AIM To investigate clinic effects of Fuzheng Huayu 319 recipe (319 recipe) on liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.METHODS Ninety-five patients with chronic hepatitis B were divide into the treated (63 cases) and con...AIM To investigate clinic effects of Fuzheng Huayu 319 recipe (319 recipe) on liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.METHODS Ninety-five patients with chronic hepatitis B were divide into the treated (63 cases) and control (32 cases) group, and orally administrated with 0.5g 319 capsule or 0.5g Dahuang Zhachong pill tid for 3 months, respectively. The liver functions and serological fibrotic markers were observed before and after treatment, 12 cases in the treated group were examined with liver biopsy.RESULTS Three hundreds nineteen recipe could remarkably decreased serum ALT level and total bilirubin and significantly improve serum albumin and A/G ratio. Its effects were better than Dahuang Zhachong pill. Before treatment, patients' serum monamine oxidase activities, tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP)-1, procollagen type Ⅲ and laminin were all higher than those of health peoples. These levels decreased remarkably after treatment, and urine hydroxyproline level increased significantly (P<0.001-0.05). Compared with the control, the improvement in treated group was better than that in the control except TIMP-1. According to the scoring system for staging of chronic hepatitis, the fibrotic extents of 7 cases among 12 cases examined by liver biopsy decreased remarkably (1 case decreased by 3 scores, 5 by 2 scores, 1 by 1 score).CONCLUSION Fuzheng Huayu 319 recipe had good therapeutic effects on chronic hepatitis B, it could reverse the development of liver fibrosis to some extent. In general its effects were better than that of Dahuang Zhachong pill.展开更多

The results showed that the transfer rate of silymarin from milk thistle seeds increased with the microwave output power and temperature during MAE processing. The apparent extraction rate constant k (s-1) was 1.2028×10-2 , 1.2248×10-2 , and 1.2485×10-2 , and diffusion coefficient D (m2·s-1 ) was 4.21×10-10, 4.29×10-10 , and 4.37×10-10 at the microwave temperatures of 383, 393, and 403 K, respectively, in the silymarin MAE process. With the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the microstructures of the samples extracted by MAE were observed. The results revealed that the increased efficiency and rate of MAE of silymarin could be attributed mainly to the subsequent cell change resulting from superheating effects during MAE.展开更多

A total of 121 paddy rice samples were collected from artificial infection with moulds to build the calibration models to calculate the total number colony of moulds based on the principal component regression method and multiple linear regression method. The results of statistical analysis indicated that multiple linear regression method was applicable to the detection of the total number colony of moulds. The correlation of calibration data set was 0.943. The correlation of prediction data set was 0.897. Therefore, the result showed that near infrared spectroscopy could be a useful instrumental method for determining the total number colony of moulds in paddy rice. The near infrared spectroscopy methodology could be applied for monitoring mould contamination in postharvest paddy rice during storage and might become a powerful tool for monitoring the safety of the grain.展开更多

The simulation results in the model matched relatively with the experimental results. The better uniform of temperature between experiment and simulation could be concluded except in the period of rapid temperature increase. The temperature reached the high point of 130.25℃ in the middle point of slices at 100 s, while the temperature was over 50℃ in external parts of slices for the reason of thermal diffusion. Conclusions could be drawn that the model was effective and numerical analysis could simulate the temperature simulation for berry leather in microwave vacuum puffing process.展开更多
文摘目的统计分析腹部二维超声与FibroTouch对肝纤维化的诊断价值以及局限不足,以便更好地指导临床。方法记录相应病例的肝脏硬度值(liver stiffness measurement,LSM)及超声二维图像半定量化评分。以病理为金标准,通过受试者工作特征曲线(receptor operating characteristic curve,ROC)分析超声与FibroTouch在肝纤维化诊断中的价值,并对两种方法在肝硬化阶段的误诊病例进行比较分析。结果超声对明显纤维化期(S≥2)、进展期肝纤维化(S≥3)、早期肝硬化(S=4)诊断的曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.915、0.873、0.821;FibroTouch检查分别为0.854、0.802、0.727。超声组有87例(34%),FibroTouch组有45例(27%)出现诊断结果偏倚。结论超声与FibroTouch是两种可靠的超声肝纤维化无创诊断方法,可以作为一种行之有效的替代方法,用于疾病诊断、疗效观察。
