METHODS: We performed...AIM: To conduct a systematic review and Meta-analysis to examine the association between uveitis and psoriatic disease, and to evaluate whether one condition predisposes individuals to the other. METHODS: We performed a comprehensive search of Pub Med and EMBASE to identify cohort studies examining the association between uveitis and psoriatic disease [psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis(Ps A)]. We used a random-effects model to calculate the pooled relative risks(RRs) adjusted for confounders, along with the 95% confidence intervals(CIs). RESULTS: This Meta-analysis included a total of 6 studies and a maximum of 80 178 648 participants. Compared with non-psoriatic controls, uveitis risk was significantly elevated in patients with psoriasis(RR=1.49;95%CI: 1.08-2.07), and Ps A(RR=3.16;95%CI: 2.16-4.63). Furthermore, pre-existing uveitis was associated with a significantly increased risk of psoriasis(RR=1.62;95%CI: 1.44-1.83), and Ps A(RR=4.44;95%CI: 3.52-5.60).CONCLUSION: The results of this systematic review and Meta-analysis suggest an overall positive bidirectional association between uveitis and psoriatic disease(psoriasis and Ps A), warranting increased awareness among clinicians involved in the management of these two conditions.Therefore, there remains a need for more detailed studies of the possible common pathogenesis of psoriatic disease and uveitis.展开更多

A cadmium tetracyanoplatinate host clathrate,(MV)[Cd_(2){Pt(CN)_(4)}_(3)]·2(H_(2)O)(1),including a methylviologen dication (MV^(2+)) was synthesized,and the crystal structures,photochromic and photoluminescence p...A cadmium tetracyanoplatinate host clathrate,(MV)[Cd_(2){Pt(CN)_(4)}_(3)]·2(H_(2)O)(1),including a methylviologen dication (MV^(2+)) was synthesized,and the crystal structures,photochromic and photoluminescence properties were investigated.In 1,the alternatively parallel stacking between the MV^(2+)dications as electron acceptors in the channels and the electron donors[Pt1(CN)_(4)]^(2-) units in the host frameworks give a unique donor-acceptor (DA) system.Under UV irradiation,the electron transfer between MV^(2+) and[Pt(CN)_(4)]^(2-) ions generates MV^(·+)radicals with a photochromic behavior from pale-yellow to blue.This process occurs through single-crystal-to-single-crystal (SCSC) transformation and obvious structure variation of viologen cations is successfully observed.Moreover,the spectral overlap between the emission bands of 1 and the absorption around 623 nm for the MV^(·+) radicals leads to a modulation of the photoluminescence.展开更多

The as-prepared photocatalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Furthermore, the Cu2O/Fe3O4 composite photocatalysts were tested using methyl orange (MO) degradation reaction under visible light irradiation (100 mW/cm2) and demonstrated to have a high photocatalytic efficiency toward the decomposition of MO under visible light irradiation with good recyclability.展开更多

Moreover, the interfacial state in the ferroelectric semiconduct...Interracial resistive switching of a ferroelectric semiconductor heterojunction is highly advantageous for the newly developed ferroelectric memristors. Moreover, the interfacial state in the ferroelectric semiconductor heterojunction can be gradually modified by polarization reversal, which may give rise to continuously tunable resistive switching behavior. In this work, the interfacial state of a ferroelectric BiFeO3/Nb-doped SrTiO3 junction was modulated by ferroelectric polarization reversal. The dynamics of surface screening charges on the BiFeO3 layer was also investigated by surface potential measure- ments, and the decay of the surface potential could be speeded up by the magnetic field. Moreover, ferroelectric polarization reversal of the BiFeO3 layer was tuned by the magnetic field. This finding could provide a method to enhance the ferroelectric and electrical properties of ferroelectric BiFeO3 films by tuning the magnetic field.展开更多
