水稻品种Jasmine85抗纹枯病主效QTLs的分子标记定位

对水稻抗病品种Jasmine85与感病品种Lemont的杂交组合构建F2 世代的单株无性系群体 ,以牙签嵌入法对 1 2 8个无性系群体进行纹枯病菌接种 ,选择极端抗感无性系构建抗感近等基因池 .用 94个均匀分布于 1 2条染色体上的多态性探针 ,与抗感近等基因池进行Southern杂交 ,从池间筛选出 3个阳性多态性分子标记 ,进而检测到 3个主效抗病QTLs(暂命名为Rh 2 ,Rh 3和Rh 7) .它们均来自抗病亲本Jasmine85 ,分别位于第 2 ,3和 7染色体上 ,各自能解释表型抗性变异的 1 4 4% ,2 6 1 %和 2 2 2 % .这些QTLs与控制株高的基因之间表现为独立遗传 ,但第 7染色体上 1个能够解释 46 1 %生育期表型变异的主效基因与Rh 7位于相同区间 .Rh
