Their sometimes difficult locations and propensity to recur if not completely excised represent formidable problems for the patient and the neurologic surgeon. This report describes a case of giant intracranial and extracranial meningioma of the falx cerebri. The tumor had displaced the anterior third of the superior sagittal sinusand a massive extracranial protrusion was eroding the calvarium, left supraorbital rim, frontal sinus and the left maxillary sinus.
