目的评价桑丹通络颗粒治疗阴虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期的临床有效性与安全性。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,通过湖南省中医药研究院附属医院门诊与住院病历系统收集2021年7月至2022年6月收治的缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者临床资料,选择应...目的评价桑丹通络颗粒治疗阴虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期的临床有效性与安全性。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,通过湖南省中医药研究院附属医院门诊与住院病历系统收集2021年7月至2022年6月收治的缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者临床资料,选择应用桑丹通络颗粒联合西医常规治疗的51例患者为暴露组,匹配仅应用西医常规治疗的102例患者为对照组,两组均治疗2周。比较治疗前后总有效率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)评分、血脂水平、血液流变学指标和症状总积分等,并对所有患者治疗期间不良反应事件进行记录。结果暴露组临床总有效率84.31%,高于对照组的67.65%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NIHSS、TC、LDL降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),且暴露组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组ADL升高(P<0.01),且暴露组高于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,暴露组治疗后症状总积分、血液流变学各项指标降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),且暴露组低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);HDL-C升高(P<0.01),且暴露组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论桑丹通络颗粒联合西医常规治疗可明显改善阴虚血瘀证缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者症状,降低其神经缺损程度,改善血脂水平和血液流变学指标,有效提高其生存质量,疗效确切且安全稳定。因此,推测桑丹通络颗粒具有一定的临床应用与推广价值。展开更多
目的基于网状Meta分析系统评价不同中药注射液治疗特发性间质性肺炎(idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,IIP)的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、EM...目的基于网状Meta分析系统评价不同中药注射液治疗特发性间质性肺炎(idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,IIP)的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、EMbase、Cochrane Library数据库的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),时间限定为建库至2024年1月31日,运用Review Manager 5.3、Stata 15进行数据分析。结果最终纳入52项RCTs,涉及17种中药注射液,共计3400例患者,其中试验组1728例,对照组1672例。网状Meta分析显示:①提高临床有效率方面,累积排序曲线下面积(surface under the cumulative ranking curve,SUCRA)排名前3的干预措施为丹红注射液+西医常规、血必净注射液+西医常规、苦参碱注射液+西医常规;②增加用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为丹参川芎嗪注射液+西医常规、丹红注射液+西医常规、炎琥宁注射液+西医常规;③提高第1秒用力呼气容积百分比(percentage of force expiratory volume in the first second,FEV1%)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为丹参川芎嗪注射液+西医常规、丹红注射液+西医常规、苦参碱注射液+西医常规;④提高一氧化碳弥散量百分比(percentage of diffused carbon monoxide,DLCO%)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为参芎葡萄糖注射液+西医常规、川芎嗪注射液+西医常规、红景天注射液+西医常规;⑤提高动脉氧分压(PaO2)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为红花黄色素氯化钠注射液+西医常规、红景天注射液+西医常规、丹红注射液+西医常规;⑥提高6 min步行试验(6 min walking test,6MWT)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为丹红注射液+西医常规、痰热清注射液+西医常规、参麦注射液+西医常规;⑦降低转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)方面,SUCRA排名前2的干预措施为丹红注射液+西医常规、丹参川芎嗪注射液+西医常规;⑧降低层黏连蛋白(laminin,LN)方面,SUCRA排名前2的干预措施为丹红注射液+西医常规、川芎嗪注射液+西医常规。结论中药注射液联合西医常规治疗能够提高临床有效率,改善肺功能及动脉血气水平,提高运动耐量,改善肺纤维化。受纳入研究的研究质量限制,仍需要更多的大样本、多中心、高质量的RCT加以验证。展开更多

Herein,a flexible ZIF-67/PAN hybrid membrane was successfully prepared by the incorporation of ZIF-67 nanoparticles and PAN nanofibers through electrospinning method.The hybrid membrane presented tomatoes on sticks st...Herein,a flexible ZIF-67/PAN hybrid membrane was successfully prepared by the incorporation of ZIF-67 nanoparticles and PAN nanofibers through electrospinning method.The hybrid membrane presented tomatoes on sticks structures with one single PAN fiber stringing series of ZIF-67 nanoparticles.The morphology,electrolyte wettability,heat resistance,flexibility,and electrochemical properties of the electrospun ZIF-67/PAN membranes were discussed.Among the membranes prepared with different percentage of ZIF-67,the 30% ZIF-67/PAN membrane exhibited outstanding heat shrinkage resistance(remained intact at 200℃ for 1 h),excellent electrolyte uptake(556.39%),wide electrochemical window(~5.25 V)and high ionic conductivity(2.98 mS cm^(−1)).When used as lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)separators,the cells assembled by 30% ZIF-67/PAN membrane presented excellent rate capacity and high capacity retention of 86.9% after 300 cycles at 1C.More importantly,the cells assembled with ZIF-67/PAN membranes repeated bent for 1000 times also exhibited high rate performance and maintained capacity retention of 92% after 100 cycles at 1 C.The characterization and the electrochemical testing suggest the electrospinning prepared ZIF-67/PAN flexible membranes can be expected to be used as potential separator for advanced batteries with high safety and high performance.展开更多
