外需冲击对银行资产负债表的影响及应对——基于引入基础货币DSGE模型的分析 被引量:3

受"逆全球化"思潮抬头和新冠病毒全球大流行双重冲击,我国面临严峻的外部经济形势。面对百年未有之大变局,中央做出加快构建"双循环"新发展格局的战略部署。在新的国际国内大形势下,外需在未来可能出现较大波动,经... 受"逆全球化"思潮抬头和新冠病毒全球大流行双重冲击,我国面临严峻的外部经济形势。面对百年未有之大变局,中央做出加快构建"双循环"新发展格局的战略部署。在新的国际国内大形势下,外需在未来可能出现较大波动,经常项目外汇持续流入的趋势可能发生逆转,央行外汇占款也会相应发生变化,导致银行资产负债表受到冲击,引发金融和经济的共振。本文构建了一个引入基础货币的开放宏观经济DSGE模型,研究了外需冲击对经济和金融的影响,提出了挂钩进出口缺口的数量型和价格型两种货币政策应对工具,并分析了人民币国际化程度与外需冲击影响的关系。模拟分析的结果表明,通过修复银行资产负债表可以有效对冲外汇减少带来的信用收缩,稳定金融系统,保障经济平稳发展。 展开更多

Biomass phytic acid has potential flame retardant value as the main form of phosphorus in plant seeds.In this study,phytate-based flame retardants aluminum phytate(PA-Al)and iron phytate(PA-Fe)were synthesized and characterized.Subsequently,they were introduced into rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF)as flame retardants by one-step water-blown method.The results indicated that RPUF/PA-Fe30 exhibited the highest char residue of 22.1 wt%,significantly higher than 12.4 wt%of RPUF.Cone calorimetry analysis showed that the total heat release(THR)of RPUF/PA-Al30 decreased by 17.0%and total smoke release(TSR)decreased by 22.0%compared with pure RPUF,which were the lowest,demonstrating a low fire risk and good smoke suppression.Thermogravimetric analysis-Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(TG-FTIR)implied the release intensity of flammable gases(hydrocarbons,esters)and toxic gases(isocyanate,CO,aromatic compounds,HCN)of composites was significantly reduced after the addition of PA-Fe.The analysis of char residue indicated that the RPUF composites formed a dense char layer with a high degree of graphitization after the addition of PA-Al/PA-Fe,endowing RPUF composites with excellent mass&heat transmission inhibition effect and fire resistance in the combustion process. 展开更多

Economic stability analysis of blue carbon cooperation in the South China sea region using evolutionary game model with Weber's law

The political environment of the South China Sea Region(SCSR)has gradually stabilized,such that regional cooperation in the preservation of marine resources seems realistic.Blue carbon international cooperation is an important solution to the problem of global warming,which has a large number of economic and political attributes.As a region that has incredibly abundant blue carbon resources,further cooperation among SCSR governments would present the opportunity to establish meaningful economic and environmental protections that would promote peaceful blue carbon development of this region.To examine the feasibility of such an undertaking,we leverage the imitator's dynamic game as a research method and introduce Weber's law to examine the subjective psychological factors(i.e.,biases)of participants in qualifying the economic stability of blue carbon cooperation in the SCSR.The results suggest that the economic stability of blue carbon cooperation correlates to Weber's coefficient and the income produced by the different strategies.Based on these findings,we discussed policy recommendations to promote the sustainable economic development of SCSR. 展开更多

能源危机促使建筑材料朝着高质量方向发展,硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)是性能优异的保温材料,但易点燃,有潜在的安全隐患,因此需要对其进行阻燃处理。焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)是一款磷氮复合的阻燃剂,将其添加至RPUF体系中,可解决RPUF阻燃性差的问题... 能源危机促使建筑材料朝着高质量方向发展,硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)是性能优异的保温材料,但易点燃,有潜在的安全隐患,因此需要对其进行阻燃处理。焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)是一款磷氮复合的阻燃剂,将其添加至RPUF体系中,可解决RPUF阻燃性差的问题。采用极限氧指数(LOI)、热重(TG)、锥形量热(CCT)等研究PPAP/RPUF的阻燃性能和燃烧性能。扫描电镜(SEM)展示了RPUF微观泡孔结构,结果表明,PAPP的加入使泡孔结构的不均性和破损性增加。阻燃测试表明:PAPP能有效抑制材料的滴落,添加50wt%的PAPP,复合材料的LOI值最高,为22.7vol%,且UL-94测试通过V-0级别。TG测试表明:PAPP的分解分为三个阶段,其第二阶段的分解速率最大,分解产生的酸性物质使RPUF拥有更高的残炭率,其中PAPP50/RPUF在700℃时残炭量为34.4wt%,炭渣在凝聚相起到阻隔热量和可燃气体的释放的作用;CCT测试证实了PAPP抑制材料燃烧热的释放,其中PAPP50/RPUF燃烧产生的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)和总热释放(THR)较纯样降低了54%和41%。机械测试表明,PAPP使PPAP/RPUF的导热系数增加,抗压强度减少。 展开更多

Stroke is considered a leading cause of mortality and neurological disability,which puts a huge burden on individuals and the community.To date,effective therapy for stroke has been limited by its complex pathological mechanisms.Autophagy refers to an intracellular degrading process with the involvement of lysosomes.Autophagy plays a critical role in maintaining the homeostasis and survival of cells by eliminating damaged or non-essential cellular constituents.Increasing evidence support that autophagy protects neuronal cells from ischemic injury.However,under certain circumstances,autophagy activation induces cell death and aggravates ischemic brain injury.Diverse naturally derived compounds have been found to modulate autophagy and exert neuroprotection against stroke.In the present work,we have reviewed recent advances in naturally derived compounds that regulate autophagy and discussed their potential application in stroke treatment. 展开更多
