萱草花芽分化过程中内源激素的动态变化 被引量:5

花芽分化是萱草花蕾品质和产量的重要影响因素。为揭示萱草花芽分化期内源激素的变化规律,以野生萱草黎城7号为试验材料,对比分析了其花芽分化过程中茎尖4种内源激素(ABA、IAA、ZR和GA_(3))的含量及相互间的比值变化。结果表明,从生理... 花芽分化是萱草花蕾品质和产量的重要影响因素。为揭示萱草花芽分化期内源激素的变化规律,以野生萱草黎城7号为试验材料,对比分析了其花芽分化过程中茎尖4种内源激素(ABA、IAA、ZR和GA_(3))的含量及相互间的比值变化。结果表明,从生理分化期到花序原基分化期,ABA、IAA和GA_(3)含量及ABA/IAA、ABA/GA_(3)和GA_(3)/IAA值持续下降;花原基分化期IAA含量、(GA_(3)+IAA+ZR)/ABA和(IAA+ZR)/GA_(3)升高;花器官原基分化期GA_(3)、ZR含量,GA_(3)/IAA和ZR/GA_(3)值显著升高。低水平的ABA、IAA和GA_(3)含量及ABA/IAA、ABA/GA_(3)和GA_(3)/IAA值均有利于萱草从营养生长转向生殖生长;较高水平的IAA、GA_(3)和ZR含量,GA_(3)/IAA、ZR/GA_(3)、(GA_(3)+IAA+ZR)/ABA和(IAA+ZR)/GA_(3)值有利于萱草花器官原基的形态建成。 展开更多

The relationship between hydrogen concentration and crack tip stress, strain field, hydrogen diffusion and internal pressure respectively in the crack tip process zone was investigated, and the length of the crack tip process zone of hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) was determined. Based on the mechanism of fracture of micro-crack nucleation, a dislocation model was presented for the fracture criteria of HIC. The influence factors of pipeline tube fracture ductile KISCC in the presence of hydrogen was analyzed, and the critical pressure bearing capability of a pipeline with hydrogeninduced cracking and the critical J-integrity (JISCC) were calculated, which is very important for pipeline safety. 展开更多
