And the PCR products were sequenced. [ Result] The full length sequence of chicken ATPase8 was 165 bp in the Guyuan chicken and Arbor acres broiler and 168 bp in Roman layer. [Condusion] The ATPase8 gene of the Guyuan chicken has high homology to that of the Arbor acres broiler or Roman layer, but it has low homology to that of quail, partridge, ostrich, goose or turkey.展开更多
