目的 探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction, ACI)的临床疗效。方法 将84例ACI患者分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。两组均予尤瑞克林治疗,观察组另予银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗。比较两组治疗前后血流... 目的 探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction, ACI)的临床疗效。方法 将84例ACI患者分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。两组均予尤瑞克林治疗,观察组另予银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗。比较两组治疗前后血流动力学指标,包括平均血流速度(mean blood flow velocity, MBFV)、椎动脉血流量(vertebral artery blood flow, VABF)、基底动脉血流量(basilar artery blood flow, BABF),神经功能指标,包括神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase, NSE)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine, Hcy)、中枢神经特异蛋白(S100-β)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, NIHSS)评分,以及炎性因子指标,包括超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β),观察两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(95.24%vs.80.95%, P=0.043);治疗后观察组MBFV、VABF及BABF均高于对照组,NSE、Hcy、S100-β水平及NIHSS评分均较对照组低(P <0.001),hs-CRP、IL-6及IL-1β水平均较对照组低(P <0.001);治疗2周后两组患者颜面潮红、乏力、心悸、皮疹及胃肠道不适等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合尤瑞克林治疗ACI患者有助于改善血流动力学和神经功能,抑制炎症反应。 展开更多

Polarized neutrons play an indispensable role in neutron scattering research and have been incorporated into various neutron diffractometers and spectrometers. Polarized neutrons play an indispensable role in neutron scattering research and have been incorporated into various neutron diffractometers and spectrometers. Recognizing the importance of polarized neutrons, the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) has dedicated resources for developing its own capabilities for polarized neutron techniques. Hence, a polarized neutron development platform was allocated to the BL-20 beam port at CSNS for the purpose of facilitating new technological developments and calibration of instruments. Here, we report the progress we have made in terms of using the established development platform at BL-20, including the characterization of neutron spin filter cells manufactured at CSNS, the calibration of self-developed polarized neutron instruments, performance of the polarized neutron technique applied to beamlines,and associated simulation work for beamline magnetic field environments. These results demonstrate the capability of the CSNS to develop time-of-flight polarized neutron instruments and techniques in-house, which will be incorporated into the construction of CSNS neutron beamlines. 展开更多

Aim: To investigate the expression and subcellular localization of chemokine-like factor superfamily 2 (CKLFSF2) in human testis and its potential role in spermatogenesis. Methods: A specific polyclonal antibody against CKLFSF2 was raised. The expression and cellular localization of CKLFSF2 in the seminiferous tubules was checked by immunohistochemistry method. Also, in situ hybridization was applied to localize the mRNA distribution. The EGFP- CKLFSF2 fusion protein was expressed in COS-7 cells to localize its subcellular location in vitro. In addition, the abnormal expression of CKLFSF2 in testes of patients with male infertility was assayed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry methods. Results: Having a close correlation with spermatogenesis defects, CKLFSF2 was specifically expressed in meiotic and post-meiotic germ cells, which were localized to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) near the Golgi apparatus. Conclusion: CKLFSF2 could play important roles in the process of meiosis and spermiogenesis, and might be involved in the vesicular transport or membrane apposition events in the endoplasmic reticulum. 展开更多

Methods: The cDNA of Cox7a2 was cloned from TM3 mouse Leydig cells. It was subcloned to pDsRed- Express-N 1 and transfected back into TM3 mouse Leydig cells for Cox7a2 overexpression by transient gene transfection. Steroidogenesis affected by overexpressed Cox7a2 was studied by ELISA. To elicit the mechanism of this effect, expression of steroidogenic acute regulatory (STAR) protein and reactive oxygen species (ROS) were examined by Western blot and fluorometer, respectively. Results: The cDNA of Cox7a2 (249 bp) was cloned from Leydig cells and confirmed by DNA sequencing. After constructed pDsRed-Express-N1-Cox7a2 was transfected back into TM3 mouse Leydig cells, Cox7a2 inhibited not only luteinizing hormone (LH)-induced secretion of testosterone but also the expression of StAR protein. At the same time, Cox7a2 increased the activity of ROS in TM3 mouse Leydig cells. Conclusion: Cox7a2 inhibited LH-induced StAR protein expression, and consequent testosterone production, at least in part, by increasing ROS activity in TM3 mouse Leydig cells. 展开更多

We report a low-noise, high-signal-to-noise-ratio(SNR) balanced homodyne detector based on the standard transimpedance amplifier circuit and the inductance and capacitance combination for the measurement of the bright squeezed state in the range from 1 kHz to 100 kHz. A capacitance is mounted at the input end of the AC branch to prevent the DC photocurrent from entering the AC branch and avoid AC branch saturation. By adding a switch at the DC branch,the DC branch can be flexibly turned on and off on different occasions. When the switch is on, the DC output provides a monitor signal for laser beam alignment. When the switch is off, the electronic noise of the AC branch is greatly reduced at audio-frequency band due to immunity to the impedance of the DC branch, hence the SNR of the AC branch is significantly improved. As a result, the electronic noise of the AC branch is close to -125 dBm, and the maximum SNR of the AC branch is 48 dB with the incident power of 8 mW in the range from 1 kHz to 100 kHz. The developed photodetector paves a path for measuring the bright squeezed state at audio-frequency band. 展开更多

A miniaturized neutron spin flipper based on a high-TC superconductor film,developed at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS),is presented.A neutron spin flipper is an essential component for performing polarized neutron experiments and,as such,constitutes a high priority for developing CSNS’s polarized neutron capability.To provide the beamlines with a universal neutron spin flipper operating over a wide wavelength band,the neutron spin flipper utilizes non-adiabatic spin flipping during transit through opposite magnetic fields that are mutually shielded by the superconductor Meissner effect.A compact vacuum heat shield and a low-power consumption sterling refrigerator maintained the superconducting condition while reducing the size and power input of the flipper.The prototype device was tested at the CSNS BL-20,which demonstrated a flipping efficiency of 99%at 4 A°. 展开更多

In this paper, the authors make experiment in Chinese Event Corpus CEC, and present a method of extracting event trigger word automatically that combines extended trigger word table and machine learning. The iron-chalcogenide superconductor FeTe_(1-x)Se_(x) displays a variety of exotic features distinct from iron pnictides.Although much effort has been devoted to understanding the interplay between magnetism and superconductivity near x=0.5,the existence of a spin glass phase with short-range magnetic order in the doping range(x~0.1-0.3)has rarely been studied.Here,we use DC/AC magnetization and(quasi)elastic neutron scattering to confirm the spin-glass nature of the short-range magnetic order in a Fe_(1.07)Te_(0.8)Se_(0.2) sample.The AC-frequency dependent spin-freezing temperature T_(f) generates a frequency sensitivityΔT_(f)(ω)/[T_(f)(ω)Δlog_(10)ω]≈0.028 and the description of the critical slowing down withτ=τ0(T_(f)/T_(SG-1))^(-zv) gives T_(SG)≈22 K and zv≈10,comparable to that of a classical spin-glass system.We have also extended the frequency-dependent T_(f) to the smaller time scale using energy-resolution-dependent neutron diffraction measurements,in which the T_(N) of the short-range magnetic order increases systematically with increasing energy resolution.By removing the excess iron through annealing in oxygen,the spin-freezing behavior disappears,and bulk superconductivity is realized.Thus,the excess Fe is the driving force for the formation of the spin-glass phase detrimental to bulk superconductivity. 展开更多

Gravity-driven membrane(GDM)systems have been well developed previously;however,impacts of driving(i.e.,transmembrane)pressure on their performance received little attention,which may infuence GDM performance.In this study,we evaluated 4 GDM systems via altering the transmembrane pressure from 50 mbar to 150 mbar with 2 groups,treating surface water in Beijing,China.Results showed that less driving pressure was more favorable.Specifically,compared to groups(150 mbar),groups under a pressure of 50 mbar were found to have greater normalized permeability and lower total resistance.During the whole operation period,the quality of effuents was gradually improved.For example,the removal efficiency of UV254was significantly improved;particularly,under low driving pressure,the removal efficiency of UV254in PES GDM system increased by 11.91%,as compared to the corresponding system under high driving pressure.This observation was consistent with the reduction on disinfection by-products(DBPs)formation potential;groups under 50 mbar achieved better DBPs potential control,indicating the advantages of lower driving pressure.Biofilms were analyzed and responsible for these differences,and distinct distributions of bacteria communities of two GDM systems under 50 and 150 mbar may be responsible for various humic-like substances removal efficiency.Overall,GDM systems under less pressure should be considered and expected to provide suggestions on the design of GDM systems in real applications. 展开更多

We demonstrate a resolution enhancement scheme of radio-frequency signals by tailoring a phase-squeezed state.The echo radio-frequency signals collected by photonic radar give rise to displacements in the phase quadrature of a probe laser and are estimated by the balanced homodyne detector.In contrast to the conventional coherent state,the noise variances for radio-frequency estimation with a squeezed state are reduced by approximately 6.9 dB.According to the Rayleigh criterion that defines the resolution limit,the minimum resolvable displacement Δa with a squeezed state is reduced to 45%compared to that with a coherent state,demonstrating the quantum advantage.The squeezing-enhanced technique has extensive applications for multitarget recognition and tracking in contemporary photonic radar systems. 展开更多

The loss of biodiversity from urbanized areas is a major environmental problem challenging policy-makers throughout the world.Solutions to this problem are urgently required in China.We carried out a case study of wintering long-eared owls(Asio otus)and their main prey to illustrate the negative effects of urbanization combined with ineffective conservation of biodiversity in Beijing.Field monitoring of owl numbers at two roosting sites from 2004 to 2012 showed that the owl population had fallen rapidly in metropolitan Beijing.Analysis of pellet contents identified only seven individuals of two species of shrew.The majority of mammalian prey comprised four bat and seven rodent species,making up 29.3%and 29.5%of the prey items,respectively.Prey composition varied significantly among years at the two sample sites.At the urban site the consumption of bats and rodents declined gradually over time,while predation on birds increased.In contrast,at the suburban site the prey composition showed an overall decrease in the number of bats,a sharp increase and a subsequent decrease in bird prey,and the number of rodent prey fell to a low point.Rapid development of real estate and inadequate greenfield management in city parks resulted in negative effects on the bird and small mammal habitat of urban areas in Beijing.We suggest that measures to conserve biodiversity should be integrated into future urban planning to maintain China’s rich biodiversity while also achieving sustainable economic development. 展开更多
