This paper analyzed existing problems in development of rural e-commerce and logistics in China,mainly including objective restriction of rural e-commerce and logistics by economic level,relatively backward capital construction facilities,lack of logistics information service platform,and insufficient professional personnel,and shortage of rural logistics professional personnel,and weak financial support of government. On the basis of these problems,it came up with pertinent recommendations from government,enterprises,and rural areas. 展开更多

However,there are many problems in China's agricultural product logistics,such as long distance between processing,preservation,cold storage,packaging base and agricultural production base,great losses of agricultural products in the process of transportation and handling from production base,poor road conditions in rural areas,inadequate special vehicles,refrigerated trucks and sealed vans,low electronic information utilization rate during agricultural logistics transaction,and lack of agricultural product access mechanism in the agricultural wholesale market. 棚室蔬菜产业在黑龙江省农业转方式、调结构和供给侧改革中占有重要的战略地位。黑龙江省棚室蔬菜生产规模近年来发展较快,技术支撑需求也与日俱增。本研究针对黑龙江省棚室蔬菜发展规模与技术服务支撑能力不匹配的现状,提出了基于云服... 棚室蔬菜产业在黑龙江省农业转方式、调结构和供给侧改革中占有重要的战略地位。黑龙江省棚室蔬菜生产规模近年来发展较快,技术支撑需求也与日俱增。本研究针对黑龙江省棚室蔬菜发展规模与技术服务支撑能力不匹配的现状,提出了基于云服务的棚室蔬菜智能终端系统及关键技术的实现方法。本研究以专家服务为主、数据挖掘技术为辅,以物联网设备为感知手段、以智能手机为用户终端,利用云服务对知识、资源、物联网数据的整合配置能力,提供蔬菜专家及棚室蔬菜用户对信息获取、存储、分析和决策的高效解决方案。本研究的部分内容已在黑龙江省农业科研部门、企业、蔬菜合作社、农户等不同用户群体中实验应用,能够为专家提供棚室蔬菜生产环境的远程问诊手段,适用于各类棚室蔬菜应用场景。本研究还提出了对大规模应用场景下的技术解决方案建议,可在全国的棚室蔬菜生产中推广应用,实现更广泛高效的专家技术服务支撑。 展开更多

The main difficulty is that the generating structure of the intersection. By the radix expansion of translating vector, we give its fractal characterization. We find that the Hausdorff measure of these sets forms a discrete spectrum whose non-zero values come only from translating the vector (x,y) with its radix expansion. 展开更多

Background:poly(vinylidene fluoride)PVDF and PVDF/PMMA blends have been investigated with a focus on the crystal structure,immiscibility and mechanical properties.However,few reports were found on the crystallization behaviors of PVDF and PVDF/PMMA blends,especially on crystallization kinetics.The article is to report the research on isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics for PVDF and PVDF/PMMA blends using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Results:Besides crystallization temperature and isothermal crystallization activation energy,the Avrami equation exponent of PVDF in blends decreased compared with pure PVDF.The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of PVDF and PVDF/PMMA(70:30)blends were investigated by Ozawa equation,Jeziorny method and crystallization rate constant(CRC)in detail.The nonisothermal crystallization energy of pure PVDF and its blends were determined by the Kissinger and Vyazovkin’s method.Conclusion:The nucleation and growth mechanism of PVDF in blends changed compared with pure PVDF.The Ozawa equation is not applicable in nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of PVDF and PVDF/PMMA blends.The decreasing of crystallization ability of PVDF in blends were found and confirmed by CRC and the decline of crystallization rate constant in Jeziorny method.Such is opposite to the results of Kissinger’s and Vyazovkin’s method,chances are that these two methods were not used to calculate the nonisothermal crystallization activation energy where the nucleation process was influenced. 展开更多

Sika deer are known to prefer oak leaves,which are rich in tannins and toxic to most mammals;however,the genetic mechanisms underlying their unique ability to adapt to living in the jungle are still unclear.In identifying the mechanism responsible for the tolerance of a highly toxic diet,we have made a major advancement by explaining the genome of sika deer.We generated the first high-quality,chromosome-level genome assembly of sika deer and measured the correlation between tannin intake and RNA expression in 15 tissues through 180 experiments.Comparative genome analyses showed that the UGT and CYP gene families are functionally involved in the adaptation of sika deer to high-tannin food,especially the expansion of the UGT family 2 subfamily B of UGT genes.The first chromosome-level assembly and genetic characterization of the tolerance to a highly toxic diet suggest that the sika deer genome may serve as an essential resource for understanding evolutionary events and tannin adaptation.Our study provides a paradigm of comparative expressive genomics that can be applied to the study of unique biological features in non-model animals. 展开更多

Industrial intelligence is a core technology in the upgrading of the production processes and management modes of traditional industries.Motivated by the major development strategies and needs of industrial intellectualization in China,this study presents an innovative fusion structure that encompasses the theoretical foundation and technological innovation of data analytics and optimization,as well as their application to smart industrial engineering.First,this study describes a general methodology for the fusion of data analytics and optimization.Then,it identifies some data analytics and system optimization technologies to handle key issues in smart manufacturing.Finally,it provides a four-level framework for smart industry based on the theoretical and technological research on the fusion of data analytics and optimization.The framework uses data analytics to perceive and analyze industrial production and logistics processes.It also demonstrates the intelligent capability of planning,scheduling,operation optimization,and optimal control.Data analytics and system optimization technologies are employed in the four-level framework to overcome some critical issues commonly faced by manufacturing,resources and materials,energy,and logistics systems,such as high energy consumption,high costs,low energy efficiency,low resource utilization,and serious environmental pollution.The fusion of data analytics and optimization allows enterprises to enhance the prediction and control of unknown areas and discover hidden knowledge to improve decision-making efficiency。Therefore,industrial intelligence has great importance in China’s industrial upgrading and transformation into a true industrial power. 展开更多
