchrotron X–ray absorption fine structure(XAFS) techniques were applied to investigate the conversion reaction mechanism of the CoMn_2O_4 anode.The X–ray absorption near edge structure(XANES) spectra revealed that, in the first discharge–charge cycle, Co and Mn in CoMn_2O_4 were reduced to metallic Co and Mn when the electrode was discharged to 0.01 V, while they were oxidized respectively to CoO and MnO when the electrode was charged to 3.0 V.Experiments of both XANES and extended X–ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS) revealed that neither valence evolution nor phase transition of the porous core–shell CoMn_2O_4 microspheres could happen in the discharge plateau from 0.8 to 0.6 V, which demonstrates the formation of solid electrolyte interface(SEI) on the anode.
