Two novel metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),JLU-MOF130([In(NH2−BDC)(Imi)(1H−Imi)]·DMF·H2O,NH2−H2BDC=2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid,1H−Imi=1H-imidazole,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide)and JLU-MOF131([In(1,4-NDC)...Two novel metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),JLU-MOF130([In(NH2−BDC)(Imi)(1H−Imi)]·DMF·H2O,NH2−H2BDC=2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid,1H−Imi=1H-imidazole,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide)and JLU-MOF131([In(1,4-NDC)(Imi)(1H−Imi)]·DMF0.5,1,4-H_(2)NDC=1,4-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid),were synthesized.JLU-MOF130 features a three-dimensional(3D)architecture with a neb topology.JLU-MOF131 is characterized by a two-dimensional(2D)structure with an sql topology.JLU-MOF130 has excellent fluorescence detection performance towards Fe^(3+),2,4-dinitrophenol(2,4-DNP),and 2,4,6-trinitrophenol(TNP),but the fluorescence detection performance of JLU-MOF131 is further improved by converting NH2−H2BDC to more conjugated 1,4-H_(2)NDC.The Stern-Volmer(SV)quenching constant(KSV)values of JLU-MOF130 sensing 2,4-DNP,TNP,and Fe^(3+)are 5.24×10^(4),4.44×10^(4),and 4.73×10^(3) L/mol,respectively.The corresponding limit of detection(LOD)values are 1.17,1.36,and 14.59µmol/L.The KSV values for JLU-MOF131 are 1.26×10^(5),9.02×10^(4),and 8.48×103 L/mol,and the corresponding LOD values are 0.35,0.42,and 3.60µmol/L,respectively.interestingly,the emission wavelengths of the two MOFs obviously shift as the fluorescence emission intensities decrease upon the addition of 2,4-DNP and TNP,which can be applied in selective detection.展开更多
目的探讨内质网应激蛋白在大鼠正畸模型中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法30只SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为对照组和模型组,模型组大鼠上颌磨牙间固定镍钛拉簧,建立实验性正畸模型,对照组大鼠不做处理。两组大鼠分别在加力12、24、48、72 ...目的探讨内质网应激蛋白在大鼠正畸模型中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法30只SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为对照组和模型组,模型组大鼠上颌磨牙间固定镍钛拉簧,建立实验性正畸模型,对照组大鼠不做处理。两组大鼠分别在加力12、24、48、72 h处死大鼠,采用蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)分析分析两组大鼠牙周组织内质网应激蛋白C/EBP同源蛋白(CHOP)和葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)蛋白表达水平;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测牙周组织丙二醛(MDA)、GSH和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)表达水平;采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(TUNEL)染色技术分析两组大鼠牙周组织细胞凋亡比例;组间和组间计量资料比较采用t检验。结果对照组大鼠12、24、48、72 h MDA水平[(4.91±0.73)、(5.01±0.78)、(5.10±0.62)、(4.89±0.82)mmol/L]明显低于模型组12、24、48、72 h MDA水平[(6.43±0.81)、(8.41±0.89)、(14.22±1.99)、(7.45±1.09)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(t=2.091、3.412、6.119、3.816,P<0.05)。对照组大鼠12、24、48、72 h SOD水平[(208.32±23.87)、(201.43±18.29)、(198.33±21.43)、(203.12±20.19)U/mg]明显高于模型组12、24、48、72 h SOD水平[(187.09±18.43)、(158.39±19.39)、(120.58±20.09)、(165.32±17.83)U/mg],差异有统计学意义(t=3.109、3.891、6.819、4.192,P<0.05)。对照组大鼠12、24、48、72 h GRP78水平(1.23±0.12、1.18±0.09、1.25±0.12、1.17±0.11)明显低于模型组12、24、48、72 h GRP78水平(1.57±0.10、1.78±0.09、2.19±0.11、1.70±0.09),差异有统计学意义(t=1.664、2.290、2.891、2.099,P<0.05)。对照组大鼠12、24、48、72 h CHOP水平(0.89±0.09、0.80±0.11、0.85±0.10、0.87±0.10)明显低于模型组12、24、48、72 h CHOP水平(1.04±0.11、1.26±0.10、1.64±0.12、1.30±0.11),差异有统计学意义(t=1.948、2.591、3.663、2.984,P<0.05)。对照组大鼠12、24、48、72 h TUNEL阳性率水平[(3.11±0.43)%、(3.49±0.32)%、(3.22±0.41)%、(3.62±0.43)%]明显低于模型组12、24、48、72 h TUNEL阳性率水平[(6.44±0.89)%、(9.39±1.95)%、(14.32±3.19)%、(10.32±2.10)%],差异有统计学意义(t=2.008、2.784、3.722、3.012,P<0.05)。结论在实验性正畸24 h,牙周组织氧化应激反应明显增加,内质网应激蛋白表达增加,内质网应激诱导的细胞凋亡水平明显增加,随着时间延长,牙周组织氧化应激、内质网应激和细胞凋亡比例明显下降,牙周组织逐渐适应加力刺激。展开更多
We differentiated the effects of Cu films deposited on single crystalline a-,r-,and c-plane sapphire substrates upon graphene films synthesized with atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition(CVD).The data illustr...We differentiated the effects of Cu films deposited on single crystalline a-,r-,and c-plane sapphire substrates upon graphene films synthesized with atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition(CVD).The data illustrate that the realization of high-crystalline Cu film is dependent not only on the crystallinity of underlying substrate,but also on the symmetric match of crystallographic geometry between metal film and substrate.We also systematically investigated the effects of PMMA removal on the Raman ID/IG and IG/I2D values of transferred graphene.The results reveal that different PMMA removal methods do not alter the ID/IG values;instead,the residue of PMMA increases the IG/I2D values and the thermal decomposition of PMMA leads to higher IG/I2D values than the removal of PMMA with acetone.The effects of PMMA removal on variations of the Raman spectra are also discussed.展开更多

Highly ordered pore structures...Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) are a class of porous inorganic-organic hybrid materials, which are constructed from diverse inorganic building units and multi-functional organic ligands. Highly ordered pore structures and tailored functionalization have made MOF materials potential for applications in many fields. Among various MOF materials, 3p-block metal(Al, Ga, and In)-based MOFs exhibit higher chemical stability than divalent transition metal-based MOFs due to their higher valence. In this review, Al-MOFs and In-MOFs were mainly discussed from the perspective of categories of inorganic building blocks, coordination types, and numbers of organic ligands. This review will give intuitive guidance to the design and synthesis of novel 3p-block metal-based MOFs with potential applications.展开更多
