Performance Management is the core course of human resource management major,but its knowledge points lack multi-dimensional correlations.There are problems such as scattered content and unclear system,and it is urgent to reconstruct the content system of the course.Knowledge graph technology can integrate massive and scattered information into an organic structure through semantic correlation and reasoning.The application of knowledge graph to education and teaching can promote scientific and personalized teaching evaluation and better realize individualized teaching.This paper systematically combs the knowledge points of Performance Management course and forms a comprehensive knowledge graph.The knowledge point is associated with specific questions to form the problem map of the course,and then the knowledge point is further associated with the ability target to form the ability map of the course.Then,the knowledge point is associated with teaching materials,question bank and expansion resources to form a systematic teaching database,thereby giving the method of building the content system of Performance Management course based on the knowledge map.This research can be further extended to other core management courses to realize the deep integration of knowledge graph and teaching. 展开更多

Betula platyphylla is a native tree species in northern China that has high economic and medicinal value.We developed an efficient protocol for the induction of somatic embryogenesis in B.platyphalla from immature zygotic embryos and assessed the effects of explant type,genotype,and plant growth regulators(PGRs)on embryogenic callus induction.Among the various explants evaluated,embryogenic callus was only produced from mature and immature zygotic embryos on medium with added 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D).Supplementation of 2,4-D-containing medium with cytokinins increased the frequency of embryogenic callus induction.On the 20 days after pollination,immature zygotic embryos that had been collected in mid-May yielded embryogenic tissue at the highest frequency(16.8%)when cultured on half-strength MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg L^(-1)2,4-D and 0.2 mg L^(-1)6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA).The process of proliferation of embryogenic callus,somatic embryo formation,and subsequent plantlet conversion occurred under optimal culture conditions.When regenerated plants weretransplanted to soil,95%of them developed normally and grew vigorously.This somatic embryogenesis system required 3–4 months for the regeneration of B.platyphalla plantlets from immature zygotic embryos. 展开更多

Deepening the integration of industry and education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality applied talents.However,integration of industry and education is still at a relatively low level,and the mode is relatively single,without realizing the deep integration of collaborative education and industry.This paper takes the course"Performance Management"of Human Resource Management as an example to build an industry-education integration system with curriculum construction as a carrier.We introduce enterprise tutors and enterprise scenarios from the aspects of teaching syllabus,teaching content,teaching design,teaching process,teaching resources,and teaching evaluation to study the construction of professional courses under the background of industry-education integration.Through the Performance Management course study,we summarize the methods and modes of industry-education integration in human resource management(HRM)courses and extend and apply the research results to other courses of HRM majors to complete the construction of courses aiming at industry-education integration in HRM majors. 展开更多

目的:探讨同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮内瘤变的临床病理特点,分析病灶之间的关联性。方法:收集2007年11月至2017年12月间于石河子大学医学院第一附属医院接受内镜下黏膜剥脱术或外科手术的56例同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮... 目的:探讨同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮内瘤变的临床病理特点,分析病灶之间的关联性。方法:收集2007年11月至2017年12月间于石河子大学医学院第一附属医院接受内镜下黏膜剥脱术或外科手术的56例同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮内瘤变患者的临床资料,分析其临床病理特点,根据多发性胃癌中对主、副病灶的定义,探究病灶间的关联性。结果:56例同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮内瘤变患者平均年龄为(63.82±11.88)岁,男性多见,占75%(42/56),伴有病灶周围黏膜萎缩患者为25例(44.64%)。主、副病灶的浸润深度均以T1期为主。主、副病灶的直径呈正相关(r=0.797,P<0.001),病理类型具有关联性(P=0.007);内镜分型具有较高的一致性(P<0.001);在空间分布方面,主、副病灶也具有关联性,其中垂直位置列联相关系数c=0.484(P=0.002),水平位置列联相关系数c=0.535(P=0.007)。同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮瘤变中主病灶在淋巴结转移、TNM分期、是否合并黏膜萎缩等方面与单发性胃癌或高级别上皮内瘤变存在差异。结论:同时性多发性胃癌和(或)高级别上皮内瘤变的高危人群为合并黏膜萎缩的老年男性,在胃镜检查时应注意根据主、副病灶间的关联性仔细观察,避免漏诊。 展开更多

针对具有约束和扰动的多区域互联电力系统负荷频率控制(load frequency control,LFC)问题,本文提出了一种事件触发分布式模型预测控制(event-triggered distributed model predictive control,ET-DMPC)策略.将大规模互联电力系统分解成... 针对具有约束和扰动的多区域互联电力系统负荷频率控制(load frequency control,LFC)问题,本文提出了一种事件触发分布式模型预测控制(event-triggered distributed model predictive control,ET-DMPC)策略.将大规模互联电力系统分解成多个动态耦合的子系统,考虑发电机变化率约束(generation rate constraint,GRC)和调速器阀门位置限制,建立分布式预测控制优化问题.为了降低系统计算负担,减少计算资源的消耗和浪费,基于预测值和系统实际状态的误差构造事件触发条件.在事件触发机制下,只有子系统满足相应的事件触发条件时,控制器才传输状态信息和求解优化问题,并与邻域子系统交互最优解作用下的关联信息.仿真结果表明,本文提出的控制策略在负荷扰动和系统参数不确定的情况下具有良好的鲁棒性,同时极大地降低了系统的计算负担. 展开更多

PuHox52 promotes coordinated uptake of nitrate,phosphate, and iron under nitrogen deficiency in Populus ussuriensis

It is of great importance to better understand how trees regulate nitrogen(N) uptake under N deficiency conditions which severely challenge afforestation practices, yet the underlying molecular mechanisms have not been well elucidated. Here,we functionally characterized PuHox52, a Populus ussuriensis HD-ZIP transcription factor, whose overexpression greatly enhanced nutrient uptake and plant growth under N deficiency. We first conducted an RNA sequencing experiment to obtain root transcriptome using PuHox52-overexpression lines of P. ussuriensis under low N treatment. We then performed multiple genetic and phenotypic analyses to identify key target genes of PuHox52 and validated how they acted against N deficiency under PuHox52 regulation.PuHox52 was specifically induced in roots by N deficiency, and overexpression of PuHox52promoted N uptake, plant growth, and root development. We demonstrated that several nitrate-responsive genes(PuNRT1.1, PuNRT2.4,PuCLC-b, PuNIA2, PuNIR1, and PuNLP1),phosphate-responsive genes(PuPHL1A and PuPHL1B), and an iron transporter gene(PuIRT1) were substantiated to be direct targets of PuHox52. Among them, PuNRT1.1, PuPHL1A/B, and PuIRT1 were upregulated to relatively higher levels during PuHox52-mediated responses against N deficiency in PuHox52-overexpression lines compared to WT. Our study revealed a novel regulatory mechanism underlying root adaption to N deficiency where PuHox52 modulated a coordinated uptake of nitrate, phosphate, and iron through 'PuHox52-PuNRT1.1', 'PuHox52-PuPHL1A/PuPHL1B', and'PuHox52-PuIRT1' regulatory relationships in poplar roots. 展开更多

Plant cells possess a two-layered immune system consisting of pattern-triggered immunity(PTI)and effector-triggered immunity(ETI), mediated by cell surface pattern-recognition receptors and intracellular nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat receptors(NLRs), respectively. The CONSTITUTIVE EXPRESSION OF PR GENES 5(CPR5) nuclear pore complex protein negatively regulates ETI, including ETI-associated hypersensitive response. Here, we show that CPR5 is essential for the activation of various PTI responses in Arabidopsis, such as resistance to the non-adapted bacterium Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 hrc C-. In a forward-genetic screen for suppressors of cpr5, we identified the mediator protein MED4. Mutation of MED4 in cpr5 greatly restored the defective PTI of cpr5. Our findings reveal that CPR5 plays opposite roles in regulating PTI and ETI, and genetically regulates PTI via MED4. 展开更多

This paper presents an LMI based robust H-infinity control scheme for constrained systems with norm- bounded uncertainties. The uncertainties are incorporated in the evaluation of the H-infinity norm and the time-domain constraints. The robust closed-loop properties inclusive of stability, H-infinity performance and the satisfaction of the time- domain constraints are discussed. Analysis and simulation results for a 2 DOF quarter-car model show possible improve- ments on ride comfort, while robustly respecting safety related constraints such as good road holding, limited suspension strokes and actuator saturation. 展开更多
