We derive the theoretical results and corresponding approximate expressions of the achievable SE in multi-cell systems with maximum ratio combining(MRC) detector and in single-cell systems with zero-forcing(ZF) detector. Based on approximated results, the effects of physical parameters, including the transmit power, the number of antennas, the proportion of full-resolution ADCs and the quantization precision of the low-resolution ADCs on the achievable SE are revealed. Furthermore, we propose the power allocation algorithms based on the lower bound and upper bound of approximate achievable SE. Our results show that the total achievable SE improves by increasing the number of BS antennas, the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), and the quantization precision. Results showcase that proposed power allocation algorithms remarkably improve the total achievable SE comparing to the equal power allocation algorithm, which verifies the effectiveness of our proposed schemes.展开更多

In the system, hydrophobic photosensitizer chlorin e6(Ce6), hydrophilic chemotherapeutic drug berberrubine(BBR) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) response peptide(PLGVRKLVFF) were coupled by linkers to form a linear triblock molecule BBR-PLGVRKLVFF-Ce6(BPC), which can self-assemble into nanoparticles. Then, positively charged BPC and polyethylene glycol-histidine(PEG-His) were mixed to form PEG-His@BPC with negative surface charge and long blood circulation time. Due to the acidic tumor microenvironment, the PEG shell was detached from PEG-His@BPC attributing to protonation of the histidine, which achieved charge reversal, size reduction and enhanced tumor penetration. At the same time, enzyme cutting site was exposed, and the spherical nanoparticles could transform into nanofibers following the enzymolysis by MMP-2, while BBR was released to kill tumors by inducing apoptosis. Compared with original nanoparticles, the nanofibers with photosensitizer Ce6 retained within tumor site for a longer time. Collectively,we provided a good example to fully use the intrinsic properties of different drugs and linkers to construct tumor microenvironment-responsive charge reversal and shape transformable nanoparticles with synergistic antitumor effect.展开更多

In this work, a kind of slightly soluble bioactiveceramic akermanite (AKT) powders were aboratively selected and introduced in the PLGA matrix,a novel L-lactide modified AKT/poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (m-AKT/PLGA) composite scaffold wasfabricated via a solvent casting-particulate leaching method improved by solvent self-proliferatingprocess. The effects of m-AKT contents on properties of composite scaffolds and on MC3T3-E1 cellularbehaviors in vitro have been primarily investigated. The fabricated scaffolds exhibited threedimensionalporous networks, in which homogenously distributed cavities in size of 300–400 lmwere interconnected by some smaller holes in a size of 100–200 lm. Meanwhile, the mechanicalstructure of scaffolds was reinforced by the introduction of m-AKT. Moreover, alkaline ionic productsreleased by m-AKT could neutralize the acidic degradation products of PLGA, and the apatitemineralizationability of scaffolds could be largely improved. More valuably, significant promotionson adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 have been observed, which implied thecalcium, magnesium and especially silidous ions released sustainably from composite scaffoldscould regulate the behaviors of osteogenesis-related cells.展开更多
