Using PEG-400 as phase-transfer catalyst and solid sodium hydrate as a base, full alkylation of calix[4]arenes has been proceeded smoothly in toluene at 90°C. It was found that the polysiloxanes could be used as carriers in bulk liquid membrane to transport ions. Factors influencing transport rate have been investigated.展开更多
