As oil combined with alpha-hydrocarbon or polyester is getting widely used as lubricantand the speeding wet clutch works within hydrodynamic lubrication, mixture lubrication, boundarylubrication and contact situation, established the thermal analysis model for investigating thebehavior of frictional disks in speeding wet clutch, which covers the power-law fluid model,Patir-Cheng average flow model, GT asperity contact model, oil film inertia and heat effects, meanenergy equation, and heat conduction equation. The formulas in the model are deduced. The numeralcalculation and analysis for hydrodynamic lubrication and mixture lubrication are executed.Relationships and variations among transmitting torque, mean push pressure, output speed, and loadare presented. Thermal effect should be considered during the hydrodynamic lubrication and largertransmitting torque makes earlier entrance to mixture lubrication.展开更多

Light source modulation harmonic measurement is presented in this paper. In order to eliminate the noise, the ratio of the fundamental and second-harmonic signals is used. The mathematical model of gas concentration harmonic measurement is built up.The detection result of methane concentration is also shown. Experiments have proved a sensitivity of 28×10-6.展开更多

We found that the evoked potential of the succeedingstimulus was inhibited completely by the preceding stimulus,as the inter-stimulus interval (ISI) was shorter than 150 ms.This influence was dependent on the IS1 of two stimuli, theshorter the ISI the stronger the influence would be. The in-hibitory influence of the preceding stimulus might be causedby the neural refractory effect.展开更多
Reticulons (RTN) are endoplasmic reticulum- associated protein complexes, which are localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and identified as markers for neuroendocrine differentiation. At least four different RTN...Reticulons (RTN) are endoplasmic reticulum- associated protein complexes, which are localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and identified as markers for neuroendocrine differentiation. At least four different RTN genes have been identified in mammals, but in most cases, the functions of the encoded proteins except mammalian RTN4-A and RTN4-B are still elusive. In the present study, mouse reticulon 3 (mRTN3) is cloned and its expression pattern in a variety of tissues is investigated. Three alternatively spliced transcripts of 1.8, 2.8 and 4.2 kb are revealed by Northern blotting hybridization. The 1.8 and 2.8 kb transcripts are expressed in many tissues. The 2.8 kb transcript has a high level in brain and the 4.2 kb transcript is only found in brain. In situ hybridization and immunohistochemical analysis indicated its high expression in non-glial cells in some particular region of mouse central nervous system, such as hippocampus, sub-thalamus nucleus, thalamus nucleus and cerebrum cortex.展开更多
