The Domain Decomposition Method(DDM) is a powerful approach to solving maily types of PDE's. DDM is especially suitable for massively Parallel computers. In the past, most research on DDM has focused on the domain... The Domain Decomposition Method(DDM) is a powerful approach to solving maily types of PDE's. DDM is especially suitable for massively Parallel computers. In the past, most research on DDM has focused on the domain splitting technique. In this paper. we focus our attention on use of a combination of techniques to solve each subproblem. The central question with DDM is that of how to doal with the pseodoboundary conditions. Here, we introduce a set of operators which act on the pseudo-boundaries in the solution process, referring to this new. procedure as the 'Generalized Domain Decomposition A.Jlethod(GDDM).' We have already obtained convergence factors for GDDM with certain classes of PDE's. These ctonvergence factors show that we can derive exact solutions of the whole problem for certain types of PDE's, and can get superior speed of convergence for other types. 展开更多

We can find in this paper that DDM can also become the foundations of Object-Oriented parallel computational model for larch-scale scientific computations, In the paper, Multi-Agent parallel computational model based on DDNI is proposed. The implements of software environment on the model for solving elliptic pantal differential equations can be got from the paper. Especially an application instance for solving Dirichlet problems of Poisson equation is given. Some conclusions are drawn in the end. 展开更多

Pannexin-1(Panx1)forms nonselective large channel in cell plasma membrane and has been shown to be associated with NLRP3 inflammasome activation,ATP release and phagocytes recruitment.In the current study,by manipulation of Panx1 expression in human myeloid cells and application of Panx1 defi cient mice,we failed to fi nd a correlation between Panx1 and NLRP3 infl ammasome activation,although an interaction between these two proteins was evident.However,in thioglycollate induced peritonitis,Panx1 defi cient mice showed much more phagocytes infiltration.Further analyses showed that mice defi cient for Panx1 exhibited enlarged F4/80^(low)Gr1-Ly6C-cell population in the peritonea.Our study thus reveals an important role for Panx1 in regulation of peritoneal cell population and peritonitis development. 展开更多
