The use of redox-active organic electrode materials in energy storage is restricted due to their inferior solvent resistance,abysmal conductivity,and the resultant low practical capacity.To address these issues,a clas...The use of redox-active organic electrode materials in energy storage is restricted due to their inferior solvent resistance,abysmal conductivity,and the resultant low practical capacity.To address these issues,a class of bipolar p-phenylenediimidazole-based small-molecule compounds are designed and fabricated.Theπ-conjugated backbone of these small molecules allows for electron delocalization on a big conjugation plane,endowing them with good conductivity and reaction reversibility.Furthermore,when the para-positions of phenylene are occupied by hydroxyl groups,as-formed intramolecular hydrogen bonds(N-H...O)between phenolic hydroxyl groups and the–NH groups of imidazole rings further enhance the structural planarity,resulting in higherπ-conjugation degree and better conductivity,and thus higher utilization of active sites and electrode capacity,proved by both experimental results and theoretical calculations.The optimized composite electrode DBNQ@rGO-45 shows a high specific capacity(∼308 mA h g^(−1)at 100 mA g^(−1))and a long cycling stability(112.9 mA h g^(−1)after 6000 cycles at 2000 mA g^(−1)).The significantly better electrochemical properties for hydroxyl group-containing compounds than those without hydroxyl groups attributed to intramolecular hydrogen bond-induced conjugation enhancement will inspire the structure design of organic electrodes for better energy storage.展开更多

This method aims to ...In this paper, we propose a SAR image ship detection model SSE-Ship that combines image context to extend the detection field of view domain and effectively enhance feature extraction information. This method aims to solve the problem of low detection rate in SAR images with ship combination and ship fusion scenes. Firstly, we propose STCSPB network to solve the problem of ship and non-ship object fusion by combining image contextual feature information to distinguish ship and non-ship objects. Secondly, we combine SE Attention to enhance the effective feature information and effectively improve the detection accuracy in combined ship driving scenes. Finally, we conducted extensive experiments on two standard base datasets, SAR-Ship and SSDD, to verify the effectiveness and stability of our proposed method. The experimental results show that the SSE-Ship model has P = 0.950, R = 0.946, mAP_0.5:0.95 = 0.656 and FPS = 50 on the SAR-Ship dataset and mAP_0.5 = 0.964 and R = 0.940 on the SSDD dataset.展开更多

Based on the systematic analysis of the ...In recent years, grassland degradation has become one of China’s most critical environmental problems due to the interaction of natural environmental factors and human causes. Based on the systematic analysis of the spatial characteristics of grassland degradation and the current research status of environmental drivers, this paper summarizes and summarizes the research methods on the impact of grassland degradation on natural ecological service function and social and economic value to understand further the natural ecological service function of grassland degradation and its impact on social and economic benefits. The results show that since the function of grassland ecosystem service is much larger than the biomass value it provides, we should focus on the effective management of grassland from the design concept of ecological service function to achieve the sustainable development of grassland. We should do an excellent job in the comprehensive application of various ecosystems and service value evaluation methods in the future.展开更多

Based on the analysis of the spatial-temporal characteristics and driving factors of grassland degradation and in order to deeply understand the research status of grassland degradation monitoring methods and evaluation index system, this paper mainly investigates the research progress of grassland degradation remote sensing monitoring methods and evaluation indicators. Furthermore, this paper summarizes the more commonly used remote sensing monitoring methods and evaluation methods, analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation indicators of grassland degradation, and points out the research direction of the evaluation indicators in the future. Finally, a comprehensive remote sensing monitoring and evaluation system are established in this paper. Research findings: because of the variety of grassland degradation types and the emergence of remote sensing monitoring and evaluation methods, establishing a comprehensive remote sensing monitoring and evaluation system to classify and summarize the research methods of different grassland degradation can lay a foundation for the development of grassland degradation evaluation and monitoring in the future and provide research ideas. Objective: Cancer metastasis remains the primary cause of cancer-related death worldwide.In a previous study, we found that levels of BTB/POZ domain-containing protein KCTD12 are lower in metastatic melanoma cells tha...Objective: Cancer metastasis remains the primary cause of cancer-related death worldwide.In a previous study, we found that levels of BTB/POZ domain-containing protein KCTD12 are lower in metastatic melanoma cells than in parental melanoma cells.The purpose of this study was to identify the roles of KCTD12 in cancer metastasis.Methods: The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) datasets were used to evaluate the relationship between KCTD12 and skin cutaneous melanoma(SKCM) prognosis.The effects of endogenous KCTD12 on biological behaviors were examined using the MTT assay.The impacts of KCTD12 on melanoma stemness were explored using spheroid formation assay.KCTD12 knockout A375 cells were generated to confirm the inhibitory effect of KCTD12 on CD271, and a mouse metastatic model was used to determine the impact of KCTD12 on melanoma metastasis in vivo.Results: KCTD12 levels were lower in lung metastatic cells than in paired parental melanoma cells, and low KCTD12 expression indicated a poor prognosis in SKCM.Cancer metastasis-related capacities were higher in lung metastatic cells than in parental melanoma cells.Moreover, KCTD12 knockdown enhanced tumor growth and metastasis both in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistically, the interaction between KCTD12 and CD271 might be responsible for the stemness transformation after KCTD12 knockdown.Conclusions: This study identifies for the first time the role of the interaction between KCTD12 and CD271 in inducing melanoma cell stemness transformation.Moreover, KCTD12 repression enhances melanoma cell growth, adhesion, migration and invasion.展开更多
As a promising energy-storage device,the hybrid lithium-ion capacitor coupling with both a large energy density battery-type anode and a high power density capacitor-type cathode is attracting great attention.For the ...As a promising energy-storage device,the hybrid lithium-ion capacitor coupling with both a large energy density battery-type anode and a high power density capacitor-type cathode is attracting great attention.For the sake of improving the energy density of hybrid lithium-ion capacitor,the free-standing anodes with good electrochemical performance are essential.Herein,we design an effective electrospinning strategy to prepare free-standing MnS/Co4S3/Ni3S2/Ni/C-nanofibers(TMSs/Ni/C-NFs)film and firstly use it as a binder-free anode for hybrid lithium-ion capacitor.We find that the carbon nanofibers can availably prevent MnS/Co4S3/Ni3S2/Ni nanoparticles from aggregation as well as significantly improve the electrochemical performance.Therefore,the binder-free TMSs/Ni/C-NFs membrane displays an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 1246.9 m Ah g-1at 100 m A g-1,excellent rate capability(398 mAh g-1 at2000 mA g-1),and long-term cyclic endurance.Besides,we further assemble the hybrid lithium-ion capacitor,which exhibits a high energy density of 182.0 Wh kg-1at 121.1 W kg-1(19.0 Wh kg-1 at 3512.5 W kg-1)and remarkable cycle life.展开更多
To examine the phytoplankton assemblages and the effect of diluted waters on them,a research cruise was conducted from July 19 to August 7,2015 in the Zhujiang(Pearl)River estuary in the northern South China Sea(21...To examine the phytoplankton assemblages and the effect of diluted waters on them,a research cruise was conducted from July 19 to August 7,2015 in the Zhujiang(Pearl)River estuary in the northern South China Sea(21°N–23.5°N,111°E–117°E).Samples were collected from 65 stations including one for time-series sampling.A total of 212 phytoplankton taxa were identified from 61 genera belonging to 4 phyla.Among them,122 species identified from 42 genera of Bacillariophyta and 83 species from 15 genera of Pyrrophyta.Chain-forming diatoms dominated the phytoplankton community where Pseudonitzschia delicatissima,Guinardia striata,Thalassionema nitzschioides,and P.pungens comprised about 52%of the total abundance.However,higher cell abundances concentrated on both sides of the estuary,because of low salinity and high nutrients brought by diluted water.In addition,Canonical Correspondence Analysis revealed that salinity and dissolved inorganic nitrogen shaped the species composition in the study area.Furthermore,the Jaccard similarity index showed prevailing high similarity in the distribution of species in low-salinity diluted waters,and the Bray-Curtis similarity depicted distinguished grouping for phytoplankton assemblages along the salinity gradient.However,phytoplankton diel vertical cycles showed maximum abundance occurred at 2:00 am,which was mainly contributed by benthic phytoplankton species Pseudo-nitzschia spp.and T.nitzschioides.展开更多
Objectives Even though guidelines are available to guide dysphagia identification and management practice,there is still a gap between evidence and practice,which requires improvement.The purpose of this study was to ...Objectives Even though guidelines are available to guide dysphagia identification and management practice,there is still a gap between evidence and practice,which requires improvement.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using tailored,multifaceted strategies to improve evidence-based post-stroke dysphagia identification and management practice in a community hospital.Methods Guided by the Knowledge to Action framework,the tailored,multifaceted strategies were developed and implemented for 5 months in a community hospital using a before-and-after study design.These strategies consisted of training intervention,policy intervention,and audit and feedback intervention.Nurses’level of knowledge and adherence,were collected in March 2019 and again in January 2020.Patients’quality of life and satisfaction were evaluated during the pre-intervention period(between February 2019 and April 2019)and the post-intervention period(between November 2019 and January 2020).Results A total of 55 patients with post-stroke dysphagia(28 in the pre-intervention period and 27 in the post-intervention period)and 17 registered nurses were recruited.Following implementation,there were statistically significant improvements in patients’outcomes(quality of life and satisfaction)and nurses’outcomes(level of knowledge and adherence).Conclusions This study assists in closing the research-practice gap by using tailored,multifaceted strategies to increase the use of evidence-based nursing care for dysphagia identification and management practices.展开更多

The purpose of this study is to clarify the significance of postoperative radiotherapy for N2 lung cancer.This study aimed to investigate the effect of postoperative radiotherapy on the survival and prognosis of patie...The purpose of this study is to clarify the significance of postoperative radiotherapy for N2 lung cancer.This study aimed to investigate the effect of postoperative radiotherapy on the survival and prognosis of patients with N2 lung cancer.Data from 12,000 patients with N2 lung cancer were extracted from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database(2004-2012).Age at disease onset and 5-year survival rates were calculated.Survival curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method.The univariate log-rank test was performed.Multivariate Cox regression were used to examine factors affecting survival.Patients’median age was 67 years(mean 66.46±10.03).The 5-year survival rate was 12.55%.Univariate analysis revealed age,sex,pathology,and treatment regimen as factors affecting prognosis.In multivariate analysis,when compared to postoperative chemotherapy,postoperative chemoradiotherapy was better associated with survival benefits(hazard ratio[HR]=0.85,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.813-0.898,P<0.001).Propensity score matching revealed that patients who had received postoperative chemoradiotherapy had a better prognosis than did patients who had received postoperative chemotherapy(HR=0.869,95%CI:0.817-0.925,P<0.001).Female patients and patients aged<65 years had a better prognosis than did their counterparts.Patients with adenocarcinoma had a better prognosis than did patients with squamous cell carcinoma.Moreover,prognosis worsened with increasing disease T stage.Patients who had received postoperative chemoradiotherapy had a better prognosis than did patients who had received postoperative chemotherapy.Postoperative radiotherapy was an independent prognostic factor in this patient group.展开更多
It is widely acknowledged that a simplified and robust approach to evaluating thecombined effects of chemical mixtures is critical for ecological risk assessment(ERA)of contaminated soil.The earthworm(Eisenia fetida)w...It is widely acknowledged that a simplified and robust approach to evaluating thecombined effects of chemical mixtures is critical for ecological risk assessment(ERA)of contaminated soil.The earthworm(Eisenia fetida)was used as a model to study the combined effects of polymetallic contamination and the herbicide siduron in field soil using a microcosm experiment.The responses of multiple biomarkers,including the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione reductase(GR)and acetylcholine esterase(AChE),the concentrations of glycogen,soluble protein(SP),malonaldehyde(MDA),and metallothionein(MT),and the neutral red uptake test(NRU),were investigated.Multivariate analysis,Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Spearman’s Rank Correlations analysis(BVSTEP)revealed that the activities of AChE and CAT and the NRU content were the prognostic biomarkers capturing the minimum data set of all the variables.Internal Cd(tissue Cd)in earthworms was closely related to the health status of worms under combined contamination of heavy metals and siduron.The integrated effect(E mix)calculated based on the activities of AChE and CAT and NRU content using the stress index method had significantly linear regression with internal Cd(p<0.01).E mix(10),E mix(20),and E mix(50)were then calculated,at 1.27,1.63 and 2.71 mg/kg dry weight,respectively.It could be concluded that a bioassaybased approach incorporating multivariate analysis and internal dose was pragmatic and applicable to evaluating combined effects of chemical mixtures in soils under the guidance of the top-down evaluation concept of combined toxicity.展开更多

文摘Objectives Even though guidelines are available to guide dysphagia identification and management practice,there is still a gap between evidence and practice,which requires improvement.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using tailored,multifaceted strategies to improve evidence-based post-stroke dysphagia identification and management practice in a community hospital.Methods Guided by the Knowledge to Action framework,the tailored,multifaceted strategies were developed and implemented for 5 months in a community hospital using a before-and-after study design.These strategies consisted of training intervention,policy intervention,and audit and feedback intervention.Nurses’level of knowledge and adherence,were collected in March 2019 and again in January 2020.Patients’quality of life and satisfaction were evaluated during the pre-intervention period(between February 2019 and April 2019)and the post-intervention period(between November 2019 and January 2020).Results A total of 55 patients with post-stroke dysphagia(28 in the pre-intervention period and 27 in the post-intervention period)and 17 registered nurses were recruited.Following implementation,there were statistically significant improvements in patients’outcomes(quality of life and satisfaction)and nurses’outcomes(level of knowledge and adherence).Conclusions This study assists in closing the research-practice gap by using tailored,multifaceted strategies to increase the use of evidence-based nursing care for dysphagia identification and management practices.

Calculations show that the isotopic ratios at both θ≤35° and energy 63Cu-65Cu sputtering. Calculations show that the isotopic ratios at both θ≤35° and θ >35°, and the total isotopic ratio increase when the bombarding energy decreases. This result might impty the existence of the bombarding-energy-dependent momentum asymmetry.

文摘The purpose of this study is to clarify the significance of postoperative radiotherapy for N2 lung cancer.This study aimed to investigate the effect of postoperative radiotherapy on the survival and prognosis of patients with N2 lung cancer.Data from 12,000 patients with N2 lung cancer were extracted from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database(2004-2012).Age at disease onset and 5-year survival rates were calculated.Survival curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method.The univariate log-rank test was performed.Multivariate Cox regression were used to examine factors affecting survival.Patients’median age was 67 years(mean 66.46±10.03).The 5-year survival rate was 12.55%.Univariate analysis revealed age,sex,pathology,and treatment regimen as factors affecting prognosis.In multivariate analysis,when compared to postoperative chemotherapy,postoperative chemoradiotherapy was better associated with survival benefits(hazard ratio[HR]=0.85,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.813-0.898,P<0.001).Propensity score matching revealed that patients who had received postoperative chemoradiotherapy had a better prognosis than did patients who had received postoperative chemotherapy(HR=0.869,95%CI:0.817-0.925,P<0.001).Female patients and patients aged<65 years had a better prognosis than did their counterparts.Patients with adenocarcinoma had a better prognosis than did patients with squamous cell carcinoma.Moreover,prognosis worsened with increasing disease T stage.Patients who had received postoperative chemoradiotherapy had a better prognosis than did patients who had received postoperative chemotherapy.Postoperative radiotherapy was an independent prognostic factor in this patient group.

文摘It is widely acknowledged that a simplified and robust approach to evaluating thecombined effects of chemical mixtures is critical for ecological risk assessment(ERA)of contaminated soil.The earthworm(Eisenia fetida)was used as a model to study the combined effects of polymetallic contamination and the herbicide siduron in field soil using a microcosm experiment.The responses of multiple biomarkers,including the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione reductase(GR)and acetylcholine esterase(AChE),the concentrations of glycogen,soluble protein(SP),malonaldehyde(MDA),and metallothionein(MT),and the neutral red uptake test(NRU),were investigated.Multivariate analysis,Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Spearman’s Rank Correlations analysis(BVSTEP)revealed that the activities of AChE and CAT and the NRU content were the prognostic biomarkers capturing the minimum data set of all the variables.Internal Cd(tissue Cd)in earthworms was closely related to the health status of worms under combined contamination of heavy metals and siduron.The integrated effect(E mix)calculated based on the activities of AChE and CAT and NRU content using the stress index method had significantly linear regression with internal Cd(p<0.01).E mix(10),E mix(20),and E mix(50)were then calculated,at 1.27,1.63 and 2.71 mg/kg dry weight,respectively.It could be concluded that a bioassaybased approach incorporating multivariate analysis and internal dose was pragmatic and applicable to evaluating combined effects of chemical mixtures in soils under the guidance of the top-down evaluation concept of combined toxicity.
