Classification and mineralization of global lithium deposits and lithium extraction technologies for exogenetic lithium deposits 被引量:2

A reasonable classification of deposits holds great significance for identifying prospecting targets and deploying exploration. The world ’s keen demand for lithium resources has expedited the discovery of numerous novel lithium resources. Given the presence of varied classification criteria for lithium resources presently, this study further ascertained and classified the lithium resources according to their occurrence modes, obtaining 10 types and 5 subtypes of lithium deposits(resources) based on endogenetic and exogenetic factors. As indicated by surveys of Cenozoic exogenetic lithium deposits in China and abroad,the formation and distribution of the deposits are primarily determined by plate collision zones, their primary material sources are linked to the anatectic magmas in the deep oceanic crust, and they were formed primarily during the Miocene and Late Paleogene. The researchers ascertained that these deposits,especially those of the salt lake, geothermal, and volcanic deposit types, are formed by unique slightly acidic magmas, tend to migrate and accumulate toward low-lying areas, and display supernormal enrichment. However, the material sources of lithium deposits(resources) of the Neopaleozoic clay subtype and the deep brine type are yet to be further identified. Given the various types and complex origins of lithium deposits(resources), which were formed due to the interactions of multiple spheres, it is recommended that the mineralization of exogenetic lithium deposits(resources) be investigated by integrating tectono-geochemistry, paleoatmospheric circulation, and salinology. So far, industrialized lithium extraction is primarily achieved in lithium deposits of the salt lake, clay, and hard rock types. The lithium extraction employs different processes, with lithium extraction from salt lake-type lithium deposits proving the most energy-saving and cost-effective. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Large or transmural defects induced by gastrointestinal endoscopic manipulations are difficult to close,although complete closure is recommended for better recovery.Endoscopic purse-string assisted suturing(EPSS)has been used in clinical practice and has proven to be an effective and safe technique for the closure of large mucosal defects.However,details regarding the efficacy of endoscopic pre-purse-string suture(P-EPSS)are unknown,especially that it offers several advantages over conventional EPSS(C-EPSS).AIM To elucidate the outcomes of EPSS-assisted closure in different clinical situations,and evaluate the efficacy of P-EPSS.METHODS This retrospective observational study included a total of 180 patients who underwent closure assisted by P-EPSS(n=63)or C-EPSS(n=117)between July 2014 and June 2020.The P-EPSS and C-EPSS groups were compared and the intergroup differences in aspects such as the lesion size,location,and morphology,incidence of complete closure,intraoperative perforation,and delayed adverse events were evaluated.Data on the features and clinical course of cases with adverse events were collected for further analysis.RESULTS Patients with lesion size larger than 3 cm,lesions located at the fundus of stomach,or submucosal tumors originating from the deep mucosa were more likely to undergo P-EPSS-assisted closure.The P-EPSS group showed a significantly higher proportion of intraoperative perforation(56%vs 17%)and a much shorter procedure time(9.06±6.14 min vs 14.84±7.25 min).Among adverse events,the incidence of delayed perforation(5%vs 4%;P=0.82)and delayed bleeding(3%vs 4%;P=0.96)did not differ significantly between the groups.Multivariate analysis revealed that lesions with incomplete closure[odds ratio(OR)=21.33;95%confidence interval(CI):5.45-83.45;P<0.01]or size greater than 3 cm(OR=3.14;95%CI:1.08-9.18;P=0.039)showed a statistical tendency to result in an increase in delayed adverse events.CONCLUSION The present study revealed that EPSS could achieve secure complete closure of mucosal defect.PEPSS could shorten the procedure and yield complete closure of mucosal defects.Rather than closure-type selection,incomplete closure or lesion size larger than 3 cm were associated with worse outcomes. 展开更多

The antinlammatory and antianemic activities of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide(ASP)isolated from roots of Angelica sinensis(AS)was investigated in a complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)-induced arthritic rat model.It was observed that serum iron(SI)and total iron binding capacity(TIBC)levels were elevated after 4-week oral administration of ASP.Red blood cell(RBC)count and hemoglobin(Hb)concentrations were ameliorated as well.Moreover,infammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-a were decreased strikingly in CFA-induced arthritic rats after treatment of ASP.Evidence also showed that ASP strongly inhibited hepcidin expression through the Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators of transcription(JAK2/STAT3)pathway.Furthermore,ASP exhibited reduced primary and secondary lesions in adjuvant arthritis,attenuating synovitis and inflammatory joint damage.Data presented in this article collectively indicated that ASP significantly decreased proinflammatory cytokines(TNF-a,IL-6),which might play a crucial role in the CFA-induced arthritic rats,and had a therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats.Results of Western blot analysis indicated that ASP inhibited the activation of IL-6/JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway in the CFA-induced arthritic rats. 展开更多

This MNLS equation with variable-coefficients is firstly transformed to the MNLS equation with constant-coefficients by similarity transformation. And then the one-soliton and two-soliton solutions of the variable-coefficient-MNLS equation are obtained by solving the constant-coefficient-MNLS equation with Hirota method. The effects of different parameter conditions on the soliton solutions are discussed in detail. The interaction between two solitons is also discussed. Our results are helpful to understand the soliton dynamics in alpha helical protein. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and Kuhuang San combined with interferon on the treatment of HFMD of damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome and its effects on liver function, myocardial enzymes, inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin.Merhods:From June 2018 to November 2018, 74 children with damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome who were diagnosed with hand, foot and mouth disease have been randomly divided into the observation group (38 cases) and the control group (36 cases).The control group is given conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment, and sprayed on the oral cavity with IFN- atomized inhalation or IFN- 2b spray. On the basis of the control group, the observation group is given Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan, and Kuhuangsan for washing body. 7 d is a course of treatment. The recurrence time of the two groups, the time of rash regression and the efficacy of the children have been observed. The changes of liver function, myocardial zymogram, inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin are compared before and after treatment.Results: The efficacy of the observation group was 92.1% higher than that of the control group (83.3%), and the difference was statistically significant. The time required for the body temperature of the observation group (2.64±0.57) d was lower than that of the control group (3.12±0.62) d, and the time required for the rash to resolve was (4.18±0.69) d, which was lower than that of the control group (5.25±0.73) d. Statistically significant. The levels of ALT, AST, CK-MB, IL-4 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant. The serum IgA and IgM levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment. Conclusion: Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and Kuhuang San combined with interferon for the treatment of HFMD of damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome have a sound curative effect and it can improve liver function, protect cardiomyocytes, reduce inflammatory factors, and regulate immune function for children. 展开更多

Hepatitis B virus infection in patients with Wilson disease:A large retrospective study

BACKGROUND Wilson disease(WD)is the most common genetic metabolic liver disease.Some studies have shown that comorbidities may have important effects on WD.Data on hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in patients with WD are limited.AIM To investigate the prevalence and clinical impact of HBV infection in patients with WD.METHODS The clinical data of patients with WD were analyzed retrospectively,and the data of patients with concurrent WD and HBV infection were compared with those of patients with isolated WD.RESULTS Among a total of 915 WD patients recruited,the total prevalence of current and previous HBV infection was 2.1%[95%confidence interval(CI):1.2%-3.0%]and 9.2%(95%CI:7.3%-11.1%),respectively.The main finding of this study was the identification of 19 patients with concurrent WD and chronic hepatitis B(CHB)infection.The diagnosis of WD was missed in all but two patients with CHB infection.The mean delay in the diagnosis of WD in patients with concurrent WD and CHB infection was 32.5 mo,which was significantly longer than that in patients with isolated WD(10.5 mo).The rates of severe liver disease and mortality in patients with concurrent WD and CHB infection were significantly higher than those in patients with isolated WD(63.1%vs 19.3%,P=0.000 and 36.8%vs 4.1%,P<0.001,respectively).Binary logistic regression analysis revealed a significantly higher risk of severe liver disease at the diagnosis of WD in patients with current HBV infection[odds ratio(OR)=7.748;95%CI:2.890-20.774;P=0.000)]or previous HBV infection(OR=5.525;95%CI:3.159-8.739;P=0.000)than in patients with isolated WD.CONCLUSION The total prevalence of current HBV infection in patients with WD was 2.1%.The diagnosis of WD in CHB patients is usually missed.HBV infection is an independent risk factor for severe liver disease in WD patients.The diagnosis of WD should be ruled out in some patients with CHB infection. 展开更多

目的观察纳布啡联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇预防性镇痛对鼻内镜手术患者术后疼痛及恢复质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2020年4月该院择期行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫形术治疗的患者46例,随机分为纳布啡联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇组(NK组)和酮咯酸氨丁三醇... 目的观察纳布啡联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇预防性镇痛对鼻内镜手术患者术后疼痛及恢复质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2020年4月该院择期行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫形术治疗的患者46例,随机分为纳布啡联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇组(NK组)和酮咯酸氨丁三醇对照组(C组),每组23例。两组患者均于麻醉诱导前10 min行预防性镇痛,NK组分别静脉注射纳布啡0.13 mg/kg和酮咯酸氨丁三醇30 mg,C组静脉注射酮咯酸氨丁三醇30 mg。术中采用丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉。记录术后24 h内视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Ricker镇静-躁动评分(SAS)、术后24 h补救镇痛药物消耗量及补救镇痛率、术前1 d (T_0)、术后1 d (T_1)和术后2 d (T_2) 19点至21点的40项恢复质量评分量表(QoR-40)以及术后24 h不良反应发生率。结果NK组术后2、4、8、12和24 h VAS评分、术后24 h补救镇痛药物消耗量和补救镇痛率及术后2、4、8和12 h SAS评分均低于C组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);NK组T_1时点QoR-40评分中身体舒适度、疼痛和总评分及T_2时点身体舒适度、自理能力、心理支持、疼痛和总评分较高,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组术后24 h不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术患者使用纳布啡联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇可达到术后预防性镇痛的作用,并能促进术后早期恢复。 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the photodynamic effect of Cd Se/Zn S quantum dots(QDs) on pancreatic cancer cells and elucidate the probable mechanisms.METHODS: The pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990 was treated with different concentrations of Cd Se/Zn S QDs(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 μmol/L), with or without illumination. The viability of SW1990 cells was tested using the Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8) assay. The ultrastructural changes of SW1990 cells were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Apoptosis was detected by nuclear staining and flow cytometry(FCM). Reactive oxygen species(ROS) were measured by dichlorofluorescein diacetate via fluorescence microscopy. Expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and caspase-3 was measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and protein immunoblotting 24 h after SW1990 cells were treated with Cd Se/Zn S QDs and illuminated.RESULTS: The CCK-8 assay results showed that both Cd Se/Zn S QDs with and without illumination suppressed SW1990 cell proliferation. Cell viability was significantly lower when illuminated or with a longer incubation time and a higher light dose. Cd Se/Zn S QDs with illumination caused ultrastructural changes in SW1990 cells, such as organelle degeneration and chromatin condensation and aggregation at the periphery of the nucleus. Fluorescence microscopy and FCM showed that Cd Se/Zn S QDs(1.5 μmol/L) with illumination increased SW1990 cell apoptosis(53.2%) and ROS generation compared with no illumination. Real-time PCR showed that expression of Bax and caspase-3 was upregulated and Bcl-2 was downregulated. Immunoblotting results were consistent with real-time PCR results. Inhibition of ROS and apoptosis both attenuated QD-photodynamictherapy-induced cell death.CONCLUSION: Cd Se/Zn S QDs can be used as a photosensitizer to inhibit SW1990 cell proliferation through ROS generation and apoptotic protein expression regulation. 展开更多

The composition and structure of interstellar dust are important and complex for the study of the evolution of stars and the interstellar medium(ISM).However,there is a lack of corresponding experimental data and model theories.By theoretical calculations based on ab-initio method,we have predicted and geometry optimized the structures of Carbon-rich(C-rich)dusts,carbon(^(12)C),iron carbide(Fe C),silicon carbide(Si C),even silicon(^(28)Si),iron(^(56)Fe),and investigated the optical absorption coefficients and emission coefficients of these materials in 0D(zero-dimensional),1D,and 2D nanostructures.Comparing the nebular spectra of the supernovae(SN)with the coefficient of dust,we find that the optical absorption coefficient of the 2D^(12)C,^(28)Si,^(56)Fe,Si C and Fe C structure corresponds to the absorption peak displayed in the infrared band(5–8)μm of the spectrum at 7554 days after the SN1987A explosion.It also corresponds to the spectrum of 535 days after the explosion of SN2018bsz,when the wavelength was in the range of(0.2–0.8)and(3–10)μm.Nevertheless,2D Si C and Fe C correspond to the spectrum of 844 days after the explosion of SN2010jl,when the wavelength is within(0.08–10)μm.Therefore,Fe C and Si C may be the second type of dust in SN1987A corresponding to infrared band(5–8)μm of dust and may be in the ejecta of SN2010jl and SN2018bsz.The nano-scale C-rich dust size is~0.1 nm in SN2018bsz,which is 3 orders of magnitude lower than the value of 0.1μm.In addition,due to the ionization reaction in the supernova remnant(SNR),we also calculated the Infrared Radiation(IR)spectrum of dust cations.We find that the cation of the 2D layered(Si C)^(2+)has a higher IR spectrum than those of the cation(Si C)^(1+)and neutral(Si C)^(0+). 展开更多

AIM To investigate the antitumor effects and underlying mechanisms of(17 R,18 R)-2-(1-hexyloxyethyl)-2-devinyl chlorine E6 trisodium salt(YLG-1)-induced photodynamic therapy(PDT) on pancreatic cancer in vitro and in vivo.METHODS YLG-1 is a novel photosensitizer extracted from spirulina. Its phototoxicity, cellular uptake and localization, as well as its effect on reactive oxygen species(ROS) production, apoptosis, and expression of apoptosis-associated proteins were detected in vitro. An in vivo imaging system(IVIS), the Lumina K imaging system, and mouse models of subcutaneous Panc-1-bearing tumors were exploited to evaluate the drug delivery pathway and pancreatic cancer growth in vivo.RESULTS YLG-1 was localized to the mitochondria, and the appropriate incubation time was 6 h. Under 650 nm light irradiation, YLG-1-PDT exerted a potent cytotoxic effect on pancreatic cancer cells in vitro, which could be abolished by the ROS scavenger N-acetyl-L-cysteine(NAC). The death mode caused by YLG-1-PDT was apoptosis, accompanied by upregulated Bax and cleaved Caspase-3 and decreased Bcl-2 expression. The results from the IVIS images suggested that the optimal administration route was intratumoral(IT) injection and that the best time to conduct YLG-1-PDT was 2 h post-IT injection. Consistent with the results in vitro, YLG-1-PDT showed great growth inhibition effects on pancreatic cancer cells in a mouse model.CONCLUSION YLG-1 is a potential photosensitizer for pancreatic cancer PDT via IT injection, the mechanisms of which are associated with inducing ROS and promoting apoptosis. 展开更多

In view of single machine to infinite bus system with static synchronous compensator, which is affected by internal and external disturbances, a nonlinear adaptive robust controller is constructed based on the improved dynamic surface control method(IDSC). Compared with the conventional DSC, the sliding mode control is introduced to the dynamic surface design procedure, and the parameter update laws are designed using the uncertainty equivalence criterions. The IDSC method not only reduces the complexity of the controller but also greatly improves the system robustness, speed and accuracy. The derived controller cannot only attenuate the influences of external disturbances against system output, but also has strong robustness to system parameters variance because the damping coefficient is considered in the internal parameter uncertainty. Simulation result reveals that the designed controller can effectively improve the dynamic performances of the power system. 展开更多

A mathematical model accounting for unsteady mass transfer across interface of a stationary iron droplet immersed into molten slag was established through the volume of fluid coupled with level set method.The Marangoni effect induced by mass transfer was reproduced successfully,and the hydrodynamic instability phenomena at the interface,such as the Marangoni convection flow,the evolution of the interfacial tension during the mass transfer,and the influence of Marangoni effect on the mass transfer rate,were revealed.The results show that the Marangoni convection flow develops quickly and behaves as an ordered structure in the forms of four pairs of the convection cell at the edge of the droplet once the oxygen transfer across the interface starts.The average convection flow velocity along the interface is high,even more than 0.025 m/s,depending on the droplet diameter,which facilitates the mass transfer.The Marangoni convection flow of the large droplet develops more easily than that of the small droplet,and the larger the droplet diameter is,the higher the convection flow velocity and the mass transfer rate are.Moreover,it is shown that the droplet diameter influences the impacting region of the Marangoni convection flow and its duration period. 展开更多

Several indepen... N6-methyl-adenosine (m6A) is one of the most common and abundant modifications on RNA molecules present in eukaryotes. However, the biological significance of m6A methylation remains largely unknown. Several independent lines of evidence suggest that the dynamic regulation ofm6A may have a profound impact on gene expression regulation. The m6A modification is catalyzed by an unidentified methyltransferase complex containing at least one subunit methyltransferase like 3 (METTL3). m6A modification on messenger RNAs (mRNAs) mainly occurs in the exonic regions and 3'-untranslated region (3'-UTR) as revealed by high-throughput m6A-seq. One significant advance in m6A research is the recent discovery of the first two m6A RNA demethylases fat mass and obesity- associated (FTO) gene and ALKBH5, which catalyze m6A demethylation in an cx-ketoglutarate (a-KG)- and FeZ + -dependent manner. Recent studies in model organisms demonstrate that METTL3, FTO and ALKBH5 play important roles in many biological processes, ranging from devel- opment and metabolism to fertility. Moreover, perturbation of activities of these enzymes leads to the disturbed expression of thousands of genes at the cellular level, implicating a regulatory role ofm6A in RNA metabolism. Given the vital roles of DNA and histone methylations in epigenetic regulation of basic life processes in mammals, the dynamic and reversible chemical m6A modification on RNA may also serve as a novel epigenetic marker of profound biological significances. 展开更多
