为满足毫米波通信等应用领域对超宽带功率放大器的需求,文章采用南京电子器件研究所50 nm GaN HEMT工艺研制了一款覆盖W、F波段的超宽带功率放大器。首先,使用模型对实验数据进行拟合外推,得到宽带范围内管芯的功率阻抗;其次,采用LC结... 为满足毫米波通信等应用领域对超宽带功率放大器的需求,文章采用南京电子器件研究所50 nm GaN HEMT工艺研制了一款覆盖W、F波段的超宽带功率放大器。首先,使用模型对实验数据进行拟合外推,得到宽带范围内管芯的功率阻抗;其次,采用LC结构加高低阻抗微带线方式进行宽带电路匹配,并设计了末级、级间和输入级的匹配电路拓扑结构;最后,对级间匹配电路进行综合优化调整,并采用兰格桥进行功率合成。最终,放大器在80GHz~140GHz范围内,典型线性增益达18dB,饱和输出功率达100mW,同时,在全频段范围内,芯片具有±1dB的功率平坦度和良好的回波损耗,在太赫兹领域具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

改性聚乙烯树脂引入双壁波纹管的制备及质量优化结果

针对传统双壁波纹管用树脂拉伸强度低,拉伸模量和缺口冲击强度低问题,提出用玄武岩纤维对聚乙烯树脂进行改性,并用双壁波纹管制备,研究了改性后聚乙烯树脂的增强机理。结果表明,最佳改性条件为硅烷偶联剂含量和型号分别为0.25%和A172,... 针对传统双壁波纹管用树脂拉伸强度低,拉伸模量和缺口冲击强度低问题,提出用玄武岩纤维对聚乙烯树脂进行改性,并用双壁波纹管制备,研究了改性后聚乙烯树脂的增强机理。结果表明,最佳改性条件为硅烷偶联剂含量和型号分别为0.25%和A172,玄武岩纤维的含量和长度分别为7.5%和8 mm,双壁波纹管复合材料最佳制备条件为注塑温度220℃、保压时间30 s、注塑压力为轻微溢料。在此条件下制备的复合材料拉伸强度和拉伸模量分别为28 MPa和1.75 GPa,缺口冲击强度为16 kJ/m2;双壁波纹管在荷载达0.1 MPa条件下,BF/HDPE材料较HDPE材料竖向和横向变形量分别降低了15.9%和8.8%,表现出较好的稳定性。 展开更多

Although remarkable progress has been made in College English teaching in the new era, there are a series of fundamental problems in the ways and means of College English teaching. The most important is that the current teaching system lacks the ability to train students to adapt to society. There are still many problems in the process of students learning English, which hinders the effectiveness of teaching. Although some students have good grades in English, they have a lot of English vocabulary. This paper explores the new mode of college English teaching, and cultivates the core from the perspective of speculative ability training. Explore the new model construction approach based on summarizing the value of speculative ability, and explore the corresponding training mode. 展开更多
