The transmission line tower will be affected by bad weather and artificial subsidence caused by the foundation and other factors in the power transmission.The tower’s tilt and severe deformation will cause the building to collapse.Many small changes caused the tower’s collapse,but the early staff often could not intuitively notice the changes in the tower’s state.In the current tower online monitoring system,terminal equipment often needs to replace batteries frequently due to premature exhaustion of power.According to the need for real-time measurement of power line tower,this research designed a real-time monitoring device monitoring the transmission tower attitude tilting and foundation state based on the inertial sensor,the acceleration of 3 axis inertial sensor and angular velocity raw data to pole average filtering pre-processing,and then through the complementary filtering algorithm for comprehensive calculation of tilt angle,the system meets the demand for inclined online monitoring of power line poles and towers regarding measurement accuracy,with low cost and power consumption.The optimization multi-sensor cooperative detection and correction measured tilt angle result relative accuracy can reach 1.03%,which has specific promotion and application value since the system has the advantages of unattended and efficient calculation. 展开更多

近年来,新型冠状病毒感染疫情给全球医疗、政治、经济领域带来了巨大的影响。自新型冠状病毒感染疫情流行开始以来,我们对新型冠状病毒感染影响的了解有了几何数级的增长,近期国内新型冠状病毒感染疫情变化迅速,对于肺部发现肿瘤性病变... 近年来,新型冠状病毒感染疫情给全球医疗、政治、经济领域带来了巨大的影响。自新型冠状病毒感染疫情流行开始以来,我们对新型冠状病毒感染影响的了解有了几何数级的增长,近期国内新型冠状病毒感染疫情变化迅速,对于肺部发现肿瘤性病变患者的外科手术如何开展也因近期疫情的变化而出现了争议。一些研究表明,接受肺癌手术的患者感染新型冠状病毒后较普通患者更易发生呼吸衰竭和围术期死亡事件,然而,癌症治疗的推迟也与患者死亡率的上升有关。特别是新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株具有更高的传播性,并有可能逃避通过以前的新型冠状病毒感染、疫苗接种获得的免疫力,为了将手术患者发生新型冠状病毒感染的风险降至最低,有必要制定新的治疗指南、专家共识和预防措施,但目前疫情的快速变化导致我们没有充足的时间和证据来制定指南和共识。胸外科医生急需在术前评估发生严重并发症风险较高的特定患者人群的标准,权衡外科治疗的获益与新型冠状病毒感染的风险孰轻孰重。因此,我们尝试结合在新型冠状病毒感染流行情况下不同地区肿瘤学及胸外科学组织对于肺癌手术的指南及共识,给出一些目前国内疫情期间肺部结节及肺癌患者新型冠状病毒感染后肺部手术时机的初步建议,并希望能引发更深入的讨论和建议。 展开更多

光催化还原二氧化碳是人工光合作用的重要组成部分,但由于还原二氧化碳的活化能过高导致其应用受到极大地限制。这里,我们报道Ni2P材料耦合光敏剂能够实现高效的光催化二氧化碳还原。此外,为了进一步的提高二氧化碳还原性能,一种合成超... 光催化还原二氧化碳是人工光合作用的重要组成部分,但由于还原二氧化碳的活化能过高导致其应用受到极大地限制。这里,我们报道Ni2P材料耦合光敏剂能够实现高效的光催化二氧化碳还原。此外,为了进一步的提高二氧化碳还原性能,一种合成超薄片层结构Ni2P纳米片的策略被采用,目的提高其对二氧化碳吸附能力和降低二氧化碳还原的活化能。一系列物理化学表征被实施,比如X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等。这些实验结果证实了厚度为1.5 nm的超薄Ni2P纳米片被成功地制备。荧光实验结果揭示了Ni2P纳米片能够更高效地促进光生载流子的分离。此外,电化学实验证明了Ni2P纳米片具有较高的活性比表面积和电荷导电性,因此可以为二氧化碳转化提供更多的活性中心,从而加快其界面反应动力学。光催化二氧化碳还原实验结果展现了Ni2P纳米片光催化一氧化碳的生成速率为64.8μmol?h-1,且其活性是Ni2P颗粒光催化二氧化碳还原活性的四倍,同时它展现出较高化学稳定性。这项工作为超薄Ni2P纳米片在光催化二氧化碳中的应用提供了新的思路。 展开更多

Previous studies at home and abroad have mainly focused on single dam-break, and little attention has been paid so far to the dam-break of cascade reservoirs.Multi-source flooding, which can lead to three-dimensional turbulent phenomena and superposition effects, is the main difference between the dam-break of cascade and single reservoirs. Detailed descriptions of the coupled numerical simulation of multi-source flooding have little been reported, and the initial wet riverbed is rarely considered in current models. Therefore, in this paper, a method based on the three-dimensional k-ε turbulence model coupled with the volume-of-fluid method is proposed to simulate the dam-break flooding of cascade reservoirs. The upstream river, reservoir, and downstream river are connected by the internal boundary method, and the initial conditions,including river flow and reservoir water, are determined according to the results of the numerical simulation. Coupled numerical simulation of different dam-break flooding is then achieved. The present work solves the challenges presented by the enhancement and superposition of natural river flow, upstream flooding, and downstream flooding.This paper provides a theoretical basis for future studies on the dam-break flood routing of cascade reservoirs. 展开更多

Channel engineering stability with underground goafs is a complex three-dimensional problem, especially when considering channel leakage, and is influenced by a number of processes, such as seepage, fluid structure interaction(FSI), modeling, and selection of geological mechanical parameters. In this study, stability finite element analysis by one-way FSI was performed by establishing an integrated 3D engineering geological model. The extended Fourier amplitude sensitivity test was used to quantitatively assess the first-order and total sensitivities of the engineering model to critical geological mechanical parameters. Results illustrate that the channel engineering deformation is under a reasonable range and the elastic modulus is the highest total sensitivity parameter for the channel tilt and curvature at 0.7395 and 0.7525, respectively. Moreover, the most observable coupling effects for the curvature and horizontal strain are cohesion(0.1933)and density(0.7410), respectively. 展开更多

Understanding the assembly and spatial arrangement of bamboo cell wall components is crucial for its optimal utilization.Bamboo cell walls consist of aggregates of cellulose microfibrils and matrix.In the present study,the size and arrangement of cellulose microfibril aggregates in the cell walls of sclerenchyma fibers and parenchyma cells in moso bamboo were investigated with NMR and FE-SEM.The NMR measurement showed that the characteristic sizes of the microfibril aggregates of fibers and parenchyma cells were approximately 25.8 nm and 18.8 nm,respectively.Furthermore,high-resolution SEM showed the size of microfibril aggregates varied little across the cell wall of sclerenchyma fiber.However,there were significant size differences between the broad and narrow lamellae both in fiber and parenchyma cells,which is thought to be closely related to the orientation of microfibrils in these layers.The microfibril aggregates in the fibers mainly appear in a random arrangement,although occasionally in a radial or tangential arrangement in individual cell.Parenchyma cells have a relatively thinner cell wall layers,in which microfibril aggregates appear in a concentric lamellar arrangement. 展开更多

The concept of optimal Delaunay triangulation (ODT) and the corresponding error-based quality metric are first introduced. Then one kind of mesh smoothing algorithm for tetrahedral mesh based on the concept of ODT is examined. With regard to its problem of possible producing illegal elements, this paper proposes a modified smoothing scheme with a constrained optimization model for tetrahedral mesh quality improvement. The constrained optimization model is converted to an unconstrained one and then solved by integrating chaos search and BFGS (Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno) algorithm efficiently. Quality improvement for tetrahedral mesh is finally achieved by alternately applying the presented smoothing scheme and re-triangulation. Some testing examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

钯(Pd)是重要的战略金属,具有优异的理化性质,广泛应用于石油化工、汽车制造、航空航天和电子信息等领域。因其自然储量低,难以满足社会发展的需求,研究含钯二次资源回收技术,实现金属钯的循环利用具有重要意义。本工作针对传统湿法回... 钯(Pd)是重要的战略金属,具有优异的理化性质,广泛应用于石油化工、汽车制造、航空航天和电子信息等领域。因其自然储量低,难以满足社会发展的需求,研究含钯二次资源回收技术,实现金属钯的循环利用具有重要意义。本工作针对传统湿法回收钯技术存在的酸耗高、NO_(x)排放量大等问题,提出了环境友好的硝酸高铈铵浸出新体系,考察了浸出剂浓度、酸度、添加剂浓度、反应温度、搅拌速度等因素对钯粉在硝酸高铈铵溶液中的溶解率的影响。结果表明,金属钯在混合体系中的溶解受到Pd表面吸附的显著影响。在没有Cl^(-)的情况下,金属钯表面吸附氧或者吸附NO_(3)^(-)形成了表面钝化,阻碍了Ce^(4+)与Pd原子的反应,5 h溶出率仅为0.2%。添加Cl^(-)后,通过竞争吸附能够有效破坏表面钝化层,构成突破点,从而加速钯的溶解反应。NO_(3)^(-)与Cl^(-)构成竞争吸附,更高浓度的硝酸根需要更高浓度的Cl^(-)启动溶解反应。优选浸出反应条件如下:硝酸高铈铵浓度1mol/L、硝酸浓度1 mol/L、盐酸浓度0.03 mol/L、反应温度80℃、搅拌速度200 r/min,在该条件下反应1.5 h钯粉的溶解率达到100%。钯粉在硝酸高铈铵溶液中的溶解过程符合化学反应控制的反应核缩减模型,表观活化能为58.7 kJ/mol,动力学方程为1-(1-x)^(1/3)=2264806e^(-58732/RT)t。 展开更多

We present a study of the measurement of the effective weak mixing angle parameter(sin^(2)θ^(l)_(eff))at the Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC).As a fundamental physics parameter,sin^(2)θ_(eff)^(l) plays a key role not only in the global test of the standard model electroweak sector,but also in constraining the potential beyond standard model new physics at the high energy frontier.CEPC proposes a two year running period around the Z boson mass pole at high instataneous luminosity,providing a large data sample with 4 × 10^(12)Z candidates generated in total.It allows a high precision measurement of sin^(2)θ^(l)_(eff) both in the lepton and quark final states,where the uncertainty can be one order of magnitude lower than any previous measurement at the LEP,SLC,Tevatron,and LHC.It will improve the overall precision of the sin^(2)θ^(l)_(eff) experimental determination to be comparable to the preicision of the theoretical calculation with two-loop radiative corrections,and it will also provide direct comparisons between different final states.In this paper,we also study the measurement of sin^(2)θ^(l)_(eff) in the high mass region.Taking data for one month,the precision of sin^(2)θ^(l)_(eff) measured at 130 GeV from b quark final state is 0.00010,which will be an important experimental observation on the energy-running effect of sin^(2)θ^(l)_(eff). 展开更多

A standard operating procedure for studying the sleep phenotypes in a large population cohort is proposed.It is intended for academic researchers in investigating the sleep phenotypes in conjunction with the clinical sleep disorders assessment guidelines.The protocol refers to the definitive American Academy of Sleep Medicine(AASM)manual for setting polysomnography(PSG)technical specifications,scoring of sleep and associated events,etc.On this basis,it not only provides a standardized procedure of sleep interview,sleep-relevant questionnaires,and laboratory-based PSG test,but also offers a comprehensive process of sleep data analysis,phenotype extraction,and data storage.Both the objective sleep data recorded by PSG test and subjective sleep information obtained by the sleep interview and sleep questionnaires are involved in the data acquisition procedure.Subsequently,sleep phenotypes can be characterized by observable/inconspicuous physiological patterns during sleep from PSG test or can be marked by sleeping habits like sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep duration,habitual sleep efficiency,sleep disturbances,daytime dysfunction,etc.,from sleep interview or questionnaires derived.In addition,solutions to the problems that may be encountered during the protocol are summarized and addressed.With the protocol,it can significantly improve scientific research efficiency and reduce unnecessary workload in large population cohort studies.Moreover,it is also expected to provide a valuable reference for researchers to conduct systematic sleep research. 展开更多

目的:探讨妊娠期运动干预对超重及肥胖孕妇Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)通路的调控作用。方法:本研究基于本课题组2014年12月至2016年7月于北京大学第一医院开展的随机对照试验,选取其中择期剖宫产分娩,且除外合并妊娠并发... 目的:探讨妊娠期运动干预对超重及肥胖孕妇Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)通路的调控作用。方法:本研究基于本课题组2014年12月至2016年7月于北京大学第一医院开展的随机对照试验,选取其中择期剖宫产分娩,且除外合并妊娠并发症孕妇,最终纳入运动组12例、对照组11例。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应、蛋白质印迹技术、流式细胞微珠法等检测方法比较2组孕妇外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)、腹直肌、网膜脂肪和皮下脂肪中 TLR4-髓样细胞分化因子(myeloid differentiation factor 8,MyD88)-核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)通路的表达情况,以及血浆中炎症因子的表达水平。采用独立样本 t检验、广义估计方程、 χ^(2)检验、Pearson相关分析等对数据进行统计学分析。 结果:(1)运动组孕妇中、晚孕期外周血浆中炎症因子TNF-α及IL-1β的表达呈现低于对照组的趋势,但差异均无统计学意义( P值均>0.05)。(2)运动组孕妇孕期PBMC中TLR4、MyD88和NF-κB的mRNA以及TLR4和NF-κB蛋白表达水平显著低于对照组(TLR4 mRNA:中孕期0.06±0.03与0.10±0.04,晚孕期0.05±0.02与0.11±0.05, χ^(2)=8.07;MyD88 mRNA:中孕期0.09±0.03与0.11±0.03,晚孕期0.10±0.04与0.17±0.06, χ^(2)=5.81;NF-κB mRNA:中孕期0.10±0.03与0.17±0.08,晚孕期0.08±0.03与0.20±0.08, χ^(2)=14.71;TLR4蛋白:中孕期1.7±0.5与1.9±0.8,孕晚期1.7±0.4与2.3±0.8, χ^(2)=5.83;NF-κB蛋白:中孕期1.0±0.4与1.5±0.4,晚孕期1.2±0.3与1.5±0.5, χ^(2)=4.73, P值均<0.05)。且随时间变化,运动组与对照组间PBMC中TLR4、MyD88和NF-κB的mRNA以及TLR4蛋白表达水平的差别逐渐增大。(3)运动组腹直肌、网膜脂肪组织中NF-κB(0.04±0.02与0.08±0.04, t=-3.72;0.25±0.05与0.63±0.21, t=-5.41;P值均<0.05)及皮下脂肪组织中TLR4和MyD88的mRNA水平明显低于对照组(0.12±0.03与0.30±0.10, t=-5.30;0.24±0.09与0.44±0.08, t=-5.38;P值均<0.05)。运动组网膜脂肪中MyD88和NF-κB及皮下脂肪中NF-κB蛋白水平明显低于对照组(1.1±0.5与2.0±0.8, t=-3.15;1.3±0.5与2.0±0.9, t=-2.23;1.2±0.5与1.9±0.8, t=-2.80;P值均<0.05)。(4)2组孕妇腹直肌中TLR4和NF-κB mRNA表达水平( r值分别为0.453和0.485)、网膜脂肪中NF-κB mRNA表达水平以及TLR4和MyD88蛋白水平( r值分别为0.539、0.437和0.527)与孕妇空腹血糖水平呈正相关( P值均<0.05)。 结论:妊娠期规律运动可以下调超重和肥胖孕妇TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB通路的表达和激活,且相关通路因子表达与空腹血糖水平具有一定相关性。 展开更多

The effects of alkaline treatment on the physical properties of ZSM-5 catalysts and on their activities for methanol to aromatics conversion have been investigated. A mild alkaline treatment (0.2 and 0.3 mol/L NaOH) created mesopores in the parent zeolite with no obvious effect on acidity. The presence of mesopores gives the catalyst a longer lifetime and higher selectivity for aromatics. Treatment with 0.4 mol/L NaOH decreased the number of Bronsted acid sites due to dealumination and desilication, which resulted in a lower deactivation rate. In addition, more mesopores were produced than with the mild alkaline treatment. As a result, the lifetime of the sample treated with 0.4 mol/L NaOH was almost five times that of the parent ZSM-5. Treatment with a higher alkaline concentration (0.5 mol/L) greatly reduced the number of Bronsted acid sites and the number ofmicropores resulting in incomplete methanol conversion. When the alkalinetreated catalysts were washed with acid, some of the porosity was restored and a slight increase in selectivity for aromatics was obtained. 展开更多

Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) is a RNA-binding protein that acts as a tumor suppressor in many cancer types, including colorectal cancer (CRC). During CRC carcinogenesis, PDCD4 protein levels remarkably decrease, but the underlying molecular mechanism for decreased PDCD4 expression is not fully understood. In this study, we performed bioinformatics analysis to identify miRNAs that potentially target PDCD4. We demonstrated miR-181b as a direct regulator of PDCD4. We further showed that activation of IL6/STAT3 signaling pathway increased miR-181b expression and conse- quently resulted in downregulation of PDCD4 in CRC cells. In addition, we investigated the biological effects of PDCD4 inhibition by miR-181b both in vitro and in vivo and found that miR-181b could promote cell proliferation and migration and suppress apoptosis in CRC cells and accelerate tumor growth in xenograft mice, potentially through targeting PDCD4. Taken toge- ther, this study highlights an oncomiR role for miR-181b in regulating PDCD4 in CRC and suggests that miR-181b may be a novel molecular therapeutic target for CRC. 展开更多

In order to capture the sub-scale features of waves, we utilize evanescent wave functions together with plane wave functions to approximate the local properties of the field.
