医患共同决策(shared decision making,SDM)作为新型的诊疗决策模式,能够有效解决胸部肿瘤诊疗过程中患者的依从性问题,平衡医患双方的地位,逐渐在胸外科临床实践中得到重视和应用。将SDM应用于胸部肿瘤诊疗过程中有利于提升医生的诊疗... 医患共同决策(shared decision making,SDM)作为新型的诊疗决策模式,能够有效解决胸部肿瘤诊疗过程中患者的依从性问题,平衡医患双方的地位,逐渐在胸外科临床实践中得到重视和应用。将SDM应用于胸部肿瘤诊疗过程中有利于提升医生的诊疗水平,缓解责任压力;减轻患者的心理压力,提高患者的依从性;提高医信力并减少医患冲突。由于患者自身的医学素养和自主性有限,医患比例失衡导致的诊疗时间紧张,同时由于已有的研究存在样本量有限等原因尚不能证明采用SDM模式对于胸部肿瘤的治疗有明确的增益,推行SDM模式仍面临阻力。未来通过开发辅助决策系统以及提升医生的人文关怀能力将更有利于推动SDM模式在胸外科的实际应用。 展开更多

Advances in depressants used for pyrite fotation separation from coal/minerals

Pyrite is separated from other minerals mainly by fotation.However,the hydrophilicity of pyrite is afected by many factors,causing it to easily enter the concentrate and consequently reduce the quality of concentrate.Highly efcient pyrite depressants can be selectively adsorbed on the surface of pyrite to improve its hydrophilicity,thereby increasing the fotation separation efciency.Understanding the fundamental inhibition mechanism of depressants on pyrite is a prerequisite to improve the fotation desulfurization efciency.The inhibition ability and mechanism of diferent types of pyrite depressants are reviewed in this manuscript.In recent years,molecular simulation has increasingly become a powerful tool to study the interaction between reagents and minerals,shedding new light on the adsorption mechanisms of reagents on mineral surfaces at the atomic and electronic levels.The properties of sulfde mineral and fotation reagents as well as the microscopic adsorption mechanistic studies of reagents on mineral surfaces based on quantum chemistry and molecular simulation are also reviewed. 展开更多

Reduce the Shopping Distance: Map Region Search Based on High Order Voronoi Diagram

Many people would like to purchase items using locationbased services to find the suitable stores in daily life. Although there are many online map search engines giving isolated Point-of-Interest as query results according to the correlation between isolated stores and the query, this interaction is difficult in meeting the shopping needs of people with disabilities, who would usually prefer shopping in one single location to avoid inconvenience in transportation. In this article, we propose a framework of map search service using Region-of-Interest (ROI) as the query result, which can greatly reduce users shopping distance among multiple stores. High order Voronoi diagram is used to reduce the time complexity of Region-of-Interests generation. Experimental results show that our method is both efficient and effective. 展开更多

Waste fried oil was studied to prepare three different types of detergent such as soap,liquid soap and soap powder via saponification process.The preparation conditions of soap base were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The specific preparation processes included waste fried oil treatment,orange peel extract preparation,saponification,demoulding and drying.Results showed that the optimal con-ditions for saponification were as follows:ratio of pure waste fried oil to coconut oil=6∶4,alkali liquor(NaOH)mass fraction 30%,saponification temperature 70℃,orange peel extract concentration 15%.The mature soap was then used to make liquid soap and soap powder by surfactant(sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate,coconut diethanol amide)addition,followed by grinding.The prepared detergent conforms to the production standard of strong decontamination ability,possesses stable performance,is gentle to skin and non-toxic. 展开更多
