Ni^(2+)/Cu^(2+)/SO_(4)^(2-)/polyvinyl alcohol precursor fibers with uniform diameters were prepared through electrospinning.Nickel-based composite nanoalloys containing Ni,Cu,and S were prepared through heat treatment in an Ar atmosphere.The experimental results show that the main components of the prepared nanoalloys are NiCu,Ni_(3)S_(2),Ni,and C.The nanoalloys exhibit fine grain sizes about 200-500 nm,which can increase with increasing heat treatment temperature.Electrochemical test results show that the nickel sulfidemodified NiCu nanoalloy composites exhibit excellent oxygen evolution reaction properties,and the oxygen evolution reaction properties gradually improve with the increasing heat treatment temperature.The sample prepared at 1 000℃ for 40 min show a low overpotential of 423 mV and a small Tafel slope of 134 mV·dec^(-1) at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2). 展开更多

OER catalyst of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C(NiFeSC series)mixed crystal composite nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning and atmospheric heat treatment process.The testing results indicate that the diameters of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite nanofibers is about 200 nm,the grains size is about 1-3 nm,and the fiber surface is rough.The electrochemical test results show that the heterojunction of the prepared Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C hybrid crystal composite nanofiber has synergistic effect with sulfide,and exhibits good electrocatalytic activity of water decomposition and OER in alkaline system.The OER electrocatalytic performance of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite electrode prepared via a heat treatment at 1000℃process was tested in 1 mol/L KOH electrolytes.The results show that the overpotential is about 298 mV,the Tafel slope is about 74 mV?dec-1,and the surface resistance is about 1.69Ω·cm^(2),at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2). 展开更多

水分解制氢具有无污染、纯度高和可持续发展的优点,其中析氧反应是水分解反应中的一个重要反应,设计低成本和高效率的催化剂成为电解水制备绿氢的一个关键环节.以自然界产量丰富的谷壳为原料作为纳米镍电极材料的生物质载体,采用镍盐溶... 水分解制氢具有无污染、纯度高和可持续发展的优点,其中析氧反应是水分解反应中的一个重要反应,设计低成本和高效率的催化剂成为电解水制备绿氢的一个关键环节.以自然界产量丰富的谷壳为原料作为纳米镍电极材料的生物质载体,采用镍盐溶液浸泡与气氛热处理技术,通过原位生长的方法,制备出富含纳米镍粒子的多孔生物质碳复合催化剂.并对富镍多孔生物质碳复合催化剂的形貌、组织、结构与电催化性能进行了研究.结果表明,纳米镍晶粒子在多孔生物碳中负载良好,在1 mol/L的KOH溶液中,当电流密度为10 mA/cm~2时,过电位为431 mV,塔菲尔斜率为217 mV/dec,表明多孔生物质碳负载纳米镍催化剂具有良好的电化学性能. 展开更多

浑河作为辽宁省水资源最丰富的内河,是辽宁省大伙房水库的重要水源地。为研究浑河源头水源涵养林枯落物持水能力,选取5个样地(3个覆盖密度不同的红松林地、落叶松林地、混交林地)作为研究对象,采用室内浸水法研究枯落物持水量及吸水过... 浑河作为辽宁省水资源最丰富的内河,是辽宁省大伙房水库的重要水源地。为研究浑河源头水源涵养林枯落物持水能力,选取5个样地(3个覆盖密度不同的红松林地、落叶松林地、混交林地)作为研究对象,采用室内浸水法研究枯落物持水量及吸水过程。结果表明:5个样地中红松3个样地的枯落物厚度、蓄积量均表现出高密度红松林>中密度红松林>低密度红松林,枯落物厚度为4.00~8.33cm,总蓄积量为12.92~41.46t·hm^(-2);各林分样地枯落物总蓄积量大小依次为落叶松(41.46t·hm^(-2))>高密度红松林(30.24t·hm^(-2))>中密度红松林(22.57t·hm^(-2))>混交林(22.53t·hm^(-2))>低密度红松林(12.92t·hm^(-2)),落叶松枯落物层蓄积量显著大于低密度红松枯落物层蓄积量(p<0.05);各林分枯落物的最大持水率排序是高密度红松林(517.33%)>中密度红松林(488.81%)>混交林(488.14%)>低密度红松林(391.66%)>落叶松(360.62%),高密度红松林枯落物最大持水率显著大于落叶松枯落物最大持水率(p<0.05);各林分枯落物层最大持水量大小为落叶松(73.63t·hm^(-2))>高密度红松林(71.63t·hm^(-2))>中密度红松林(54.29t·hm^(-2))>混交林(54.25t·hm^(-2))>低密度红松林(25.06t·hm^(-2));枯落物未分解层和分解层有效拦蓄率范围分别为98.1%~219.9%、48.3%~168.7%,其有效拦蓄水量范围分别为4.68~55.12t·hm^(-2)和3.69~12.84t·hm^(-2)。5个样地的枯落物最大持水量为1597.34~3351.33g·kg^(-1),有效拦蓄量为14.07~67.96t·hm^(-2),以落叶松林地最大,说明落叶松林地枯落物涵养水源的能力强于其余4种样地枯落物;枯落物在0~1h吸水速率达到峰值,1~4h吸水速率迅速下降,随后趋于稳定。 展开更多

【目的】揭示浑河源头不同水源涵养林根系分布特征。【方法】采用根钻法和WinRHIZO根系分析系统等研究手段,定量分析了不同林地根系参数(根质量密度、根长密度、根表面积密度、根体积密度)垂直分布特征以及不同径级根系分布特征。【结... 【目的】揭示浑河源头不同水源涵养林根系分布特征。【方法】采用根钻法和WinRHIZO根系分析系统等研究手段,定量分析了不同林地根系参数(根质量密度、根长密度、根表面积密度、根体积密度)垂直分布特征以及不同径级根系分布特征。【结果】各个样地植物根系主要集中在0~20 cm土层,且随着土层深度的增加而减小,0~10 cm土层红松林地和采伐迹地显著大于混交林地和落叶松(p<0.05);各样地不同径级根质量密度分布存在差异,多为细根,根质量密度在0.47~9.73 g/cm^3之间,根长密度在0.88~5.90 cm/cm^3之间,根表面积在0.22~0.94 cm2/cm^3之间,根体积密度在0.003~0.022 cm^3/cm^3之间。【结论】不同水源涵养林植物根系主要集中在0~20 cm,红松和混交林地根系量最高。 展开更多

以浑河源头4种类型水源涵养林为研究对象,采用野外染色示踪和室内理化分析等研究方法,研究不同水源涵养林土壤优先流的形态特征与变化规律,揭示浑河源头水源涵养林保护和治理过程中优先流的形成机理及影响因素。结果表明:4个样地土壤优... 以浑河源头4种类型水源涵养林为研究对象,采用野外染色示踪和室内理化分析等研究方法,研究不同水源涵养林土壤优先流的形态特征与变化规律,揭示浑河源头水源涵养林保护和治理过程中优先流的形成机理及影响因素。结果表明:4个样地土壤优先流的入渗深度范围为30~38cm,且其深浅与根系的根长密度关系密切;0—10cm土层的土壤优先流染色面积比依次为82.41%,75.44%,91.03%,79.82%,土壤优先流染色面积比随土层深度的增加而减小,4个样地上层土壤显著大于下层土壤染色面积比;土壤优先流染色面积比与土壤容重、总孔隙度、有机质、总根长密度呈极显著或显著正相关,均影响着优先流的发生程度,并且得到土壤优先流染色面积比与其影响指标的多元函数关系;根据各主成分得分及其权重,得到水源涵养林土壤优先流特征综合得分为混交林地(3.134)>落叶松(1.660)>采伐迹地(-1.946)>红松(-2.847)。研究结果可为深入探究浑河源头水源涵养林的生态水文过程及植被建设提供科学依据。 展开更多

随着实验经济学与行为经济学的发展,策略性出行选择行为的实验研究成为交通管理与经济学交叉的热点问题之一。首先,本文从研究方法论和学科发展历程的角度,探讨了实验经济学研究方法应用于交通行为研究的优势和适用性。实验室实验方法... 随着实验经济学与行为经济学的发展,策略性出行选择行为的实验研究成为交通管理与经济学交叉的热点问题之一。首先,本文从研究方法论和学科发展历程的角度,探讨了实验经济学研究方法应用于交通行为研究的优势和适用性。实验室实验方法具有实施成本低、条件可控、可复制性强、结论内部有效性高的优点,可以作为包括实地调查和实证观测等各类实证研究的起点。其次,综述了实验室实验方法融入和推动出行者路径选择、出行方式选择与出发时间选择等行为研究的进展,并从实验设计中的控制变量(环境或外生变量)、操纵变量(自变量)、观测变量(因变量)三个维度出发,归纳了最近五年的实验研究趋势:(1)对环境变量的设定更趋丰富;(2)对交通需求管理政策的影响评估热度不减;(3)更加关注出行方式和出发时间选择。最后,本文对未来研究提出了五点建议:改变实验控制、放松实验假设、考虑组合决策、注重实验和理论之间的“对话”、评估政策干预或“助推”的效果,从而能够不断检验实验结论的稳健性、外部有效性,并推动理论研究与实证研究之间互相启发、互相促进,为交通管理政策的制定提供真实可靠的微观行为基础和有力有效的影响评估方法。 展开更多

Nonaqueous Li-O2 batteries attract attention for their theoretical specific energy density.However,due to the difficulty of decomposition of Li2 O2,Li-O2 batteries have high charge overpotential and poor cycling life.So all kinds of catalysts have been studied on the cathode.Compared to heterogeneous solid catalysts,soluble catalysts achieve faster and more effective transport of electrons by reversible redox pairs.Here,we first report ruthenocene(Ruc) as a mobile redox mediator in a Li-O2 battery.0.01 mol/L Ruc in the electrolyte effectively reduces the charging voltage by 610 mV.Additionally,Ruc greatly increases the cycling life by four-fold(up to 83 cycles) with a simple ketjen black(KB) cathode.The results of SEM,XPS and XRD confirm that less discharge product residue accumulated after recharge.To verify the reaction mechanisms of the mediato r,free energy profiles of the possible reaction pathways based on DFT are provided. 展开更多

Lin28a is a pluripotent factor that promotes somatic cell reprogramming. Unlike other pluripotent factors, Lin28a expression is transient and accumulated in primed embryonic stem (ES) cells, but its exact function and mechanism in the conversion of ES cells from naive to primed state remain unclear. Here, we present evidence for Dppa3, a protein originally known for its role in germ cell development, as a downstream target of Lin28a in naive–primed conversion. Using rescue experiment, we demonstrate that Dppa3 functions predominantly downstream of Lin28a during naive–primed state conversion. Higher level of Lin28a prevents let-7 maturation and results in Dnmt3a/b (target of let-7) upregulation, which in turn induces hypermethylation of the Dppa3 promoter. Dppa3 demarcates naive versus primed pluripotency states. These results emphasize that Lin28a plays an important role during the naive–primed state conversion of ES cells, which is partially mediated by a Lin28a–let-7–Dnmt3a/b–Dppa3 axis. 展开更多

Haploid pluripotent stem cells,such as haploid embryonic stem cells(haESCs),facilitate the genetic study of recessive traits.In vitro,fish haESCs maintain haploidy in both undifferentiated and differentiated states,but whether mammalian haESCs can preserve pluripotency in the haploid state has not been tested.Here,wereport thatmousehaESCs can differentiate in vitro into haploid epiblast stem cells(haEpiSCs),which maintain an intact haploid genome,unlimited self-renewal potential,and durable pluripotency to differentiate into various tissues in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistically,the maintenance of self-renewal potential depends on the Activin/bFGF pathway.We further show that haEpiSCs can differentiate in vitro into haploid progenitor-like cells.When injected into the cytoplasm of an oocyte,androgenetic haEpiSC(ahaEpiSCs)can support embryonic development until midgestation(E12.5).Together,these resultsdemonstrate durable pluripotency inmousehaESCs andhaEpiSCs,aswell asthe valuable potential of using these haploid pluripotent stem cells in high-throughput genetic screening. 展开更多
