Silicon(111) and Silicon(100) were employed for fabrication of TiO 2 films by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD). Titanium(IV) isopropoxide(Ti[O(C 3H 7) 4]) was used as a precursor. Titanium(IV) isopropoxide(Ti[O(C 3H 7) 4]) was used as a precursor. The as deposited TiO 2 films were characterized with FE\|SEM, XRD and AFM. The photocatalytic properties were investigated by decomposition of aqueous OrangeⅡ. And UV VIS photospectrometer was used for checking the absorption characteristics and photocatalytic degradation activity. The crystalline and structural properties of TiO 2 film had crucial influences on the photodegradation efficiency. For MOCVD in situ deposited films on Si substrates, the photoactivities varied following a shape of “M': at lower(350℃), middle(500℃) and higher(800℃) temperature of deposition, relative lower photodegradation activities were observed. At 400℃ and 700℃ of deposition, relative higher efficiencies of degradation were obtained, because one predominant crystallite orientation could be obtained as deposition at the temperature of two levels, especially a single anatase crystalline TiO 2 film could be obtained at 700℃.展开更多

The crystal structure of ([CuL(H_2O)_2](ClO_4)_2·2H_2O, CuL)(L=N-(5-sulfosalicylidene)-4′-bromoaniline) was determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The interaction between CuL and salmon sperm DNA in a 0.1...The crystal structure of ([CuL(H_2O)_2](ClO_4)_2·2H_2O, CuL)(L=N-(5-sulfosalicylidene)-4′-bromoaniline) was determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The interaction between CuL and salmon sperm DNA in a 0.1 mol/L HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution(pH 5.10) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. A couple of redox peaks of CuL in the cyclic voltammograms(CV) can be seen at the glassy carbon electrode. It was found that the peak current of CuL decreased significantly with a negative shift of the peak potential in the presence of DNA compared with that in the absence of DNA. In addition, the decreased absorbance of CuL was observed with increasing the concentration of DNA; the absorption spectrum of an ethidium bromide(EB)-DNA system in the presence of CuL confirms that the binding mode of CuL to DNA is different from the intercalation of EB with DNA. All the experimental results indicate that CuL can bind to DNA by electrostatic binding and form a 1∶1 association complex with a binding constant of 2.72×10 4 L/mol.展开更多

Using the renormalization group method, the critical behavior of Gaussian model is studied in external magnetic fields on X fractal lattices embedded in two-dimensional and -dimensional Euclidean spaces, respectively...Using the renormalization group method, the critical behavior of Gaussian model is studied in external magnetic fields on X fractal lattices embedded in two-dimensional and -dimensional Euclidean spaces, respectively. Critical points and exponents are calculated. It is found that there is long-range order at finite temperature for this model, and that the critical points do not change with the space dimensionality (or the fractal dimensionality ). It is also found that the critical exponents are very different from results of Ising model on the same lattices, and that the exponents on X lattices are different from the exact results on translationally symmetric lattices.展开更多

There exists a clear, isotropic, and low-viscosity L phase, which ...The phase diagram of the quaternary system of sodium dodecyl trioxyethylene sulfate(SDES)/n-butanol/n-octane/water was obtained at (30.0±0.1) ℃. There exists a clear, isotropic, and low-viscosity L phase, which can be divided into W/O, bi-continuous(B.C.) and O/W microemulsions by conductivity measurement results. Dielectric Relaxation Spectroscopy(DRS) measurements, including permittivity, conductivity, relaxation strength, characteristic relaxation time, dielectric parameters, phase parameters, etc., were applied to investigating the microstructures of the system mentioned above. For the samples with a fixed SDES/n-butanol mass ratio of 4/6 including 20%(mass fraction) of n-octane, DRS indicated a structure transition from a W/O to an O/W via a B.C. microemulsion with the increase of the water content. For the samples with a fixed (SDES/20%n-octane)/H_2O mass ratio of 5/5, DRS presented that there only exists a onefold structure of a W/O microemulsion as the (n-butanol/20%n-octane) content increases. The results obtained from DRS are in good agreement with those from the phase diagram.展开更多

It was shown that the average annual radon concentration inside BCCB houses in the bone-coal mining areas in the five provinces ranges from 85.7 to 303 Bq/m3,with an average of 151 Bq/m3,which is 3 times that inside ORB houses at the reference points. The average annual radon concentration outside BCCB houses in the bone-coal mining areas in the five provinces ranges from 12.0 to 73.8 Bq/m3,with an average of 34.9 Bq/m3,which is 1.5 times that outside ordinary ORB at the reference points. And the radon concentration in shafts of Hubei and Zhejiang Prov- ince is 9.51×103 Bq/m3 and 965 Bq/m3,respectively.
