甘草防治阿尔茨海默病的作用机制研究进展

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,临床表现为学习记忆障碍以及日常生活能力减退等,对老年人的健康造成巨大威胁。近些年,对中药治疗AD的研究逐渐兴盛起来,其具有多组分、多途径、多靶点整体调节... 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,临床表现为学习记忆障碍以及日常生活能力减退等,对老年人的健康造成巨大威胁。近些年,对中药治疗AD的研究逐渐兴盛起来,其具有多组分、多途径、多靶点整体调节以及安全性高,毒副作用小等特点,符合疾病的复杂性需求。甘草作为我国传统药食同源补益类中草药具有抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎等多种药理活性。研究表明,甘草对AD具有潜在的治疗作用,但其作用机制尚不清晰。研究发现,甘草提取物可以通过抗炎、抗氧化应激,抑制Tau蛋白磷酸化的作用,进而发挥抗AD的作用,甘草单体活性成分及其复方不仅可以通过上述机制达到抗AD的作用,而且能通过抑制β-淀粉样蛋白沉积,保护胆碱能神经元,抑制神经细胞凋亡等达到防治AD的目的。本文就近年来甘草提取物、甘草单体活性成分及甘草复方防治AD的作用机制进行总结,以期为甘草防治AD提供理论依据。 展开更多

血尿酸水平与初诊2型糖尿病患者游离脂肪酸及糖基化终末产物的相关性分析 被引量:9

目的分析血尿酸与初诊2型糖尿病患者的游离脂肪酸及糖基化终末产物之间的相关关系,为糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者血管病变的保护提供理论基础和预防措施。方法选择110名入院治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者,同期选择60名健康体检者。计算体重指数... 目的分析血尿酸与初诊2型糖尿病患者的游离脂肪酸及糖基化终末产物之间的相关关系,为糖尿病合并高尿酸血症患者血管病变的保护提供理论基础和预防措施。方法选择110名入院治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者,同期选择60名健康体检者。计算体重指数BMI,检测空腹血糖和胰岛素、血尿酸、餐后2h血糖和胰岛素、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、游离脂肪酸、糖基化终末产物等指标。结果入院的初诊T2DM患者的血尿酸平均水平316.78±83.38μmmol/L,高于正常人群(286.57±68.32μmmol/L)(P<0.05),血尿酸浓度与BMI、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、糖基化终末产物、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMR-IR)呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与糖化血红蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白无相关性。结论初诊的2型糖尿病患者血尿酸浓度与BMI、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、糖基化终末产物、HOMR-IR密切相关,血尿酸可能是T2DM合并高尿酸血症患者血管病变的独立危险因素,控制尿酸可能有助于预防和改善T2DM病患者的血管病变。 展开更多

The reaction of triphenylphosphine with AgNO3 yielded an unusual nitrate anion bridging one-dimensional infinite chain [Ag(PPh3)NO3] in which the silver(I) atom is three-coordinated by one P atom of triphenylphosphine and two O atoms of two bridging nitrate anions to form a scalene triangle. The complex [Ag(PPh3)NO3] crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.281(2), b = 18.596(5), c = 9.180(2) , = 90.60(1), V = 1755.1(7) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 432.15, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, F(000) = 864 and = 1.254 mm-1. The final R = 0.0606 and wR = 0.1400 for 2188 observed reflections with I > 2(I) out of 3057 unique ones (Rint = 0.0539). IR and elemental analysis of the complex are characterized. 展开更多

The reaction of MoO2(acac)2 with 2-amino-6-methyl-pyridine (amp) in the mixed solvent of DMF (N,N-dimethylformamide) and water affords the title complex [H-amp]4- [Mo8O26(DMF)2]2H2O which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis with the following crystallographic data: C30H54Mo8N10O30, Mr = 1802.35, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 8.631(1), b = 24.260(3), c = 13.351(2) ? b = 104.688(3), V = 2704.2(7) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.213 g/cm3, m =1.890 mm-1 and F(000) = 1760. The final R = 0.0281 and wR = 0.0620 for 4935 observed reflections with I > 2s(I). X-ray structure analysis has confirmed the existence of g-[Mo8O26]4- anion in the molecule. Eight MoO6 distorted octahedra share edges with short terminal MoO bonds from 1.691(3) to 1.749(2) ? medium bonds from 1.868(2) to 1.965(2) ?and long bonds from 2.059(2) to 2.450(2) ? In the terminal site there exist two DMF ligands bound to the Mo atom through O atoms with the MoODMF bond length of 2.166(3) ? affording a bond strength of 0.433. A three-dimensional network structure was formed through hydrogen bonds. 展开更多

目的:探讨儿童眩晕的病因,分析其与儿童不同年龄阶段的相关性。方法:选取以眩晕/头晕为主诉的患儿144例,进行眩晕问卷调查、听力学、前庭功能检查及神经内科等其他相关科室检查,通过JMP 10.0软件进行统计学处理,分析眩晕病因与不同年龄... 目的:探讨儿童眩晕的病因,分析其与儿童不同年龄阶段的相关性。方法:选取以眩晕/头晕为主诉的患儿144例,进行眩晕问卷调查、听力学、前庭功能检查及神经内科等其他相关科室检查,通过JMP 10.0软件进行统计学处理,分析眩晕病因与不同年龄段的相关性。结果:144例患儿中,学龄前(<6岁)17例,学龄期(6~12岁)101例,青春期(>12岁)26例。眩晕主要分布于6~10岁之间。引起儿童眩晕最常见的病因主要是良性阵发性眩晕,其次是前庭性偏头痛。同一疾病在不同年龄阶段的发病率也不相同,良性阵发性眩晕患儿学龄前、学龄期、青春期分别为58.8%、42.6%和0;前庭性偏头痛分别为0、17.8%和30.8%。结论:良性阵发性眩晕与前庭性偏头痛是儿童眩晕最常见的病因。随着年龄增长,不同年龄引起眩晕的病因发病率有所区别。分析儿童眩晕病因时,应充分考虑儿童的心理及生理特点。 展开更多

In this paper, a periodic Holling Ⅱ predator-prey model with impulsive effect is investigated. By applying the Floquet theory of linear periodic impulsive equation,some sufficient conditions are obtained for the linear stability and instability of trivial and semi-trivial periodic solutions. Moreover, we use standard bifurcation theory to show the existence of coexistence states which arise near the semi-trivial periodic solution.
