Battery models are of great importance to develop portable computing systems,for whether the design of low power hardware architecture or the design of battery-aware scheduling policies.In this paper,we present a phys...Battery models are of great importance to develop portable computing systems,for whether the design of low power hardware architecture or the design of battery-aware scheduling policies.In this paper,we present a physically justified iterative computing method to illustrate the discharge,recovery and charge process of Li/Li-ion batteries.The discharge and recovery processes correspond well to an existing accurate analytical battery model:R-V-W's analytical model,and thus interpret this model algorithmically.Our method can also extend R-V-W's model easily to accommodate the charge process.The work will help the system designers to grasp the characteristics of R-V-W's battery model and also,enable to predict the battery behavior in the charge process in a uniform way as the discharge process and the recovery process.Experiments are performed to show the ac-curacy of the extended model by comparing the predicted charge times with those derived from the DUALFOIL simulations.Various profiles with different combinations of battery modes were tested.The experimental results show that the extended battery model preserves high accuracy in predicting the charge behavior.展开更多
Objective:To provide basic information and theories for prehypertension early intervention,a systematic analysis of the epidemic status and risk factors among young and middle-aged was carried out here.Methods:This st...Objective:To provide basic information and theories for prehypertension early intervention,a systematic analysis of the epidemic status and risk factors among young and middle-aged was carried out here.Methods:This study relied on the data bank of a health check-up population of a class a tertiary general hospital in Guangdong province in 2015.Total 9540 young and middle-aged adults were enrolled,and 733 people were included to find out the effect with lifestyle in these crowd.Principal Components Analysis(PCA)of Factor(FA)was used to identify dietary patterns.The logistic regression model was used to find the risk factors of prehypertension.Results:Among 9540 young and middle-aged cases,the incidence of prehypertension was 36.6%.Moreover,the average age,proportion of male gender,overweight,FBG(fasting blood glucose),dyslipidemia,and hyperuricemia were significantly higher in the prehypertension group than in the optimal BP group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that age,total cholesterol,triglycerides,uric acid,body mass index and HR(heart rate)were risk factors,and female was a protective factor for prehypertension.Among 733 cases,the incidence of prehypertension was 35.1%.The proportion of smoking,drinking,physical workers,moderate and severe physical activity,and the intake of meat,dietary energy were significantly higher in the prehypertension group than in the optimal BP group.Dietary patterns included“meat model”,“spice model”,“main vegeTables model”and“high protein model”.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that age,drinking were risk factors for prehypertension,while dietary milk intake,dietary magnesium intake were protective factors.Conclusions:Prehypertension is highly prevalent in Guangzhou.However,education about effective lifestyle modifications as an alcohol limit,increasing the intake of dairy products,and magnesium may intervene in the development of prehypertension.But how to develop targeted interventions for such groups need to be further explored.The present study would lay the theoretical foundation and basic data for the next step.展开更多
We present a new design strategy to synthesize ladder-type thienoacenaphthopyrazine(TAP)-based monomers through two different coupling reactions from starting material 5,6-dibromoacenaphthylene-1,2-dione.By bringing v...We present a new design strategy to synthesize ladder-type thienoacenaphthopyrazine(TAP)-based monomers through two different coupling reactions from starting material 5,6-dibromoacenaphthylene-1,2-dione.By bringing varous electron-deficient groups together(such as five-membered aromatic rings,pyrazine,fluorine,and thiadiazols),this new family of molecules exhibits good stability in ambient conditions and easily tunes the electronic,photophysical and film-forming properties of polymers.The unique molecular shape with its extendedπ-conjugated backbone perpendicular to the polymer chain,offers a remarkable platform for the development of a semiconducting polymer with rare geometry.The planar and enlarged conjugated backbone enables TAP-based copolymers PTAP1 and PTAP2 to exhibit distinguishing solubility properties that are different from small-molecule-based polymers,indicating the advantages of novel ladder-type monomers.Their insolubility in chloroform supports orthogonal solvent processing to fabricate layer-by-layer organic solar cells(LBL-OSCs).Owing to its shorterπ–πstacking distance,higher hole mobility,and more favorable phase separation caused bymultifluorine substitution,polymer PTAP1-based LBL-OSC exhibits the highest efficiency of 17.14%by using Y6-BO as the electron acceptor while the efficiency for the PTAP2-based device is 14.20%.This high efficiency indicates the tremendous potential of these novel building units.展开更多
