目的研究白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEU)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)在大肠埃希菌血流感染中的意义。方法以50例明确为大肠埃希菌血流感染的患者作为研究对象(实... 目的研究白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEU)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)在大肠埃希菌血流感染中的意义。方法以50例明确为大肠埃希菌血流感染的患者作为研究对象(实验组),选取50例血培养阴性患者作为对照组。检测全血细胞计数、hs-CRP及PCT,绘制ROC曲线预测诊断价值。结果实验组患者WBC、NEU、NLR、hs-CRP及PCT高于对照组(P<0.05)。NLR诊断大肠埃希菌血流感染的曲线下面积为0.728。结论NLR用于诊断大肠埃希菌血流感染的综合价值优于WBC、NEU、LYM、hs-CRP及PCT,NLR联合PCT可作为早期诊断指标。 展开更多

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a common cause of cancer-related death,and most patients are with advanced disease when diagnosed.At present,despite a variety of treatments have been devel-oped for PDAC,few effective treatment options are available;on the other hand,PDAC shows significant resistance to chemoradiotherapy,targeted therapy,and immunotherapy due to its heterogeneous genetic profile,molecular signaling pathways,and complex tumor immune microenvironment.Nevertheless,over the past decades,there have been many new advances in the key theory and understanding of the in-trinsic mechanisms and complexity of molecular biology and molecular immunology in pancreatic can-cer,based on which more and more diverse new means and reasonable combination strategies for PDAC treatment have been developed and preliminary breakthroughs have been made.With the continuous ex-ploration,from surgical local treatment to comprehensive medical management,the research-diagnosis-management system of pancreatic cancer is improving.This review focused on the variety of treatments for advanced PDAC,including traditional chemotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy,microenviron-ment matrix regulation as well as the treatment targeting epigenetics,metabolism and cancer stem cells.We pointed out the current research bottlenecks and future exploration directions. 展开更多

Objective To explore the effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with autologous fat transplantation in augmentation mammoplasty.Methods Clinical data of 28 female patients who underwent autologous fat by CGF mixed with purified fat between May 2015 and June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Clinical evaluation was performed to observe and measure the shape of the breast after breast augmentation,the increase in the value of the nipple plane measurement,and complications.Results All of 28 patients,after 12 months of follow-up,all patients no fat infection,hematoma,breast nodules and other complications.It showed that the contouring of breast were improved and more chubbiness than that before operation.The results were satisfied from patients.Conclusion Concentrated growth factor combined with autologous fat transplantation has a stable breast augmentation effect,beautiful breast shape,simple operation and small damage,which achieves breast rejuvenation. 展开更多

In this paper, we present our investigation on the morphological and autofluorescence char-acteristics of the cones and rods using two- photon excitation with a femtosecond Ti: sap-phire laser. The results show that the micro-structures of the photoreceptor layers can be visualized at submicron level without any stain- ing or slicing. The morphology and spatial dis-tribution of the cones and rods can be resolved by autofluorescence imaging. The autofluores-cence in the photoreceptor outer segments is much stronger than other layers, but suscepti-ble to light-induced damage. 展开更多

Although the underlying mechanisms are still controversial, many studies have focused on the augmentation of GABA-induced inhibition and/or modulation of glycine receptor channel activity. However, inhibition of glutamatergic synaptic transmission may also contribute to general anesthesia. Objective: To compare the chemical characters of Sparganii Rhizoma from different areas via chromatographic analysis and to establish a sensitive LC/MS method for quality assessment of Sparganii Rhizoma.Methods: Under the optimised HPLC-PDA chromatographic conditions,twenty batches of Sparganii Rhizoma were analyzed by HPLC fingerprints.Principal component analysis(PCA),orthogonal projections to latent structures discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)were performed based on all peak areas of Sparganii Rhizoma fingerprints.Meanwhile,part of common peaks were subsequently quantified by UFLC-QTRAP-MS.Results: The similarity values of HPLC fingerprints fluctuated in a wide range of 0.511–0.973,which showed variable differences of chemical characters among Sparganii Rhizoma from twenty habitats.PCA,OPLS-DA and HCA indicated that samples could be divided into five groups with different chemical characters,which generally corresponded with their geographical distributions.A total of 31 peaks in HPLC fingerprints were marked,and eight of them were identified and quantified.The quantitative result was generally in agreement with the classifications based on HPLC fingerprints,which indicated that Sparganii Rhizoma samples from eastern China mostly contained more contents including phenolic acids and flavonoids.Conclusion: This study not only proved that there were relationships between geographic distributions and internal chemical compositions of plants,which could provide evidence to the traditional Chinese medicine concept "geo-authentic",but also supplied a sensitive and rapid simultaneous quantitive method for the quality estimation of Sparganii Rhizoma. 展开更多
