BACKGROUND Despite advances in research on psychopathology and social media use,no comprehensive review has examined published papers on this type of research and considered how it was affected by the coronavirus dise...BACKGROUND Despite advances in research on psychopathology and social media use,no comprehensive review has examined published papers on this type of research and considered how it was affected by the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak.AIM To explore the status of research on psychopathology and social media use before and after the COVID-19 outbreak.METHODS We used Bibliometrix(an R software package)to conduct a scientometric analysis of 4588 relevant studies drawn from the Web of Science Core Collection,PubMed,and Scopus databases.RESULTS Such research output was scarce before COVID-19,but exploded after the pandemic with the publication of a number of high-impact articles.Key authors and institutions,located primarily in developed countries,maintained their core positions,largely uninfluenced by COVID-19;however,research production and collaboration in developing countries increased significantly after COVID-19.Through the analysis of keywords,we identified commonly used methods in this field,together with specific populations,psychopathological conditions,and clinical treatments.Researchers have devoted increasing attention to gender differences in psychopathological states and linked COVID-19 strongly to depression,with depression detection becoming a new trend.Developments in research on psychopathology and social media use are unbalanced and uncoordinated across countries/regions,and more indepth clinical studies should be conducted in the future.CONCLUSION After COVID-19,there was an increased level of concern about mental health issues and a changing emphasis on social media use and the impact of public health emergencies.展开更多

In order to demonstrate the relationship between methylation of fragile histidine triad(FHIT)and T-cadherin/H-cadherin(CDH13)genes and liver cancer,the methylation status of FHIT and CDH13 was detected in healthy indi...In order to demonstrate the relationship between methylation of fragile histidine triad(FHIT)and T-cadherin/H-cadherin(CDH13)genes and liver cancer,the methylation status of FHIT and CDH13 was detected in healthy individuals and in Mongolian and Han patients with liver cancer.The phenol-chloroform method was used to extract genomic DNA.The methylation specific polymerase chain reaction method was applied to detect the methylation status of FHIT and CDH13.The relationship between smoking and alcohol consumption and gene(FHIT and CDH13)methylation was analyzed.There was significant difference in methylation rate of FHIT(72.67%,34.67%)and CDH13(72.0%,28.0%)between liver cancer patients and healthy individuals of Mongolian descent(P<0.05),as well as that of FHIT(68%,30.67%)and CDH13(64%,26%)between liver cancer patients and healthy individuals of Han individuals(P<0.05).There was also a relationship between smoking and drinking and the methylation of FHIT and CDH13(P<0.05).Thus,the methylation of FHIT and CDH13 had a relationship with liver cancer incidence.Smoking and alcohol ingestion may promote the methylation of FHIT and CDH13.展开更多

Belonging to the same family of MPn_(2), all these materials possess similar band structures, indicating that the tip-induced superconductivity may be closely related to their topological nature and share a common mechanism. Further analysis suggests that a bulk band should play the dominant role in such local superconductivity most likely through interface coupling. In addition, the compatibility between the induced superconductivity and tips’ ferromagnetism gives an evidence for its unconventional nature. These results provide further clues to elucidate the mechanism of the tip-induced superconductivity observed in topological materials.展开更多

With increasing the content of W, solid solutions of Hf Mg Mo3-xWx O12 crystallize in an orthorhombic structure for x≤2.0 and a monoclinic structure for x2.0. A near-zero thermal expansion(ZTE) is realized for HfMgMo(2.5)W(0.5)O(12) and negative coefficients of thermal expansion(NCTE) are achieved for other compositions with different values. The ZTE and variation of NCTE are attributed to the difference in electronegativity between W and Mo and incorporation of a different amount of W, which cause variable distortion of the octahedra and softening of the MoO4 tetrahedra, and hence an enhanced NCTE in the a- and c-axis and reduced CTE in the b-axis as revealed by Raman spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy by traditional Chinese combined with western therapy to treat upper extremity edema after breast cancer surgery.The clinical efficacy was described by the effective rate and the...Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy by traditional Chinese combined with western therapy to treat upper extremity edema after breast cancer surgery.The clinical efficacy was described by the effective rate and the change of peripheral diameter of the affected limb.Methods:National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wan Fang Digital Journals(Wan Fang),VIP Chinese periodical service platform(VIP),Chinese biomedical literature service system(CBM),PubMed and EMBASE were searched on computer.And clinical randomized controlled trials(RCT)of the treatment of upper extremity edema after breast cancer surgery with integration of Chinese and western treatment were selected.The time was from January 2011 to May 2020.Upper extremity edema after breast cancer surgery was the first key word and the second was traditional Chinese combined with western therapy.Note Express was used to screen and extract literature.Bias risks of all the literature included in the study were evaluated and analyzed by RevMan5.3 software.Results:10 randomized controlled clinical tests,644 patients in conformity to the inclusion criteria,9 for the observation of curative effectiveness,5 of changes in limb circumference.322 cases were included in the observation group and the same number of cases in the control group,all of which were in Chinese.The results expressed that the curative effect in the observation group was 91.1%,and it was higher than the curative effect in the control group treated by single western treatment obviously,and it was only 68.9%[95%CI(1.22,1.44),Z=6.55,P<0.00001].The peripheral diameter shrinking degree of the affected limb in the observation group was also clearly higher than that in the control group which was healed by simple western treatment[95%CI(-0.98,-0.64),Z=9.40,P<0.00001].Conclusion:Traditional Chinese combined with western therapy treating upper extremity edema after the surgery of breast cancer had a notable clinical effect,which treated the disease and effectively lessened the peripheral diameter of the affected limb.The method was worthy of clinical application.However,owing to the low quality of the included documents,further discussion and learning were still needed.展开更多
The potato tuber moth,Phthorimaea operculella,is the most damaging potato pest in the world and is difficult to control as the larvae are internal feeders in the foliage and tubers.Entomopathogenic fungi that colonize...The potato tuber moth,Phthorimaea operculella,is the most damaging potato pest in the world and is difficult to control as the larvae are internal feeders in the foliage and tubers.Entomopathogenic fungi that colonize plants as endophytes have lethal and sublethal pathological effects on insect pests.We show that Beauveria bassiana colonizes the aerial parts of potato plants endophytically after inoculation through soil drenching.Endophytic B.bassiana persisted in potato foliage for more than 50 days postinoculation.Bioassays indicated that foliage of B.bassiana-inoculated potato plants were pathogenic against larvae of P operculella.Sublethal experiments indicated that B.bassiana negatively affected the growth,development,and reproduction of P operculella.Development experiments showed that the weight of P.operculella pupae reared on B.bassianacolonized potato plants(4.25 mg)was significantly less than that of those reared on uninoculated control plants(8.89mg).Compared with newly eclosed larvaefed on control plants,those fed on B.bassiana-inoculated plants had significantly lower survivorship,with only 17.8%developing to the adult stage.Oviposition of P operculella females reared on B.bassiana endophytically colonized plants was significantly lower(35 eggs/female)than of those reared on uninoculated plants(115 eggs/female).This study demonstrates that endophytic B.bassiana can be a potential biological control agent for the control and management of P operculella.Comparing pupal weights of P operculella reared on potato plants inoculated with the B.bassiana strain GZGY-1-3 and on untreated control plants,pupae from the control plants were significantly heavier than those from treated plants.展开更多
The origin of superconductivity observed at the point contact between the normal metal tip and the topological material remains uncertain due to the potential presence of superconducting elements or allotropes impurit...The origin of superconductivity observed at the point contact between the normal metal tip and the topological material remains uncertain due to the potential presence of superconducting elements or allotropes impurities.It is imperative to seek out a topological material entirely free of superconducting impurities and induce superconductivity between it and normal tips to verify the source of the induced superconductivity.Here,we report the observation of superconductivity up to 9 K induced at point contacts between normal metal tips and the topological material grey arsenic,which is free of superconductivity.The determined temperature dependencies of superconducting gapsΔ(T)deviate from the Bardeen-Cooper-Schriefer(BCS)superconductivity law,exhibiting abnormal behavior.Furthermore,the highly anisotropic upper critical field H_(c2)(T)suggests the anisotropy of the projected interfacial Fermi surface.By tuning the junction resistance,we obtained a negative correlation between the superconducting gapΔand the efective barrier height Z,which validates the interfacial coupling strength as a key factor in the observed tip-induced superconductivity.These experimental results provide guidance for the relevant theory about tip-induced superconductivity on topological materials.展开更多
Porous crystalline metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are one class of promising electrode materials for CO_(2)electroreduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)by virtue of their large CO_(2)adsorption capacities and abundant tunable ac...Porous crystalline metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are one class of promising electrode materials for CO_(2)electroreduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)by virtue of their large CO_(2)adsorption capacities and abundant tunable active sites,but their insulating nature usually leads to low current density.Herein,a two-dimensional(2D)Ni-phthalocyanine-based MOF(NiPc-Ni(NH)4)constructed by 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octaaminophthalocyaninato nickel(II)(NiPc-(NH_(2))_(8))and nickel(II)ions attained high electrical conductivity due to the high overlap of d-πconjugation orbitals between the nickel node and the Ni-phthalocyanine-substituted o-phenylenediamine.During CO_(2)RR,the NiPc-Ni(NH)4 nanosheets achieved a high CO Faradaic efficiency of 96.4%at−0.7 V and a large CO partial current density of 24.8 mA cm^(−2)at−1.1 V,which surpassed all the reported two-dimensional MOF electrocatalysts evaluated in an H-cell.The control experiments and density functional theory(DFT)calculations suggested that the Ni-N_(4)units of the phthalocyanine ring are the catalytic active sites.This work provides a new route to the design of highly efficient porous framework materials for the enhanced electrocatalysis via improving electrical conductivity.展开更多
Fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),is a majorpolyphagous pest with the potential to seriously damage various crops.A better under-standing of FAW's performance on different hosts may help to predi...Fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),is a majorpolyphagous pest with the potential to seriously damage various crops.A better under-standing of FAW's performance on different hosts may help to predict which plants willbe attacked when the preferred host is absent,and facilitate the development of effectivepest management practices.We compared the larval performance of FAW fed on maizewith that of FAW fed on potato and tobacco,which are important crops in China,usingan age-stage two-sex life table and adult female oviposition preference experiments.Incage experiments with potato,tobacco,or maize as the host,FAW reared on maize exhib-ited the strongest performance with shorter developmental time in thc larval stage,longerlongevity,and a higher reproductive rate in adults.Females oviposited on maize in pref-erence to potato or tobacco.Compared with larvae fed on maize,those fed on potato andtobacco exhibited significantly lower survival,with only 31.61%and 8.13%developing tothe adult stage,respectively.Several life table parameters,including the mean generationtime(T),net reproductive rate(R^(0)),finite rate of increase(λ),and intrinsic rate of nat-ural increase(r)were negatively affected in FAW fed on potato and tobacco.Our resultssupport the preference-performance hypothesis,that is,that herbivore females maximizefitness by choosing host plants associated with strong larval performance.Although lar-vae and adults performed poorly on potato and tobacco,their offspring will be capable ofcstablishing populations on them,posing a potential threat to these crops in China.展开更多

文摘The origin of superconductivity observed at the point contact between the normal metal tip and the topological material remains uncertain due to the potential presence of superconducting elements or allotropes impurities.It is imperative to seek out a topological material entirely free of superconducting impurities and induce superconductivity between it and normal tips to verify the source of the induced superconductivity.Here,we report the observation of superconductivity up to 9 K induced at point contacts between normal metal tips and the topological material grey arsenic,which is free of superconductivity.The determined temperature dependencies of superconducting gapsΔ(T)deviate from the Bardeen-Cooper-Schriefer(BCS)superconductivity law,exhibiting abnormal behavior.Furthermore,the highly anisotropic upper critical field H_(c2)(T)suggests the anisotropy of the projected interfacial Fermi surface.By tuning the junction resistance,we obtained a negative correlation between the superconducting gapΔand the efective barrier height Z,which validates the interfacial coupling strength as a key factor in the observed tip-induced superconductivity.These experimental results provide guidance for the relevant theory about tip-induced superconductivity on topological materials.

文摘Porous crystalline metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are one class of promising electrode materials for CO_(2)electroreduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)by virtue of their large CO_(2)adsorption capacities and abundant tunable active sites,but their insulating nature usually leads to low current density.Herein,a two-dimensional(2D)Ni-phthalocyanine-based MOF(NiPc-Ni(NH)4)constructed by 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octaaminophthalocyaninato nickel(II)(NiPc-(NH_(2))_(8))and nickel(II)ions attained high electrical conductivity due to the high overlap of d-πconjugation orbitals between the nickel node and the Ni-phthalocyanine-substituted o-phenylenediamine.During CO_(2)RR,the NiPc-Ni(NH)4 nanosheets achieved a high CO Faradaic efficiency of 96.4%at−0.7 V and a large CO partial current density of 24.8 mA cm^(−2)at−1.1 V,which surpassed all the reported two-dimensional MOF electrocatalysts evaluated in an H-cell.The control experiments and density functional theory(DFT)calculations suggested that the Ni-N_(4)units of the phthalocyanine ring are the catalytic active sites.This work provides a new route to the design of highly efficient porous framework materials for the enhanced electrocatalysis via improving electrical conductivity.

文摘Fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),is a majorpolyphagous pest with the potential to seriously damage various crops.A better under-standing of FAW's performance on different hosts may help to predict which plants willbe attacked when the preferred host is absent,and facilitate the development of effectivepest management practices.We compared the larval performance of FAW fed on maizewith that of FAW fed on potato and tobacco,which are important crops in China,usingan age-stage two-sex life table and adult female oviposition preference experiments.Incage experiments with potato,tobacco,or maize as the host,FAW reared on maize exhib-ited the strongest performance with shorter developmental time in thc larval stage,longerlongevity,and a higher reproductive rate in adults.Females oviposited on maize in pref-erence to potato or tobacco.Compared with larvae fed on maize,those fed on potato andtobacco exhibited significantly lower survival,with only 31.61%and 8.13%developing tothe adult stage,respectively.Several life table parameters,including the mean generationtime(T),net reproductive rate(R^(0)),finite rate of increase(λ),and intrinsic rate of nat-ural increase(r)were negatively affected in FAW fed on potato and tobacco.Our resultssupport the preference-performance hypothesis,that is,that herbivore females maximizefitness by choosing host plants associated with strong larval performance.Although lar-vae and adults performed poorly on potato and tobacco,their offspring will be capable ofcstablishing populations on them,posing a potential threat to these crops in China.
