Cervical esophageal duplication in its isolated form causi ng torticollis and other chronic pressure symptoms has not been reported previou sly. Here, the authors present a 3- year- old male patient who had cystic dupl ication of the esophagus in the neck associated with the cervical vertebral defe ct and Homer syndrome.
