目的通过数据的整理和分析,了解四川省无偿献血工作的现状,并与全国总体情况进行对比,找出目前工作的薄弱点,并提出建议。方法围绕2016年四川省献血量,献血人次,千人口献血率、400 mL献血者比例等指标,及献血人群的性别、年龄、职业及... 目的通过数据的整理和分析,了解四川省无偿献血工作的现状,并与全国总体情况进行对比,找出目前工作的薄弱点,并提出建议。方法围绕2016年四川省献血量,献血人次,千人口献血率、400 mL献血者比例等指标,及献血人群的性别、年龄、职业及文化程度等特征展开分析,并与上年度四川省数据和全国同期数据作对比。结果四川省无偿献血呈上升趋势,但区域发展严重不平衡;46—55岁年龄段献血者增福较大,献血人群有年龄老化的趋势;献血人群中学生、工人的献血比例低,献血主力为中低教育程度者。结论因地制宜,着力解决区域发展不平衡问题;精准识别潜在献血人群,以明确学生、工人、18—35岁群体为重点人群,加强宣传招募工作;丰富宣传手段,营造良好氛围。 展开更多

Excited states of ^134Ba, populated via the heavy-ion induced ^128Te(^10B, 1p3n)134Ba reaction at 46 MeV beam energy, have been studied to medium and high spins by in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy techniques. The experiment was performed at the tandem accelerator laboratory in the University of Tsukuba, Japan. The target is an isotopically enriched ^128Te metallic foil of 2.3mg/cm^2 thickness with a 3mg/cm^2 gold backing. Nine anti-Compton HPGe detectors were employed for the measurements of γ-γ-t coincidences. The level scheme of ^134Ba, deduced from this study, was shown in Fig.1. 展开更多

A EPC Approach to the Residual Water in Erythrocytes

A novel approach has been developed to determine the amount of residual water in human erythrocyte at room temperature by electronic particle counter. Nacl solutions of 13 osmolalities were prepared and the equilibrium cell volumes in which were measured one by one.The isotonic volume, V0, was obtained under the isotonic condition. The mean RBC volumes of 5 donors at each osmolality were fitted according to Boyle van’t Hoff relationship, and the osmotically inactive volume, Vb, of erythrocyte was then determined. The results show that Vb50% V0. More importantly, the final cell volume with regard to the solution of the highest concentration found to be kept at about 0.5 V0. The difference between these two volumes is unconspicuous. According to the published data that non-water volume of human erythrocyte is about 28.3% of its isotonic volume, residual water of human erythrocyte can be gained by subtracting V dry from Vf, that is V rw =21.7% V0. Then it was concluded that the residual water of human lays in 2 states, one is bound water, and the other is free water. 展开更多

A new type electronic particle counter (EPC, MultisizerTM 3, Beckman Coulter Inc., USA) was used to determine the volumes of human red blood cells (RBCs) in NaCl solutions of different osmolalities. The thermodynamics model describing cell response during freezing process was used to simulate the volume change of RBC in 0.9% NaCl solution during equilibrium freezing process. It was assumed that the effect of temperature on cell volume can be neglected compared to that of osmolality, then by using the phase diagram for the binary system sodium chloride/water, the osmolalities of the NaCl solution under different sub-zero temperatures can be obtained (converted from mass concentration), then the calculated values of RBC volumes can be validated by the experiments. 展开更多
