Zn metal anode suffers from dendrite issues and passive byproducts,which severely plagues the practical application of aqueous Zn metal batteries.Herein,a polyzwitterionic cross-linked double network hydrogel electrolyte composed of physical crosslinking(hyaluronic acid)and chemical crosslinking(synthetic zwitterionic monomer copolymerized with acrylamide)is introduced to overcome these obstacles.On the one hand,highly hydrophilic physical network provides an energy dissipation channel to buffer stress and builds a H_(2)O-poor interface to avoid side reactions.On the other hand,the charged groups(sulfonic and imidazolyl)in chemical crosslinking structure build anion/cation transport channels to boost ions’kinetics migration and regulate the typical solvent structure[Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)to R-SO_(3)^(−)[Zn(H_(2)O)_(4)]^(2+),with uniform electric field distribution and significant resistance to dendrites and parasitic reactions.Based on the above functions,the symmetric zinc cell exhibits superior cycle stability for more than 420 h at a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(−2),and Zn||MnO_(2)full cell has a reversible specific capacity of 150 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at 2 C with this hydrogel electrolyte.Furthermore,the pouch cell delivers impressive flexibility and cyclability for energy-storage applications. 展开更多

With the benefits of reducing time and workforce,automated testing has been widely used for the quality assurance of mobile applications(APPs).Compared with automated testing,manual testing can achieve higher coverage in complex interactive Activities.And the effectiveness of manual testing is highly dependent on the user operation process(UOP)of experienced testers.Based on the UOP,we propose an iterative Android automated testing(IAAT)method that automatically records,extracts,and integrates UOPs to guide the test logic of the tool across the complex Activity iteratively.The feedback test results can train the UOPs to achieve higher coverage in each iteration.We extracted 50 UOPs and conducted experiments on 10 popular mobile APPs to demonstrate IAAT’s effectiveness compared with Monkey and the initial automated tests.The experimental results show a noticeable improvement in the IAAT compared with the test logic without human knowledge.Under the 60 minutes test time,the average code coverage is improved by 13.98%to 37.83%,higher than the 27.48%of Monkey under the same conditions. 展开更多

The maternal immune system is vital in maintaining immunotolerance to the semiallogeneic fetus for a successful pregnancy.Although studies have shown that myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)play an important role in maintaining feto-maternal tolerance,little is known about the role of MDSCs in pregnancies with intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR).Here,we reported that the activation of polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMN-MDSCs)during pregnancy was closely associated with fetal growth.In humans,class E scavenger receptor 1(SR-E1),a distinct marker for human PMN-MDSCs,was used to investigate PMN-MDSC function during pregnancy.Continuous activation of SR-E1+PMN-MDSCs was observed in all stages of pregnancy,accompanied by high cellular levels of ROS and arginase-1 activity,mediated through STAT6 signaling.However,SR-E1+PMN-MDSCs in pregnancies with IUGR showed significantly lower suppressive activity,lower arginase-1 activity and ROS levels,and decreased STAT6 phosphorylation level,which were accompanied by an increase in inflammatory factors,compared with those in normal pregnancies.Moreover,the population of SR-E1+PMN-MDSCs was negatively correlated with the adverse outcomes of newborns from pregnancies with IUGR.In mice,decreases in cell population,suppressive activity,target expression levels,and STAT6 phosphorylation levels were also observed in the pregnancies with IUGR compared with the normal pregnancies,which were rescued by the adoptive transfer of PMN-MDSCs from pregnant mice.Interestingly,the growth-promoting factors(GPFs)secreted by placental PMN-MDSCs in both humans and mice play a vital role in fetal development.These findings collectively support that PMN-MDSCs have another new role in pregnancy,which can improve adverse neonatal outcomes. 展开更多
