Conventional in-vitro fertilization(C-IVF)and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)are the two existing insemination methods presently in use in contemporary medically assisted reproduction treatments.While C-IVF refers to co-incubation of a cumulus-oocyte complex(COC)with a certain concentration of sperm suspension,ICSI is defined as the injection of a single spermatozoon directly into the ooplasm of a denuded oocyte.Although the balance of the literature is motivating enough to prefer C-IVF as the insemination method in non-male factor infertility cases,real world data reflect that majority of the practitioners are far from being convinced to do so[1]. 展开更多

试管婴儿(IVF)为许多可能无法生育的夫妇创造了一个妊娠机会。20世纪80年代中期以来,胚胎冷冻保存和冷冻胚胎移植(FIT)成功地引入所有IVF方案。但是是否应该将全胚冷冻作为常规处理仍然存在争议。其中一个关键点就是个体的长期安... 试管婴儿(IVF)为许多可能无法生育的夫妇创造了一个妊娠机会。20世纪80年代中期以来,胚胎冷冻保存和冷冻胚胎移植(FIT)成功地引入所有IVF方案。但是是否应该将全胚冷冻作为常规处理仍然存在争议。其中一个关键点就是个体的长期安全性尚未得到证实,且如果没有严重的卯巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)或子宫内膜问题,是否应常规全胚冷冻?因此,不受限制地实施“全胚冷冻胚胎”策略可能还为时过早。在等待来自冷冻胚胎婴儿们的长期健康结果的同时,努力转向更温和的刺激方案和更理想的实验室条件,可能更有利于改善临床结局。 展开更多
