Constructions of correlation immnue S-boxes with high nonlinearity

S-boxes play a central role in the design of symmetric cipher schemes.For stream cipher appli-cations,an s-box should satisfy several criteria such as high nonlinearity,balanceness,correlation immunity,and so on.In this paper,by using disjoint linear codes,a class of s-boxes possessing high nonlinearity and 1st-order correlation immunity is given.It is shown that the constructed correlation immune S-boxes can possess currently best known nonlinearity,which is confirmed by the example 1st-order correlation immune(12,3)s-box with nonlinearity 2000.In addition,two other frameworks concerning the criteria of balanced and resiliency are obtained respectively. 展开更多

先天性高胰岛素血症(congenital hyperinsulinism, CHI)是由于胰腺β细胞分泌胰岛素失调引起持续性、反复性低血糖发生的病症,其中葡萄糖激酶(glucokinase, GCK)单个等位基因激活突变所致的CHI为最罕见类型。本文收集一例不明原因低血... 先天性高胰岛素血症(congenital hyperinsulinism, CHI)是由于胰腺β细胞分泌胰岛素失调引起持续性、反复性低血糖发生的病症,其中葡萄糖激酶(glucokinase, GCK)单个等位基因激活突变所致的CHI为最罕见类型。本文收集一例不明原因低血糖症的临床资料,该患者无明显临床症状,在GCK基因3号外显子上检测到1个杂合错义突变(c.295T>C:p.W99R)。3代家系验证发现其儿子、女儿均可见该变异,血糖水平检测偏低,其他人则表现正常。通过总结分析该例病例特点及其家系遗传规律,对于临床上难以明确病因的低血糖症,建议考虑单基因突变致先天性高胰岛素血症致低血糖的可能。该病例也为该疾病后续的遗传学研究提供新的临床资料。 展开更多

[Objectives] To investigate the anti-tumor activity of Sedum bulbiferum Makino in vitro,and establish a HPLC method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in S. bulbiferum. [Methods] The inhibitory activities of different extracts and total flavonoids of S. bulbiferum on proliferation of three kinds of cancer cells( Hep G2,EC109,SW480) were tested by MTT assay. HPLC method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in S. bulbiferum was established. [Results]The growth and proliferation of the three kinds of cancer cells were all significantly inhibited by ethyl acetate fraction and total flavonoids isolated from S. bulbiferum. With each extraction concentration increasing,stronger anti-tumor activity was found. The linear ranges of quercetin and kaempferol were 0. 03-0. 36 μg( R = 0. 999 9) and0. 08-0. 96 μg( R = 0. 999 9),and the average recoveries were 98. 90%( RSD = 1. 15%) and 98. 27%( RSD = 1. 70%),respectively.[Conclusions]S. bulbiferum has significant anti-tumor activity in vitro. The HPLC method established was accurate,reproducible,and could be used for quality control of this crude drug. 展开更多

Light mesons and phase structures inμB-T-eB andμI-T-eB spaces

Light mesons(σ,π^(0),π^(±))are investigated inμB-T-eB andμI-T-eB spaces using a two-flavor NJL model and used to determine chiral symmetry restoration and the pion superfluid phase transition.InμB-T-eB space,during the chiral symmetry restoration process,the mass of the pseudo-Goldstone modeπ^(0)increases,with sudden jumps.At the critical end point,theπ^(0)meson exhibits a sharp but continuous mass increase,with a sudden mass jump at the Mott transition.In the nearby first order chiral phase transition region,we observe twoπ^(0)mass jumps,one induced by the Mott transition and the other by the quark mass jump.The mass of the Higgs modeσfirst decreases and then increases with chiral symmetry restoration,only showing a jump at the first order chiral phase transition.We plot a chiral phase diagram in terms of the change in quark mass,the Mott transition of the pseudo-Goldstone modeπ^(0),and the minimum mass of the Higgs modeσ.Owing to explicit breaking of chiral symmetry in the physical case,the chiral restoration phase boundaries on theμB-T plane from the order parameter side and meson side are different.Theπ^(0)andσmass jumps will be helpful to the experimental search for the chiral phase diagram and critical end point.On theμI-T plane,the competition between the pion superfluid phase transition and chiral symmetry restoration under magnetic fields is studied in terms of the Goldstone modeπ^(+)and pseudo-Goldstone modeπ^(0).In contrast to the two mass jumps ofπ^(0)in the first order chiral phase transition region,theπ^(+)meson displays several mass jumps in the chiral crossover region.At the critical end point,π^(+)also has sharp but continuous mass change,with a mass jump at the Mott transition.The isospin symmetry is strict,and the pion superfluid phase transition is uniquely determined by the massless Goldstone modeπ^(+).The separation of chiral restoration and the pion superfluid phase boundaries is enhanced by the external magnetic field. 展开更多

ABC型嵌段共聚物相比于AB型具有更大的参数空间,自组装行为也更加复杂.在实验所合成的三组分嵌段共聚物自组装体系中,已有多种复杂结构被发现,如螺旋超柱、编织图案等,但实验上比较难以直接阐明它们的形成机理.近年来,本课题组运用自洽场理论(SCFT)对ABC型嵌段共聚物自组装进行了系统的研究,聚焦探索其结构参数及拓扑结构对相行为的影响机制.本文介绍了本课题组关于“非受挫”和“受挫”两大类ABC型嵌段共聚物自组装的SCFT研究成果,揭示了一些非经典相的形成机理,并通过合理的分子设计预测了一系列新颖的有序结构. 展开更多

Truth discovery aims to resolve conflicts among multiple sources and find the truth. Conventional methods for truth discovery mainly investigate the mutual effect between the reliability of sources and the credibility of statements. These methods use real numbers, which have a lower representation capability than vectors to represent the reliability. In addition, neural networks have not been used for truth discovery. In this work, we propose memory-network-based models to address truth discovery. Our proposed models use feedforward and feedback memory networks to learn the representation of the credibility of statements. Specifically, our models adopt a memory mechanism to learn the reliability of sources for truth prediction. The proposed models use categorical and continuous data during model learning by automatically assigning different weights to the loss function on the basis of their own effects. Experimental results show that our proposed models outperform state-of-the-art methods for truth discovery. 展开更多

Tosolve the problem, an improved ant algorithm is applied to the path optimizationproblem of battlefield collection equipment. A model for solving the collectionpath optimization problem of battlefield collection vehicles was designed, andan example was used to simulate calculations. The final results show that thealgorithm is effective and practical,which improves the army’s ability to accuratelycollect equipment in the modern battlefield. 展开更多
