缺血性脑血管疾病患者中联合应用TCD与颈动脉超声的价值分析 被引量:4

目的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)与颈动脉超声联合应用在缺血性脑血管疾病(ICVD)患者的诊断价值分析。方法回顾性分析102例疑似ICVD患者的临床资料。将头颈部血管造影(CTA)检查结果作为诊断“金标准”,所有患者均以TCD、头颈部CTA、颈动脉超声... 目的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)与颈动脉超声联合应用在缺血性脑血管疾病(ICVD)患者的诊断价值分析。方法回顾性分析102例疑似ICVD患者的临床资料。将头颈部血管造影(CTA)检查结果作为诊断“金标准”,所有患者均以TCD、头颈部CTA、颈动脉超声进行检查。比较TCD和颈动脉超声联合诊断、头颈部CTA诊断的阳性率;评价TCD、颈动脉超声单项诊断与联合诊断检查结果。结果头颈部CTA诊断时,79例为阳性,TCD联合颈动脉超声诊断时,75例为阳性,阳性率分别为77.45%和73.53%(P>0.05);头颈部CTA、TCD检查及颈动脉超声检查诊断ICVD阳性分别为63例、65例和75例,ICVD阴性分别为23例、39例和37例;TCD联合颈动脉超声检查诊断为阳性75例,阴性27例;TCD、颈动脉超声及两者联合超声检查真实ICVD患者分别诊断为51例、52例和71例;TCD与颈动脉超声联合诊断后灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于TCD、颈动脉超声单项诊断(P<0.05)。结论在ICVD的诊断中,TCD与颈动脉超声联合应用时与头颈部CTA的效能相当,二者联合诊断可有效提高对其的诊断效能,具有一定诊断优势。 展开更多

目的:探讨盐酸多奈哌齐联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)的效果和安全性。方法:选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院2018年1月至2020年10月接诊的PD患者90例,按随机数字表法分为联合组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组口服左旋多巴治... 目的:探讨盐酸多奈哌齐联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)的效果和安全性。方法:选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院2018年1月至2020年10月接诊的PD患者90例,按随机数字表法分为联合组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组口服左旋多巴治疗,在此基础上,联合组加用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组临床疗效、精神状态、认知功能、日常生活能力及不良反应。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分为(24.65±2.01)分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分为(25.65±2.42)分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分为(80.21±6.58)分,高于对照组的(21.30±1.87)分、(22.32±2.01)分、(73.10±6.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PD患者接受左旋多巴、盐酸多奈哌齐联合治疗可促进临床症状改善,利于提升精神状态、认知功能与日常生活独立能力,且安全性较好。 展开更多

An unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is a small,fast aircraft with many useful features.It is widely used in military reconnaissance,aerial photography,searches,and other fields;it also has very good practical-application and development prospects.Since the UAV’s flight orientation is easily changeable,its orientation and flight path are difficult to control,leading to its high damage rate.Therefore,UAV flight-control technology has become the focus of attention.This study focuses on simulating a UAV’s flight and orientation control,and detecting collisions between a UAV and objects in a complex virtual environment.The proportional-integral-derivative control algorithm is used to control the orientation and position of the UAV in a virtual environment.A version of the bounding-box method that combines a grid with a k-dimensional tree is adopted in this paper,to improve the system performance and accelerate the collision-detection process.This provides a practical method for future studies on UAV flight position and orientation control,collision detection,etc. 展开更多

Temporal continuity of visual attention for future gaze prediction in immersive virtual reality 被引量:1

Background Eye tracking te chnology is receiving increased attention in the field of virtual reality.Specifically,future gaze prediction is crucial in pre-computation for many applications such as gaze-contingent rendering,advertisement placement,and content-based design.To explore future gaze prediction,it is necessary to analyze the temporal continuity of visual attention in immersive virtual reality.Methods In this paper,the concept of temporal continuity of visual attention is presented.Subsequently,an autocorrelation function method is proposed to evaluate the temporal continuity.Thereafter,the temporal continuity is analyzed in both free-viewing and task-oriented conditions.Results Specifically,in free-viewing conditions,the analysis of a free-viewing gaze dataset indicates that the temporal continuity performs well only within a short time interval.A task-oriented game scene condition was created and conducted to collect users'gaze data.An analysis of the collected gaze data finds the temporal continuity has a similar performance with that of the free-viewing conditions.Temporal continuity can be applied to future gaze prediction and if it is good,users'current gaze positions can be directly utilized to predict their gaze positions in the future.Conclusions The current gaze's future prediction performances are further evaluated in both free-viewing and task-oriented conditions and discover that the current gaze can be efficiently applied to the task of short-term future gaze prediction.The task of long-term gaze prediction still remains to be explored. 展开更多

血栓通脉汤辅助治疗脑梗死44例疗效分析

目的:探究血栓通脉汤辅助治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院在2019年11月至2020年11月收治的88例脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各44例。其中对照组使用常规西医治疗法,观察组在对照组... 目的:探究血栓通脉汤辅助治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院在2019年11月至2020年11月收治的88例脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各44例。其中对照组使用常规西医治疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上使用血栓通脉汤辅助治疗。将两组治疗后的临床疗效、检测指标、定量脑电图、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)与自理指数评定量表(Barthel指数)进行对比。结果:观察组患者的临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分、颈总动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积和脑电图慢波化比率(DTABR值)较对照组更低(P<0.05),Barthel指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血栓通脉汤辅助治疗对脑梗死患者有很好的临床疗效,不仅显著改善IMT厚度、斑块面积和DTABR值,还能更好地恢复患者神经功能缺损。 展开更多
