In this study,to better understand the reaction mechanism between inorganic salts and nitrocellulose,CaCO_(3) and Li_(2)CO_(3) were evaluated with respect to their effects on the thermal degradation of NC in nitrogen atmosphere using TG/DSC at three different heating rates(2,5,10 K/min).The numerical relationship between activation energy(E)and conversion rate was obtained by FWO and KAS method,and it was discovered that CaCO_(3) could improve the thermal stability of NC.Activation energy values were calculated by Kissinger method,and it was found that NC that contain Li2CO3had the highest activation energy while NC containing CaCO3had the lowest E value.By combining the thermal analysis data with Malek method,the most probable mechanism model of thermal degradation is obtained as Sesták-Berggren model,which expression is f(α)=α^(m)(1-α)^(n).As a result of this study,there are certain guiding principles that can be applied to the pyrolysis reaction model and to the actual production process of nitrocellulose. 展开更多

目的 分析马来酸氟伏沙明片联合直流电刺激对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及神经功能的影响。方法 选取本院2020年5月-2021年5月进行精神分裂症治疗的患者80例,通过随机对照患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予直流电刺激进行治疗... 目的 分析马来酸氟伏沙明片联合直流电刺激对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及神经功能的影响。方法 选取本院2020年5月-2021年5月进行精神分裂症治疗的患者80例,通过随机对照患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组给予直流电刺激进行治疗;研究组给予马来酸氟伏沙明片联合直流电刺激进行治疗。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定患者精神分裂症临床症状情况;采用认知功能成套测验(MCCB)评分量表、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评定患者认知功能、社会功能;采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定患者睡眠质量;采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平,对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组PANSS评分、睡眠质量评分水平均降低(P<0.05);研究组MCCB、PSP评分、5-HT、DA、NE水平均升高(P<0.05);研究组总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论 经马来酸氟伏沙明片联合直流电刺激治疗后,精神分裂症患者睡眠质量显著提升,神经功能显著改善,认知功能、社会功能也得到显著提升,临床治疗效果显著。 展开更多

Spinal muscular atrophy is a devastating motor neuron disease characterized by severe cases of fatal muscle weakness.It is one of the most common genetic causes of mortality among infants aged less than 2 years.Biomarker research is currently receiving more attention,and new candidate biomarkers are constantly being discovered.This review initially discusses the evaluation methods commonly used in clinical practice while briefly outlining their respective pros and cons.We also describe recent advancements in research and the clinical significance of molecular biomarkers for spinal muscular atrophy,which are classified as either specific or non-specific biomarkers.This review provides new insights into the pathogenesis of spinal muscular atrophy,the mechanism of biomarkers in response to drug-modified therapies,the selection of biomarker candidates,and would promote the development of future research.Furthermore,the successful utilization of biomarkers may facilitate the implementation of gene-targeting treatments for patients with spinal muscular atrophy. 展开更多

A high-power CW Yb:YAG slab laser amplifier with no adaptive optics correction has been experimentally established.At room temperature,the amplifier emits a power of 22 kW with an average beam quality(β)of less than 3 in 0.5 min.To our knowledge,this is the brightest slab laser without closed-loop adaptive optics demonstrated to date.In addition,an extracted power of 17 kW with an optical extraction efficiency of 33%,corresponding to a residual optical path difference of less than 0.5μm,is achieved with the single Yb:YAG slab gain module.The slab gain module has the potential to be scalable to higher powers while maintaining good beam quality.This makes a high-power solid-state laser system simpler and more robust. 展开更多

半自然水域长江江豚母幼互动行为的初步研究

动物对后代的抚育和互动行为是提高后代成活率和保证基因延续的重要方式,因此动物在自己的存活基础上,还要抚幼和照料后代.2014年5月—2015年6月,采用目标动物取样法对生活在铜陵淡水豚国家级自然保护区半自然水域的两对母幼豚的互动行... 动物对后代的抚育和互动行为是提高后代成活率和保证基因延续的重要方式,因此动物在自己的存活基础上,还要抚幼和照料后代.2014年5月—2015年6月,采用目标动物取样法对生活在铜陵淡水豚国家级自然保护区半自然水域的两对母幼豚的互动行为进行初步研究.结果表明,长江江豚母、幼豚间的背驮、伴游、干涉行为具有明显的周期性.在幼豚前2月龄,干涉行为和背驼行为比较多,可能是刚出生不久的幼豚活动能力有限,需要母豚的直接干预;在幼豚前6月龄前伴游行为常见,全年均可常见身体触碰行为.同时发现,随着幼豚月龄增加,幼豚与母豚的分离时间也有所增加.本研究提供了半自然环境下母幼豚的互动行为方式,对江豚的异地保护与管理具有一定的参考价值. 展开更多

Water-soluble lignin-carbohydrate complex(LCC)rich in polysaccharides exhibits benign in vitro antioxidant activities and distinguishes high biocompatibility from lignin-rich LCC and lignin.However,the antioxidant activity of water-soluble LCCs remains to be improved and its structure-antioxidant relationship is still uncertain.Herein,structurally diversified water-soluble LCCs were isolated under different ball-milling pretreatment durations(4,6,8 h),extraction pathways(ho-mogeneous and heterogeneous),and isolation routines(water extracts and residues after water extraction).Their structures were characterized by wet chemistry,chromatography and spec-troscopies.Antioxidant activities were evaluated by ferric reducing antioxidant power and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radicals scavenging rate(RDPPH).Results show that altering ball-milling duration and isolation procedures cause varied structures and antioxidant activities of the water-soluble LCCs.Specifically,prolonging ball-milling duration to 8 hours and homogeneous extrac-tion can enhance their antioxidant activity through releasing more phenolic structures and pro-moting the extraction of high-molecular-weight LCCs via reducing mass-transfer resistance,re-spectively.As a result,the RDPPH of water-soluble LCCs reaches up to 97.35%,which is associated with the arabinan content with statistical significance(P<0.05).This study provides new insights into the structure-antioxidation relationship of herbaceous LCC as potential antioxidants. 展开更多

Wallerian degeneration,the progressive disintegration of distal axons and myelin that occurs after peripheral nerve injury,is essential for creating a permissive microenvironment for nerve regeneration,and involves cytoskeletal reconstruction.However,it is unclear whether microtubule dynamics play a role in this process.To address this,we treated cultured sciatic nerve explants,an in vitro model of Wallerian degeneration,with the microtubule-targeting agents paclitaxel and nocodazole.We found that paclitaxel-induced microtubule stabilization promoted axon and myelin degeneration and Schwann cell dedifferentiation,whereas nocodazole-induced microtubule destabilization inhibited these processes.Evaluation of an in vivo model of peripheral nerve injury showed that treatment with paclitaxel or nocodazole accelerated or attenuated axonal regeneration,as well as functional recovery of nerve conduction and target muscle and motor behavior,respectively.These results suggest that microtubule dynamics participate in peripheral nerve regeneration after injury by affecting Wallerian degeneration.This study was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Southern Medical University,China(approval No.SMUL2015081) on October 15,2015. 展开更多

Rotundic acid(RA),an ursane-type pentacyclic triterpene acid isolated from the dried barks of Ilex rotunda Thunb.(Aquifoliaceae),possesses diverse bioactivities.To further study its pharmacokinetics,a simple and sensitive liquid chromatography with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-QqQ-MS/MS)method was developed and validated to quantify RA concentration in rat plasma and tissue using etofesalamide as an internal standard(IS).Plasma and tissue samples were subjected to one-step protein precipitation.Chromatographic separation was achieved on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18) column(4.6mm×50mm,5μm)under gradient conditions with eluents of methanol:acetonitrile(1:1,V/V)and 5mM ammonium formate:methanol(9:1,V/V)at 0.5mL/min.Multiple reaction monitoring transitions were performed at m/z 487.30→437.30 for RA and m/z 256.10→227.10 for IS in the negative mode.The developed LC-QqQ-MS/MS method exhibited good linearity(2-500 ng/mL)and was fully validated in accordance with U.S.Food and Drug Administration bioanalytical guidelines.Dose proportionality and bioavailability in rats were determined by comparing pharmacokinetic data after single oral(10,20,and 40mg/kg)and intravenous(10mg/kg)administration of RA.Tissue distribution was studied following oral administration at 20mg/kg.The results showed that the absolute bioavailability of RA after administration at different doses ranged from 16.1%to 19.4%.RA showed good dose proportionality over a dose range of 10-40 mg/kg.RA was rapidly absorbed in a dose-dependent manner and highly distributed in the liver.In conclusion,this study is the first to systematically elucidate the absorption and distribution characteristics of RA in rats,which can provide additional information for further development and evaluation of RA in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies. 展开更多

LM23, a gene expressed specifically in the testis in a stage-specific manner, has a diverse range of functions that are important in both the life and death of spermatogenic cells. The aim of this study was to further investigate the expression of LM23 in the developing rat testis and the biological function of LM23 in proliferation and antiapoptosis in vitro. Semiquantitative reverse transcription (RT)-PCR and real-time PCR were used to examine the expression of LM23 in testis at different developmental stages. The results suggested that LM23 mRNA levels in the testis increased progressively after birth. The role of LM23 in proliferation was analyzed with cell counting kit-8 (CCK8), colony-forming efficiency (CFE) and flow cytometry assays. The results indicated that ectopic expression of LM23 in 293T cells significantly promoted cell proliferation by increasing cell numbers in S phase. Several methods were used, including CCK8, annexin V and propidium iodide staining and western blotting, to determine the role of LM23 in apoptosis. The results showed that LM23 played a protective role in H202-induced apoptosis of 293T cells, mediated at least in part through the Akt/PI3K signal pathway. Taken together, these results provide new insights into the role of LM23 in the development of the testes andspermatogenesis. 展开更多

乡村休闲旅游是农业与旅游业交叉的新型农业生产经营方式,有效促进农村三产融合发展、带动农民增收、助推乡村振兴。本文以北京市乡村休闲旅游点位为研究对象,借助ArcGIS,采用最邻近指数分析、地理集中指数、核密度分析研究其空间分布特... 乡村休闲旅游是农业与旅游业交叉的新型农业生产经营方式,有效促进农村三产融合发展、带动农民增收、助推乡村振兴。本文以北京市乡村休闲旅游点位为研究对象,借助ArcGIS,采用最邻近指数分析、地理集中指数、核密度分析研究其空间分布特征,并探究其空间分布的影响因素。从空间分布特征来看,乡村休闲旅游业均为空间集聚型,空间集中程度尚有发展空间,休闲农业园区核密度分布呈区域集中分布;星级民俗村呈连片集聚型布局;乡村民宿呈现“一区多核”的特征。从影响因素来看,休闲农业园区与乡村民宿主要分布在平原农业发展圈,休闲农业园区与交通、城区客源地呈现距离衰减趋势,乡村民宿依托于国家级景区的辐射带动和交通可达性,星级民俗村在平原和山区农业发展圈均有分布,受到国家级景区的辐射带动作用较强,交通网络有待完善。基于此,本文提出政策层面和规划层面的优化策略。 展开更多

The screening was performed according to P < 0.01 and differential multiple factor ≥ 4. The obtained genes were input into the DAVID database for enrichment analysis of genes and pathways. The GeneMania and string databases were then used for protein interaction analysis. <strong>Results:</strong> The GSE1843 dataset was obtained in the GEO database, and three pathways significantly associated with cirrhosis and 13 differential genes enriched in three pathways were screened. Text mining revealed that 11 differential genes were directly associated with cirrhosis. The other two were indirectly linked by other genes. The screened genes and known gene formation networks were discovered by the GeneMania tool. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> CDH2 and COL1A1 may be important target genes for cirrhosis. 展开更多

干湿循环作用下混杂纤维再生骨料混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能研究 被引量:1

将聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)和玄武岩纤维(BF)以不同比例和不同体积率的方式掺入混凝土中,并用30%再生粗骨料等质量替代普通粗骨料配置混杂纤维再生骨料混凝土,进行90次的硫酸盐干湿循环试验,测量不同干湿循环次数下混凝土的质量损失、相对动... 将聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)和玄武岩纤维(BF)以不同比例和不同体积率的方式掺入混凝土中,并用30%再生粗骨料等质量替代普通粗骨料配置混杂纤维再生骨料混凝土,进行90次的硫酸盐干湿循环试验,测量不同干湿循环次数下混凝土的质量损失、相对动弹性模量和抗压强度。研究表明:当硫酸盐干湿循环90次后,单掺PVAF组混凝土质量损失率为0.22%,相较于普通混凝土降低了42%,单掺BF组混凝土质量损失率为0.19%,相较于普通混凝土降低了50%;当PVAF∶BF分别为1∶4,1∶2,1∶1和4∶1,纤维体积率为0.2%时,混凝土的质量损失率最小。硫酸盐干湿循环90次后,当PVAF∶BF为1∶1和2∶1,纤维体积率为0.3%时,混凝土相对动弹性模量降低到最低值,分别为102.2%和99.4%;然而当PVAF∶BF为1∶2,1∶4和4∶1,纤维体积率为0.2%时,混凝土相对动弹性模量降低到最低值,分别为99.4%、94.1%和99.4%。硫酸盐干湿循环90次后,当纤维体积率小于0.2%时,混凝土的抗压强度损失率的大小依次为1∶1混掺<4∶1混掺=1∶2混掺<1∶4混掺<2∶1混掺;当纤维体积率大于0.2%时,混凝土的抗压强度损失率的大小依次为2∶1混掺<1∶2混掺<1∶1混掺<4∶1混掺<1∶4混掺。与单掺PVAF或BF相比,混掺PVAF和BF对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力更高,表现出较好的“正效应”。 展开更多

Dendrites play irreplaceable roles in the nerve conduction pathway and are vulnerable to various insults.Peripheral axotomy of motor neurons results in the retraction of dendritic arbors,and the dendritic arbor can be re-expanded when reinnervation is allowed.RhoA is a target that regulates the cytoskeleton and promotes neuronal survival and axon regeneration.However,the role of RhoA in dendrite degeneration and regeneration is unknown.In this study,we explored the potential role of RhoA in dendrites.A line of motor neuronal conditional knockout mice was developed by crossbreeding HB9~(Cre+)mice with RhoA~(flox/flox)mice.We established two models for assaying dendrite degeneration and regeneration,in which the brachial plexus was transection or crush injured,respectively.We found that at 28 days after brachial plexus transection,the density,complexity,and structural integrity of dendrites in the ventral horn of the spinal cord of RhoA conditional knockout mice were slightly decreased compared with that in Cre mice.Dendrites underwent degeneration at 7 and 14 days after brachial plexus transection and recovered at 28–56 days.The density,complexity,and structural integrity of dendrites in the ventral horn of the spinal cord of RhoA conditional knockout mice recovered compared with results in Cre mice.These findings suggest that RhoA knockout in motor neurons attenuates dendrite degeneration and promotes dendrite regeneration after peripheral nerve injury. 展开更多
